Spinach salad and sauce / dressing on the side.
Faye I.

This is a great Thai to-go spot. You can conveniently order pick-up from their online menu via Clover. Service is pretty fast and my to go orders are always ready for pick-up each time I arrive, and I've been here over a handful of times. I've had their spinach salad, Bangkok fried rice, pad thai, and Khao Soi. No matter what I get, I always get the spinach salad. It's spinach fried in a tempura-ish batter with a side of their sauce the spinach salad comes with. I forgot what it's called, but it's amazing with the spinach salad. It's also good to eat the next day when you throw it in the air fryer. Khao Soi was good, and I would say better than Lotus of Siam. The Khao Soi at Lotus of Siam was really sweet, and I like how the Khao Soi here at Bloc 9 is more savory with just a hint of sweetness. I'm unsure about the drumstick it comes with. The drumstick is tender, but kind of hard to eat with the soup. There's also additional chunks of chicken that the Khao soi comes with. What's also included with the Khao Soi is regular egg noodles and pan fried egg noodles.

Parking: located in a strip mall with parking lot in front of restaurant Service: counter service Ambiance: casual Food: would recommend their lunch special coming with an entree and fried dumplings. All their curry offerings were solid, my favorite was their yellow curry (nutty).

My wife and I were starving after a 20 hour fast and she was craving Thai food. We quickly found this location and ended up ordering pad Thai and the Bangkok fried rice with tofu. The food was beyond excellent and totally satisfied our craving - we were taken back to Thailand! The Nittaya bread pudding was one of the BEST desserts we've had in Vegas and we were quite pleased with it. Service was super helpful in helping us place our order and we would highly recommend this Thai restaurant to everyone!

Good fast casual thai food. Modern vibe, but they were out of their signature dish I wanted to try. Good flavors overall, just a tad bland for my taste, lacking some depth. Not bad, but not crushing either.

Still our go to for fast Thai food that is consistently good! This visit did not disappoint. The staff is very nice. We took our number and sat at a table we chose. They came out with water and the dishes we ordered. They asked if we wanted our mango sticky rice held until we were done with our entrees. That was a nice touch since we got the dessert with the rice still warm and steamy. We sat in the middle part of the restaurant so it was a little less crowded and more quiet. There is also outdoor seating in the patio at the back of the restaurant. So glad we live near Block 9!

Super delicious, quick and easy Thai food. Conveniently located in Summerlin off of towncenter & 215. The ambience is a mix of casual yet artsy and fun, even has outside patio seating that's very beautiful but a little noisy. This could be a really nice casual lunch spot or a dinner date. Ordered the chicken Penang, curry, fried rice, and the chicken satay skewers- so yummy! Oh and Thai tea- fabulous! Must go!

Such a great little place for Thai food! It's hidden away at the rear of an office park next to a hotel and school but it's worth the hunt. Food comes out quickly and it's hot and fresh. Service is friendly and fast. The patio is really cute with a small path running alongside. You do get traffic noise but that's ok.

I love dining at Chef Nittaya's restaurants. Which, I've dined at the other location in Henderson and prefer Henderson over this location. Although the dishes are similar, the service was better in Henderson. The decor also seemed nicer in Henderson. Food: Spinach Salad Pad Thai with Chicken Grilled Pork Skewers 1/2 bottle of red wine The spinach salad is always a hit at all the Nittaya restaurants. The sauce is to die for. So good. The Pad Thai is also a hit. Good flavor and very strong and bold flavors. The Pork Skewers were ok. I wouldn't order it again. Overall, I'd return again. Happy that my office is close to this location.

Very disappointed. For starters the parking lot is atrocious. No fault of the restaurants but beware it might take a while to find an empty spot. I came in to pick up an order (woman was very nice on the phone) but didn't greet or even acknowledge me for a few minutes once I arrived. Finally said "how can I help you?" And I told her I was picking up. Over me, she noticed a patron and started talking to them. Once finished she looked at me as if waiting for my reply. I said again pickup and she gave me the total, I paid and that was it. Didn't say thank you, offer a receipt or even push my bag to the end of the counter. Just moved on to the people she knew. Ok, I get it.. you're busy, your friends are here but terrible impression. I ordered yellow curry, no meat. And expected extra onion, bell pepper, carrot and/or potato since that's traditional but no... not one potato or bell pepper. But a bunch of broccoli and green beans. Although that was strange the flavor was good.. until I got to a hair intwined in a piece of broccoli. Luckily I only had a few bites before I saw it. Immediately threw it away and will not be back.

Had dinner last Tuesday night with Maddy. Have you ever been here? If not, definitely a must try. The food is always fresh. Customer service is great also. See my pics

Basil chicken

The Basil chicken comes with ground chicken but they happily accommodated my request and made it with sliced chicken. The service is great, friendly and fast. The food is excellent and the portions are just perfect. I I highly recommend this place.

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? (check soy sauce, fish sauce, seasoned rice vinegar for wheat, barley, rye & triticale. Rice noodles not cooked in water used for wheat noodles.) I have Celiac disease & must eat gluten free.

They were crispy and flavorful, but had very little chicken filling. The vegetable tom kha was disappointing--it was too watery and tangy and lacked the creamy coconut flavor I expected. The Panang curry, however, was excellent--rich, creamy, well-spiced, and full of flavor. We ended the meal with the mango sticky rice, which was absolutely delicious and a must-try. Since it was a hot day, we also ordered lemonade, but it tasted more like chilled water and wasn't anything special. On our second visit, we tried the chicken satay, which was juicy, tender, and very flavorful. The Thai tea was just okay, but the chicken khao soi and chicken larb were both absolutely delicious and must-tries. The khao soi was rich and comforting, while the larb was fresh, spicy, and packed with flavor. The service was exceptional on both visits. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the experience even better. One important tip: make a reservation, because the wait times can be quite long, especially during busy hours. Overall, Lotus of Siam has some real standouts. I would definitely return for the Panang curry, chicken khao soi, chicken larb, and mango sticky rice.

Lotus of Siam is a Thai restaurant with multiple locations in Las Vegas, including this one on…read moreFlamingo Road minutes from the Vegas Strip. It's a casual spot, family-owned, and known for introducing Americans to Northern Thai cuisine. The sai oua ($24) was a Northern style sausage with a bit of spice and lots of herbaceousness. The garlic prawns ($36) are a popular dish which were fried but contained both the meat and the shell; it was garlicky, crispy, and had good flavor. The drunken noodles ($21) were on the sweeter side and not spicy at all. The khao soi ($22) was also on the sweeter side and was coconut-y. I typically see braised chicken meat in khao soi but this one came with the same kind of thinly-sliced meat seen in the drunken noodles and other stir fries. For drinks, the espresso martini ($17) was good. The thai tea was a bit watered down and had less sugar than normal, even for someone who likes drinks with less sweetness. Even though it's a huge space, I recommend making reservations ahead of time. It might have a significant importance but I've had better Thai restaurants.
