As a complete beginner to eyelash extensions, I felt a bit nervous when I first arrived at this salon, but the overall experience left me thoroughly satisfied! The shop environment is elegant and comfortable, and the technician was highly professional, patiently answering all of my questions. The results look incredibly natural both the length and density of my lashes are just right. It has been a week since my appointment, and they still look fantastic, with absolutely no shedding. All in all, I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning.

really truly bummed by my experience. the tech began sniffling and coughing in the middle of my appt. i was in a wedding party that weekend and especially could not get sick. i was holding my breath as best as i could while she worked. also, i wished they washed/cleaned my lashes. this is the only lash salon i've been to that doesn't do this. this place just seems OK. not a particularly clean establishment and they really should not have sick people working in a capacity so intimate with customers. i want to offer an honest review for other customers but hate to give a small business a low rating so i'll just rate 3 stars. **** 2/26/26 update hi. i'm attaching a screenshot of my reservation through Vagaro to confirm this was a real appointment. i have no intention of reaching out privately, as i won't be returning after your defensive, no-apology response. you can say lash cleaning is part of the protocol, but it factually did not occur during my service. this was a one-star experience for me, and i still chose to leave three stars. why would anyone leave a fake three-star review? it's the most un-influential rating. lol i stand by my review.

I got my lashes done with Anh and she was great! Super attentive and communicative. She took the time to really show the different options and find one that suited my wants best. This is a cat eye style with 12 mm on the insides, 13 mm in the middle and 14 mm on the outer corners.

I've been coming to Kelly at Bliss Plus Lash Spa for over a year now and every lash set I've gotten is fantastic. The Mink Full Set is super soft and for someone like me with sensitive eyes, you can't even feel that the lashes are there. Kelly always makes sure to honor my preferences and my lashes last without fills for months! Kelly works efficiently and she's very detail oriented, and the sessions are always relaxing. I've tried so many different lash extension places in OC and Bliss Plus Lash Spa is the best and most affordable!

doesn't even deserve a one star. diss appointed in the quality of the lashes and the lash techs. went in there nervous they told me to relax that they would help me get the look I wanted. my mistake by trusting a spot I just saw these good reviews and fell for it. Better quality would be appreciated. I've had extensions before and they wash the lashes before applying anything. They missed that step with these.

This was a great place to get my eyelashes done! The place looked clean and was a relaxing experience with calming music in the background. I like the end result of my lashes, even though they didn't look exactly like my inspiration pictures. The reason why I couldn't give this place a 5* rating is because there was a language barrier that made it difficult to communicate and they made a few errors during payment. But other than that, I would recommend visiting and getting a service done here! read more

Taylor was amazing bc came in after taking off a set and had a huge gap on my right eye and not a lot to work with I was very impressed. I was referred by a friend to this salon and have gone now 3 times for eyelash extensions. I was really scared to get extensions but I now know what lashes are my preference and the service there is really good they are so friendly and always accommodate you for an appointment. They helped me each time and explained the difference between each type of eyelash extension. Amy did my lashes and i'm obsessed! I came in pretty late as a walk-in (I made an impulsive decision...what can I say) and she took me right away and explained the different types of styles and what they'd look like. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and they don't exactly look like the picture, but they're still so pretty. I can't stop staring at my eyes! The spa had such relaxing music going, quiet and calm and i will admit i may have fallen asleep from being so calm haha. overall, amazing experience and i will be back! thank you, again, amy! read more

I even told her that I didn't feel the hairs being pulled out while she was threading, but she ignored my concerns, same with my mom. When we got home, the hair on my face was still there. It honestly feels like I paid for nothing. They finished a full face in less than 10 minutes, which has never happened at any other threading place I've been to. My daughter also got her eyebrows done, and they gave her a horrible shape. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have paid a total of $102 for the worst service ever. This place has changed ownership, and the girls who used to work here are no longer there, and it really shows.

While the price is affordable, I will not come back due to sanitary issues & incorrect methods they use. We made appts for 12 pm and my nails were not started until 12:45 pm. My nail tech (Michelle) was very nice and she does nails well, however, she used the nail grinder tool to clean my cuticles. My cuticles HURT for hours after my nails were done and weeks after the appt, I still have cut up cuticles and scabbing from the blood (pictures attached). I wish I had known in the moment that this method is not okay; it should have been a cuticle cutter. Once I got to my car and quickly googled that I found: Grinders are made for shaping hard artificial or natural nail surfaces, not living skin. Using a high-speed rotating bit on the delicate cuticle and the nail bed can easily cause painful skin tears, deep friction burns, and severe infections. These aren't correct practices used by this salon; they are taking the easy route to get it done quickly. Would not recommend. I would give them 1 star but Yelp removes those reviews easily so that's why I'm putting 2-stars.
