(My fork might have wandered over to his dish.) Be aware that this really is a stand- you order at the window, there are no tables. So take your to go box to the beach, or just down the block to the matcha spot and order a matcha to go with your Pad Thai and use their tables. Because The Pad Thai Stand makes every dish to order, there's not much chance of gluten cross contamination IMO. There's one sauce very clearly marked that is not GF.
