Wait Time & Ordering Experience The kiosk estimated a wait time of 6-16 minutes, but we ended up waiting around 40 minutes for our order. That was upsetting. What We Ordered Mains: Fried Chicken, Honey Glazed Salmon, Catfish Sides: Blueberry Cornbread, Candied Coconut Yams, Mac & Cheese Food Quality Catfish: Easily the standout of the meal. Perfectly cooked, an easy 10/10. Fried Chicken: A major letdown. It was dry and under-seasoned, tasting mostly of salt. Honey Glazed Salmon: Unfortunately, there was no noticeable glaze and the fish was also dry. Sides Candied Coconut Yams & Mac and Cheese: Both were delicious and classic comfort food done right. Blueberry Cornbread: Tasted more like a blueberry muffin. While not bad on its own, it didn't complement the savory items well. Value & Final Thoughts Combo platters (1 main + 2 sides) run about $20-$24. For that price and the long wait time (40-45 minutes), I expected a bit more consistency.
