Bliss has been the front runner for boutique shopping in salinas for many years. The owner Mia is an absolute Doll and makes you feel like you are shopping with your best friend when you are there. Customer service is always super and the style of clothing is adorable. Great for young ladies and mature woman. But I must admit I stroll down old town just to see her window displays. Amazing! With all of the new girls that work here this is the best place to shop! Within the last couple of months the staff has changed (for the better). I would definitely recommend coming to this beautiful shop! This is my go to place when there is a wedding, birthday, or even just a date with my boyfriend. The prices are reasonable because you pay what you get for. For gorgeous and good quality clothing you may have to pay a couple extra bucks. I also love the fact that they have an Instagram! After I went to Funky Elegance, I figure I might as well shop around Salinas since I'm not a native there. While walking around the Main Street, I stumbled onto this shop. LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop! They have very unique and funky clothing at okay prices. We gotta remember, it is a boutique so the prices are pretty high, but they always have some sort of sales. I just went in there last week and some of the tops they had for $10, which is a big deal because the quality is great and you won't see every other girl wearing it walking down the street. I recommend stopping buy if your in Old Town Salinas. They have great customer service and you won't leave empty handed. Always ask when they will have any more specials! They will fill you in when you can get more bang for your buck! read more

I love the clothes they carry, but they could be over priced which works for the people who are from that side of town I guess. There are boutiques on the same street that are more reasonable. Other than their clothes being over priced the girls who work there are nice they have really good customer service. read more

Great Shop in Old Town Salinas! CUTE clothes and accessories for women....shoes too! They post some great outfits on facebook, giving you ideas on how to put things together....The store is very cute, lots of great displays and a very nice variety of styles to choose from....They have some great stuff from LA-LA Originals too! Love those!!! Word to the wise...if you see something you like - BUY IT...they usually don't re-order.... read more

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS STORE. The customer service and ownership at this store are exceptionally rude and do not care about there customers. My girlfriend and I recently made several large purchases from this store and some of her outfits did not fit just right, when we went to return the items (4 days over the return date) we were treated like offenders of some national policy for even attempting. There was no in store credit or even apology for the inconvenience. So much for local shopping and helping out small businesses when they are run as poorly as this. read more

Great Clothes, cute store, fun ambiance, great customer service, and the owner is a sweetheart. I don't live in the area, but I have to visit every time I'm in town. Occasionally I see something I have to have on their instagram account, and they will put it aside for me while I have a friend or family member pick it up for me. Bliss is the best! read more

i love this little store. every time i am attending an event or night out this is my first stop. it is a small store so i don't always find something, but that is more a reflection on my finickiness. once i went in there couldn't find a thing, paige asked the right questions helped me with a blouse and jewelry i would have never chose on my own... some of my favorite items still. a great asset to salinas. read more

I LOVE THIS STORE! I have recommended this boutique to everyone I know. I live in San Jose, and when I can get away, I head straight to this store like a bloodhound. Right now, I am wearing a gorgeous necklace from Bliss. Every time I wear it, I receive compliments. People say, "Salinas? Who knew?" How snobby, but yes, Bliss in Salinas is soooo amazing! Just being in the boutique is a unique experience; it's like being magically transported in a time machine back to 1960s Paris--except there are fashions from 2013 in there! Whoever is designing the interior decorations is a genius--so creative, so awe-inspiring. It looks like Audrey Hepburn designed the store. I just love to love at the interior decorating in there! But the fashions: wow! These are one-of-a-kind type of fashions, and they're reasonably priced to boot. You have got to get yourselves to Bliss, no matter where you live. And the rest of Main Street is ultra-cool, too. read more

I was in a rush to find a dress for a wedding I'm attending on Friday, although I did not find the dress I did have to write a review on the lovely customer service. the moment I stepped in there I was greeted by the lovely saleswoman and she asked me if I needed help looking for something and I told her I needed a dress for a wedding, so she led me to a rack that had several dresses, then she proceeded to tell me shed check the back for more dresses, which is something that not a lot of shops do. She then comes back a couple minutes later with about 6 dresses that weren't on the floor and shows me each one individually and gives me ideas on how to wear them and how to accessorize them. Although I didnt end up buying one for the wedding I couldn't resist buying a beautiful olive dress for a future date night. That was the most wonderful customer service I have recieved in salinas and now I can't wait to go back. read more

My time at Bliss boutique is always above and beyond expectations. Its rare that I ever come on Yelp but once I saw the 2 "bad" experiences posted on here about Bliss I felt I should voice my opinion. I personally know both owner and Consuelo,and they are always working hard to help customers in the store, They always help me find exactly what im looking for, even when I dont know what im looking for! Even the blonde girl is fantastic. Their clothes are not cheap by any means, they have been in business for over 10 years, and they always treat me with respect. 10 years in business in this economy?? They're obviously doing something right. read more
