They were very accommodating to such a large group, many of whom are not really cigar smokers. At the back of the space is a large bar with an equally large humidor behind it. The humidor attendant was helpful and patient with the members of our party that didn't really know what they wanted. We were seated at a long table near the bar, though we took up a couple of smaller tables as well. They do a phenomenal job of air quality management, even though there were a ton of people smoking, the air seemed quite clean, enough so that a non-smoker would probably be comfortable hanging out with a friend who was smoking without being uncomfortable. Though they only have a small selection of beer, they did have some fairly good options. I had a Goose Island Cherries Jubilee Bourbon County Stout (quite nice), and a Camacho cigar. I've been burned on multiple occasions driving there and finding them not open. So, there's that. When I have been able to utilize their services, I have been satisfied with product and generally service. The only off thing that has happened is, they no longer have a list of their whiskeys, or anything else for that matter. Assuming that people will just take whatever you recommend without having an uncomfortable price discussion is ludicrous. And, it seems to really bother them if you want to look at the selection without their help. The cigar sommelier is their shining light. He gets it. Customer service is number one with him.
