What I love about this place is they always give you the same groomer that is familiar with your pet and they will accommodate you in every way. We were really nervous about finding a new groomer for our dog. We inherited her from my late…read moremother-in-law. The change of our doggie losing her primary caregiver, moving down here with us and leaving the only groomer she knew was overwhelming. So it was a godsend when we found Kim. Kim cares a lot about your dog. Notice I didn't say she cares about dogs, although I'm sure she does. But she cares about your dog, as in your individual dog. That's not easy to find. She was really patient with our 13 year old dog and took really good care of her. When we first started bringing her here, Meko (our dog) was a bit nervous. Now, when I pull up, she's excited and happy to see her new little grooming family. The staff here is great and Kim makes you feel very comfortable bringing your dog here. If you're looking for a groomer and you're in the area, I'd definitely give her a try.

Kim O informed me that Pete might have an ear infection going on, so I popped into my vets and they agreed. They also told me that she does the best, cleanest ear plucking she has ever seen. This past time they damaged my dog's eyes. When we left he couldn't open his eye. I had to take him to the vet immediately. The vet records show it's a chemical burn on his cornea from shampoo. Plus he has always had a skin tag on his lower eyelid that the groomer should've been careful with. Now he's on antibiotics for his eye and pain meds and in a lot of pain wearing a cone and i can only hope he heals. I reached out and haven't heard back from Boss. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. I'm angry, my baby is hurt, my vet bills should be reimbursed by Boss and if his eyes don't heal i don't know what i will do. To not even hear back after reaching out 12 hours ago at 8am is unacceptable.
