    Chicken Parm Sandwich
    Kris V.

Yum! I had the chicken parm sandwich and Korean potato salad. The chicken was so tender, and there was no ick chicken. The bread was delicious. I thought the potato salad was pricey as a side -$7 - but when it came, I realized it came on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes - basically a whole a$$ green salad - which definitely makes it a better value. I will definitely be back.

Great sandwiches and delicious chocolate chip cookies. I was very surprised by it all. Large sandwiches, lots of filling and a good amount of flavor. Keeps you full and satisfied. The cookies are soooo gooood!! Chicken Buffalo Beef Bulgogi Banh Mi fusion

I was skeptical about a Korean fusion philly cheesesteak, but I love phillys so I gave it a shot. It definitely exceed expectations. It's very flavorful and not too sweet. The bread was soft but crunchy on the outside. They forgot my order but they gave me a free soup to make up for it. Highly recommend.

A friend recommended trying out this place and it was near where I was staying! It's located in a food hall type space that also offers shared seating but not many from what i saw. They have kiosks to order and make the orders pretty fresh. More of a grab and go place for sure. Chicken katsu sandwich - super crispy katsu andgood amount of veggies to make sure it doesn't feel too heavy! the katsu is slightly dry but overall still a very good sandwich. 3.5/5 KBBQ banh mi - The ribeye inside is bulgogi. nicely seasoned and very flavorful! a bit heavy but liked this a lot. 3.75/5 Chicken and potato soup - loved this soup! very peppery and flavorful. chicken was not too dry and potatoes and carrots soft and cooked well too (although i do like a mushier veggies). 4/5

Amazing sandwiches! Chef Jay is truly exceptional--his extensive culinary experience really shines through in every bite. You can taste the skill and care in his work. I can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Great lunch spot in SLU - came in on the weekend when they weren't busy, and they kindly upsized one of our sandwiches for free! Plenty of seating in the food hall that it's located in, and the bathrooms are very clean. The KBBQ banh mi with chicken was delicious, though a bit untraditional, with caramelized onions and jalapeño peppers. The meat was perfectly cooked and juicy, which was a nice surprise since chicken is usually pretty dry at sandwich places. Star of the show was the baguette, which had the perfect blend of pillowy crispness that every banh mi should have. Definitely would come back!

Great place to get sandwiches around Seattle! Very flavorful and fresh however it was quite small for the price. The food also took what seemed to be like 30 minutes. Overall, I'd rather go to other spots to get sandwiches.

I went here to redeem my Doordash credits. Observation: prices on DD are $5-6 more so about a 50% markup, but still a good deal because I got a buy one get one free offer. Anyways, I got the KBBQ banh mi with bulgogi and obviously it is not the real deal. Very fusion, which is fine, but the sandwich is not the best. They really skimped on ingredients - the bulgogi beef was only very few slices on the sandwich, but they add a decent amount of veggies (cabbage, caramelized onions, etc). I was not full after a 7 inch banh mi. Overall, this place is good, but I feel that they skimp on ingredients, which is the biggest complaint I have. Also, order ahead not on DoorDash because the wait for a sandwich can be upwards of 30 minutes during peak lunch hours. I may give it a try ordering the normal route for sandwiches that are not in that BOGO (so thinking chicken katsu sandwich), and go from there.

Wow wow wow. Food, service, and space are all 10/10. It's nestled in the new Fairview Market Hall. Inside was decked out with Christmas decorations and perfect for photo ops! It was very modern and the perfect spot for lunch or dinner. The price for the sandwiches was surprisingly on the lower scale for the quality. My friend recommended this place to try on a Thursday lunchtime. It was a tad busy during the lunch rush (~ noon) but calmed down as time went on. We didn't know we could order online in advance so we will be sure to order ahead next time. I got the tuna sandwich and my friend got the banh mi. All the ingredients were super fresh and made-to-order. The portion was pretty generous with a thick filling. I will be back and can't wait to try all the different menu items! 1000% I will be back!

Went here for a quick bite in SLU and the last time I went to bleuwiches I loved it! This time was also good but I wanted to try different items today but I just liked them less. They were both very good sandwhiches but the chicken club is just a classic (but good club), we both really enjoyed the banh mi though. I like how they just cut the sandwiches in half so it's super easy to share. Was very empty on a Saturday afternoon. I kinda wish they had like a number to text to when your order was done.

Really love the sandwiches here. Tried chicken katsu sandwich and K bbq bahn mi, both were delicious! There is usually a line for lunch, but I've gone close to closing time and there was no line. It is located in a food mall with seating inside.

After reading the reviews on Bleuwiches, I drove 20 minutes to try it. I ordered the Banh Mi and Chicken Katsu. Bang Mi - the bread and the meat are fantastic, and the aioli or, better yet, the sauce complements the meat well, although it tastes industrialized (a combination of different off-the-shelf sauces). This sandwich can be a five-star sandwich if they add pickle veggies (carrot, cucumber, and daikon) and use fresh jalapenos instead of pickle. It lacked the freshness of a traditional Bahn Mi. Chicken Katsu was delicious, and the coleslaw was tasty. Hold on to the sauce a bit and offer the option to get more on the side. Brioche bread is ok, just commercial off the shelf since it gets soggy after a few minutes. We will try it again in the future (in a few months). The seating area is gorgeous, with a bar, coffee shop, donuts, etc. It is set up like a beer garden! You will enjoy it, guarantee!

I received a promo for $5 off so I tried to use it the previous time, but she didn't know how to apply it. Then another time when I order The Caribbean Plato with pulled roasted pork, when I got home, I discovered the wrong type of meat (grilled pork instead of pulled pork). For these reasons, I didn't go back for a long time. Today, I went again to get take out for my visitors. I called in the order so I didn't have to wait, but Gisela didn't understand my order and kept getting it wrong. I ordered 3 Caribbean Plato with pulled pork, and 1 Caribbean Plato with chicken thigh, but she kept repeating the wrong order back to me (2 pork, instead of 3, wrong type of meat, etc), so I tried it again and again, still no comprendo. I got frustrated and told her that I would just come in person to order. I was in a hurry, but I had no choice. When I got there, I ordered the same thing, but this time, I gestured the type of pork I wanted, using my hands to show pulled and tried to explain that I wanted the shredded kind, not the solid kind). Someone was with me so he heard my order in plain English. As I was waiting for my order, I decided to ask her once more just to be sure that it wasn't the grilled pork bc she made that mistake last time. Then she said my meat was grilling now. I was alarmed since they don't get the pulled pork from the grill. I told her that I wanted PULLED ROASTED PORK, not the solid grilled patty kind. She said something in Spanish to the guy who was putting my order together and he showed me a sample of the pulled pork so I said "YES" that's the one I want. She said they were already cooking the grilled pork. When I told her that she was giving me the wrong order, she said "it's too late". I was so upset so I said, "why is it so hard to understand my order?" Pulled pork is pulled pork, not grilled pork. I never even mentioned the word "grilled". A guy came out from the kitchen so I explained myself and he said what I want is the pulled roasted pork and I said, "that's what I ordered". She tried to explain something to him in Spanish, but he told her to just give me the pulled pork and I was on my way. She just ruined my day, and I could feel my blood pressure rising. I don't think I will ever return again. It's too hard to explain the right kind of meat to Gisela. Dining out and getting take out should be a pleasant experience, not a stressful one.

We were able to get food on a Saturday around 4PM, and fortunately Big Mike's was one of the few places still open at the time. The armory is pretty accessible via the monorail, if you decide to drive, you will have to consider nearby streetside or venue/science center parking. Service is efficient - you place your order at the counter and they will call your name when your sandwich is ready. It took them about 10 minutes to get our sandwich out. There are plenty of tables just outside of the restaurant where you can dine. We got the ribeye cheesesteak for $23, which also came with a bed of fries just underneath the sandwich. The sandwich itself was piping hot, but just hot enough to enjoy without burning yourself. The steak was tender and had decent chew, sliced to a nice thinness. Personal preference, I would like the steak seasoned a bit more strongly as flavor-wise it does get a little one dimensional. This is definitely a touristy area part of town, and I would say that prices are pretty standard. For one person, you should be able to get a nice and filling portion for $18 - $23. I wouldn't consider this place a must visit if you are in Seattle - The flavors are decent and definitely will get you full in a pinch if you are really hungry and in the area.

Happily, it delivered! We split the porchetta sandwich, which was quite tasty. Now, I will say it is not quite at the gold-standard level of the porchetta sandwich from the Roli Roti truck in San Francisco, but that is an extremely high bar. The bread here was fantastic, and the sandwich itself was full of flavor. The inside is cute, and watching two guys dedicate their lives to making sandwiches in the open kitchen is part of the fun... I also spotted a tray coming out of the oven that looked like thick, PERFECTLY crispy bacon, - so whatever sandwich that was going into is definitely what I'm ordering if I ever get here again. One warning, though: I hate the chairs. I am not a skinny person, and these chairs are just uncomfortable. There, I said it. Great sandwiches, fun little spot, and I would absolutely come back. You order on a tablet and several people in front of us were quite slow ordering and it made the line take awhile. We waited at least 10-15 minutes in the line. They have an order ahead option I would utilize next time. The seasonal soup was kale and potato. It was very bland and watery. I wouldn't get it again. The bread was tough and chewy. You definitely get a jaw workout. Both of the warm sandwiches could have used a side of Au jus to soften the bread. The meat looks generous, but they do the sandwich trick. You fold the meat in the middle to make it look generous. But the ends are basically devoid of meat. Maybe a sliver. Flavors were really good. The mustard on the Cubano had a nice kick. Porchetta had a kick from the chimichurri and pickled peppers. Both were a little spicy and my son didn't love it so we ordered him a cold ham sandwich without the mustard. The cold meats are high quality as well, but definitely a little plain compared to the warm sandwiches. Overall 5/10 experience though. More evenly distributed meat and softer bread it would be A solid 10/10.
