This is a great place to enjoy a drink with a great cigar. This is not a typical cigar lounge. No old worn out furniture, no creepy dirty old men, and no stale hanging smoke in the air. When you walk in it was a little over whelming and took a minutes to take in the atmosphere. The staff greatest us and explained the basis run down, cigar humidor, open seating concept, and menu. The humidor is larger than most NYC flats and has an extensive selection. There was a helpful and knowledgeable staff member who helped use pick the perfect cigar. He cut the cigar and lit the cigar for us. We chose to sit at the bar which is a great under lit ceramic top. The staff's knowledge of bourbon wasn't great, but I realize I am a snob being from the Bluegrass State. Maybe knowing the difference between wheated and rye bourbon would be helpful. I loved the one large ice cube in the glass of bourbon rather and small cubed ice. The bartender was a little to brash for my liking. I want you to be attentive, but if I wanted your opinion or sas I would ask. The bourbon/ whisky/ cocktail menu was delivered on an ipad which was neat. We didn't realize until we saw another table with food that they even served food and would have ordered some. I was encouraged by the about of couples and especially women in the place. You can tell that they have spent a small fortune on the ventilation system because there is not smell of smoke or even hanging cloud in the entire building. Top notch cigar bar. They have a barrel of Four Roses that was barreled just for them, served over a giant single cube, wow!!! Plenty of attention to detail and floor manager seen us standing over in a corner when there wasn't any seats and after some seats opened up brought our drinks over to the seats and kindly sat us, to me that's first class. This place is great. Excellent location. We went here one Saturday night about 1030. There was a decent crowd but plenty of place to sit. The decor was high end and obvious the owners paid attention to detail. There was minimal smoke smell or lingering in the air even with everyone smoking. The owner even came by an introduced himself and thanked us for being there. They have a nice food selection and huge walk in humidor. Plenty of TVs to watch games as well. The only downside would be it was fairly pricey. $10 for a baileys and about 18 for our Mediterranean plate of hummus, veggies, olives and pita. I would return without question. read more

If I were able to give this place 6 stars I would. The staff is amazing and attentive to your needs. Awesome selection of cigars. Drinks are spot on. The food they serve is something you wouldn't expect from a cigar bar. The Reuben sandwich is probably the best I've had anywhere. For the idiots who are giving this place anything less than 5 stars, do your homework. The staff can't help if you don't know how to order a drink or know nothing about cigars! If you have ever wanted to try a cigar Blend is the place to do it. It's a comfortable, relaxing and beautiful environment. The staff is very nice and are cigar experts who will talk to you and get to know your tastes to pair you with a cigar you would enjoy and the best drink to go with it as well. Their air is filtered 6 times in an hour, it's not smokey at all when you walk in or smell of smoke. They have a wide range of prices. I have been a cigar smoker for about 25 years. I have visited Blend a few times and yes it is a little on the high side. I have enjoyed this place many times. This last visit turned me off to Blend. I picked up a Diamind Crown Julius Caeser. The first time that I had a Julius Caesar was when Opus X and Diamond Crown got together for charity. Both came in a nice box for $49.95. Now I go to Blend and basically pick up a $15-20 Julius Caeser stick same as I had in that special charity box when you get an Opus X and this Julius Caesar. I get my bill...they are charging me $49.95 for just this $15 Julius Caesar. They tried to pass this as the charity cigar bs. I knew better. I complained about this bs and ask for my Opus X...the best they could do was give me another Julius Caeser. Needless to say....I will never go back. To do this to customers who easily spend over $100 plus at this place is totally wrong. Just a warning...watch these guys...not to be trusted. If you go...make sure you look at your receipt. While I have not actually had a cigar or even a drink at Blend, I did purchase a large number of cigars there for an event over the holidays. I received the best service I've had in a while. Firstly, Michael was super helpful, informative and really easy to work with. I came in not knowing a thing about cigars, but was able to come away with a great purchase. The Manager, Abbi, was also really helpful a few weeks after when I needed some extra help with another copy of the receipt. All-in-all great experience! read more

I normally do not like to leave negative comments however, after my visit to Blend for the 1st time, I feel as if I need to be up front and honest about this place. We visited this establishment for Valentine's Day, we got there at about 8pm. As you walk in, you will notice how beautiful the inside is but I was instantly taken back because for 15 minutes no one acknowledge us, asked if they could help us or anything. I went around and asked 3 different people, how does this work, do we just sit ourselves, what needs to happen. Well, I was finally able to find an open area for my friends and I. We sat down and grabbed a few chairs that were not being used and this is when I encountered the rudest waitress ever! She was very nasty and told me that we had to put the chairs back that we had moved, I was shocked because no one talked to us the whole time we were there until now. I understand if we did something wrong but there is a way you talk to your guest. So, for the next 15 minutes, she continued to be rude until I called her out on it and then she tried to ignore me and I told her the best thing she could do was to go get someone else who could wait on us. Well, I guess this guy was the manager but he came out totally wrong, trying to justify this waitress behavior and I am sorry but the #1 rule in Customer Service is the Customer is always right. He proceeded to tell me that this was his best waitress. I couldn't believe it. We will not ever go back there. You want to be treated with top of the line service when you go to places like this so you will want to return and tell your friends about it. Not this place not ever!!! read more

My husband comes here all the time, and I finally joined him on a visit. I assumed it would be like a "man cave" type atmosphere, however I was pleasantly surprised. It's very well decorated; high-end, classy, and cozy with plush seats and couches, and also some bar tables. The humidor sits behind glass behind the bar. Even the women's bathroom has a couch with pillows and a chandelier. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing; I can see now why he comes here to unwind. Apparently they have a state-of-the-art filtration system, and it works perfectly. No smokey haze, and I only noticed a slight sweet smell from the cigars. I can't really handle tobacco smoke, and I could've been there all day with no problems. We didn't have any food, but I've had their Cuban sandwich before as leftovers, and it was delicious. I'll definitely be taking more trips back with him now. Women - don't be afraid at all to go! ;) read more

I had visited Indy Cigar Bar on several occasions and loved the quaint atmosphere, however on a weekend night it could get very crowded. Decided a couple weeks ago to check out Blend (since I knew that it was an upgraded ICB. All I have to say is wow. The place is very hip w/ a great selection of cigars and spirits. But the staff is what makes this place really stand out. My first visit was on a Tuesday afternoon w/ my wife. We sat there for about three hours and had one too many drinks and two cigars. They were running a buy two get one special of AJ Fernandez cigars (my fav) so I purchased two for the road. Remember the one too many? I forgot my two for the road. I just chalked it up to stupidity and went on about my life. Last Friday a coworker and myself decided to hit blend after work ( he loved the place as well). When we got there about 9:30 pm we were greeted by the same guy that had served me two Tuesdays before, he not only recognized me, he remembered that I had forgot my cigars (I hadn't called or anything). He took me back to the Humidor and pulled out a plastic bag that had my name on it (must have got it off my cc). Inside where my San Latono stoogies. Walk in humidor, top shelf liquor, comfortable seating, HVAC system that keeps you from smelling like a cigar when you leave, and friendly owners and waitstaff. Best Cuban sandwich and specialty meat and cheese tray around. Go there to watch a game on a huge video wall, invite some clients to have a meeting, bring the guys for a good hang, or bring your wife or girlfriend to enjoy a martini and a great sound system. For the past couple yrs I have had a great experience coming to Blend. But I have noticed some mild undertones on how they treat minorities as customers. Specifically career driven Professional African American Males. Recently when I came with a couple friends just wanting to hang out like anybody else. We were not greeted with hospitality as I have seen other times. In purchasing cigars I noticed they didn't have a particular cigar at the time. We asked and him what was going on with the selection. Employee looked us dead in our eyes and said the FDA was cracking down. So while we were there I looked it up and saw nothing of that effect. No news nothing. Every time I have been there particular on Friday I have seen lots of minorities patronize this establish but I feel that they are taking advantage and not valuing who is really keeping them in business. Especially when you come and pay good money and want to be treated just like everyone else. Better customer services and awareness is needed. Yes we are educated and we are professionals that pay if we are treated with the proper service that we deserve... I'm just sayin.. Don't be surprise when we stop coming.... read more

After several visits since its opening, I have decided I won't return. It tries to take cigar smoking to a higher level, but unfortunately I don't think they hit the mark. The selection of scotch and bourbon is pretty limited (although good ones), the prices of the cigars are over the top (although they are the best you can get), and you can't even get a seat in the place on a weekend night. If you are looking for an evening where you can't sit down, yet still have a $75 tab for one smoke and one drink, then maybe it works for some people. Wish the old cigar bar was still around. This one isn't the same at all. However, if you like the "best" of Vegas, then you will probably like it here. It has the glam, the pretentious setting and servers, menus without prices, average age of 50-65 and music to go with it. Normally I wouldn't do this and trust me I'm from the south and I've experienced rude service from managers of all sorts and it runs up one arm and down the other. Just last night I stopped in with a few people and the plan was to have one drink which we did. One of the girls we were with accidentally knocked over her drink and they immediately cut her off and she wasn't drunk at all by no shape or form and if that was their opinion fine they do what they have to do is what it is. I then expressed to the manager which I'm not the aggressive type all my conversations are in a respectful manner. I just let him know how accidents happen and I felt like that was the wrong call and that's not a way to get people to come back to an establishment. He then proceeded to explain to me about them covering liability and all that which is cool and I said okay I get it there's no need to explain any further it's your call and I respect that. It had been a pretty good night and I hate situations like that bc it becomes awkward so about 5 minutes after that the manager comes walking by and I decide to clear up any awkwardness even though we didn't have anything personal with one another, so I extend my hand to shake and he says no thank you. That's when it hit me that it's personal for him for some reason. He then decides to come back around after staff hears how upset I was and then tells me he shouldn't have done that and it was rude of him. I said you did what you had to do and what you felt was right and I have nothing to say to you. The place is actually a great place and I would never tell anyone not to go there bc my first and last time wasn't all bad. I'm a big fan of people being called out and that part of his job as a manager to make all people feel comfortable and welcome regardless of the situation. I hope he learned from this experience and will react differently in the future. The place for me still gets 5 stars but the manager rating would be a little different.. read more
