Update: in response to your comment Juan, I had sent a follow up email yesterday at 8:30am asking…read morehow long the refund would take to process but didn't get a response. Funny how the refund was finally confirmed at 11:30am after I posted this review. Their poor customer service from management is truly astonishing. I wish I didn't have to take it to yelp because their tacos are really good, but here we are: Earlier this week, I had ordered 2 grilled shrimp tacos that come with cheese and avocado for $7.50 each. After getting home I realized they had forgotten to add the cheese and avocado (essentially giving me their grilled shrimp tacos listed for $4.75). I tried calling the store several times to let them know but no one answered, so I emailed them ask for a partial refund as I was charged $7.50 for each, but didn't receive the right tacos. Their response essentially accused me of taking off the avocado rather than it being a mistake made by the kitchen, along with telling me that I was not overcharged as I was given grilled shrimp tacos? I responded back with screenshots of their online menu listing descriptions of the two tacos: the grilled shrimp with avocado and cheese for $7.50, and the grilled shrimp without the avocado and cheese for $4.75 (the ones they accidentally made me). They then apologized, saying they'd send the refund and confirm once they did, yet it's been over 3 days and no response. I sent a follow up message yesterday to ask when they'd send it and I'm ignored instead. I decided to take it upon myself to dispute the charge with my credit card company because apparently this company can't follow through with their word. It was a $5.50 overcharge, so it's quite disrespectful that they'd decide to handle a simple refund in this manner. This whole experience has been so disappointing and I truly wish they had handled it better rather than arguing with me, and later ignoring my messages. I've read their other reviews on yelp and noticed a common theme with their poor management and bad customer experiences. Their tacos are great, but I don't think I'll ever come here again if this is how management treats their customers.

Twice I got complimentary soup, twice did not. Maybe end of day is better in terms of what they give out. Sometimes there's condiments. Their outdoor eating area kind of changes too a bit sometimes. I get the OG taco usually and my gf gets the ceviche. Never had complaint although on most recent trip the ceviche seemed smaller portion. The taco was 5.99 each and fish seemed bigger than usual. I kind of suspect that as they close down they give bigger portions of what they have left. They had sold out of octopus and other menu items. Do try get there before 6:30pm cause they do start packing around 6:45 ish. Quality is good, tastes fresh. Tacos were filling for just $12. You're probably not supposed to but I often park in complex across street but street parking is easier. There's a $1 fee for credit so bring cash if that's a concern. Place is a go to for me and there isn't a crazy line like at other restaurants usually. Convenient, decent value, decent service, and good quality

The down side, They are a little bit pricier than other " Taco Tuesday" specials, but the fish is crispy, which is a plus. The down side is you do have to ask for cheese on your tacos ( for example the Brigantine fish tacos include cheese), caution: the request will cost $2 per Taco Tuesday plate ,which includes 3 tacos for $9.99 with a small side of tortilla chips. Two Taco Tuesday plates of 3 tacos each and an additional side of Tortilla chips plus $2 for cheese on each plate x2 plates =$29, which we were a little taken back by the price, especially since it's a food truck and there is no service or places to sit, so it's sidewalk ambience.. they have sit down Restaurant prices If I am in the area again, I may try Kiko's Place again

We were initially aiming for the crispy shawarma however only Mira Mesa and La Mesa does it. So I guess that's next on our list! The wraps were unexpectedly big! This is probably the biggest wrap I ever had! Generous with meat and veggies. Their wagyu egg rolls are definitely must have! Falafel fries is really good too! All of these perfectly paired with their garlic sauces. My favorite is spicy lemon garlic! The staff are very knowledgeable about their menu. It's a food truck set up and there's mini standing tables for alfresco dining. SG was definitely lived up to the title #1 restaurant in the country on Yelp!

Not really an ambience since there's not much as far as a dining room. There are a couple of cocktail tables where you could eat. After ordering online at 20:20pm, my estimated pick up time was 8:39pm and got the order at 9:03pm. The cashier informed me their chicken is taking a while and added extra time to the wait. It probably would've been faster if they weren't so backed up. I ordered the Wagyu beef and chicken shawarma plate for me and my wife to share. I added 3 falafels and pita bread on top of it. The food was still fresh when I got home 15 mins later. Everything was good and just enough for us two. Also, I'm not sure why there's a range of where they may be located on Yelp since this is just a food truck that seems to be permanent at this location.

Free one hour parking, or parking on the street if you need longer. - Open kitchen is a nice touch! I would come back to try other menu items, or just for the mac & cheese. All the seating options are high-tops, so that can make things difficult if you can't sit in a high seat. There are some tables outside to sit at that are sectioned off in the parking lot. The staff are very friendly and helpful with busing tables. Unfortunately, we didn't see that the poke bowl came with a sesame eel sauce, so it was overly sweet for our liking. Additionally, the coconut rice was too sweet and very mushy. Kind of disappointed in the flavor as everything was too sweet and too mushy. The only thing that we really enjoyed was the blood orange IPA, which is not too hoppy and a great beer! People seemed to enjoy the sandwiches and burgers around us, so I would recommend trying those if you check this place out.

Looking out and seeing this one truck, alone, with a line of people, I was like "Ooh, Ohh, look!" The staff/window gal/cook/chef/owner were all very friendly. It was just a nice experience walking up to the window. Nicely done, Seoul People. The service was extremely quick. I finished paying and she was like, "Here ya go" as she handed me a plate. WOW! That was fast! The Seoul Man Bulgogi was very tasty. It was hot (temperature) and nicely plated with fresh vegetables and garnish. Nicely done and a definite re-order for next time. A goodly portion to share with someone too. The rib-eye was flavorful and cooked just right. Being a local Hawaiian kid from the islands, I love rice and this was some good sticky rice like I grew up with in Hawaii. Nicely done. The tables are nice, but very dirty and unhealthy. If I had my own food truck there, I would go out and wipe them off before I opened and every once in awhile after, just because I'm that kind of guy. They were actually kind of disgusting and we were very careful with our 5yo son and what he was touching. It looked like there was a lot of bird poop on the tables. Birds near food in San Diego? Go figure.... ;) I realize that the tables belong to the city, but I, personally, would clean them off before I opened. Just a thought. Downside. There are not a lot of trash options, only one. When we were all pau, I looked around and there was only one trash can nearby and it was overflowing. I think it has nothing to do the the Seoul Man Food Truck and may be a San Diego city thing, but it looked bad and was kind of a bummer to see that trash overflowing. I would have not known of the Seoul Man Food Truck was here, but I will definitely check their location the next time I'm in San Diego. Very good food! Oh, and don't forget to redeem the $2 off any entree, because I did since I just now saw it as I posted my review. :(
