There's a lot of space for table so you can sit in front of the stage or you can sit in the back or the bar is which is also very pristinely kept. Or their ceas behind that. And there's even a bowl of alley somewhere in the cut. It is a really really good spot. The entertainment was on point. They were playing a lot of hits, lot of old school which I appreciate it. Loved it. The drinks were fired. The bartender had a lot of personality and it was super engaging. Just what you want from Superior customer service. I would 101% go back. Upon arriving, we were asked if we knew the secret passcode. I didn't realize we needed to know a passcode, but the guy gave us some hints, and we eventually got it. We were instructed to go downstairs with a paper slip and "deposit" it into a deposit box downstairs. Upon doing this, we were granted access inside! It was pretty cool honestly! We sat at the bar upon arriving and ordered some drinks. They have a really nice drink menu with different cocktails and all the other liquors. They also have a full food menu too. Some people around us got food, and honestly, it looked really good! Our bartender Joey, was awesome! He was friendly and answered some of our questions about the drinks. He even made us espresso martini shots!! Hats off to Joey! The vibes inside are very prohibition-y. They had live music when we went, and I think they have live music most days during the week too. Roaring Social is located in downtown Decatur, so not too far of a walk from many other shops/bars/restaurants. We ubered, so I am not too familiar with parking, but I think there are parking garages nearby and street parking. I would definitely come back here in the future!

It is hard to turn around as there isn't much room. Thankfully the correct entrance was nearby. We pull in and there was only the option of valet parking. Luckily we had arrived early so there was still plenty of parking left. However, I spoke to someone at the event who had visited previously and that parking filled up- they had to park down the street. So be cautious of the parking situation. The hotel was very clean and bright upon arrival. We took the elevator up to the top and it was well decorated. The bartenders were friendly and waited on people fast. The view was very pretty over the skyline of Buckhead. I went in one of the bathrooms and it was also very clean and well-kept. It was a very pleasant experience. The only complaint, which this might be out of their control, but one side of the hotel faced the street. The building next door was having construction done so it wasn't a very scenic view.

The Peanut+Butter reminded me a bit of a Boulevardier variation, with the Cynar adding that earthy, slightly bitter edge that kept it from leaning too sweet. Really interesting drink with a lot going on. The Pear Matcha Fizz was refreshing and easy to drink -- definitely tasty -- but felt a little less complex and developed compared to the other two cocktails I had. Overall, very impressed. Creative menu, thoughtful execution, and a clear respect for craft cocktails. Already planning to go back tonight to work through more of the menu. This is a gem on the cocktail scene in Atlanta and deserves the glowing reviews that it has here on Yelp.

The drinks are good but they tack on a gratuity so watch for that. Their food looked good, I didnt order but my friend did. Now for the karaoke room. I checked out the menu before entering and seen it is VERY expensive per hour...... this is definitely a place you need to come with a group of at least 6 ppl...... The karaoke rooms have their own unisex bathroom inside so you dont need to leave the room unless you wanna get a drink directly from the bar. At 9:26pm, we sent 2 people from our group of 6 to go by Sapphire to see if they had availability for us. The manager told them "yes, we will have a room in 5 minutes" so the rest of our group showed up excited and ready to karaoke. We waiting patiently 10-15 minutes and the manager came by again with "I'm sorry but someone messed up reservations and we won't have a room until 10pm". It was 9:44 pm at this point. The manager could tell we were about to leave and she comes back and says "oh good news, this group is checking out now. I'll have a room ready in 10 minutes". 2 from our group couldn't wait longer so they left. The rest of us decided to wait and got 2 bottles of Soju. It's $15 a bottle and THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A NON OPTIONAL GRATUITY so keep that in mind if you want to leave a tip, it's additional. Our total for the soju ended up averaging $20 a bottle. I asked the manager at 10pm what's going on and she just cuts me off and keeps walking with a "hold on". 10:15pm rolls around and the manager was no where to be seen. At this point we have been waiting 45 minutes with no updates when the original wait quote was FIVE minutes. We saw 3-4 parties come in and get seated. I'm not sure what kind of business they're trying to run but we sure felt BAMBOOZLED out of $50 for 2 bottles of soju and wasted 45 minutes of our time. They clearly have to figure out their scheduling/reservation system if the staff are making multiple errors. Don't lie to patrons that you have a room available when you don't. This felt like the equivalent of an overbooked/oversold flight and they were hoping they could get more clients to cover no shows- at least be honest and say we were on a waitlist.

We chose the gaming only reservation which included unlimited play and 30 minutes of bowling for $30 pp. Luckily we went on a Thursday evening around 5:30 pm and it was empty so we could play any games we wanted. I could imagine this place getting super packed, though, and it being difficult to play games. They have a variety of games from darts to shuffle board to the classic arcade games. We were there for 2.5 hours and it was more than enough time to play most of the games. The reason I am taking one star away is that they need to do better maintenance on some of the games. The curling lane didn't work and many of the arcade games were partially broken. We didn't eat but they serve food there and there's lots of tables to sit at. They also have a full bar. The cocktails were decent and reasonably priced, ~$16 including tax and automatic tip. Overall, it's a really fun spot for a date or for hanging with friends. I would highly recommend avoiding their peak hours. They validate an extra hour of parking so you get 3 hours free and there's plenty of spots in the garage right next to the place.
