    Tiny bread

What happened to the señorita bread ? It is half the size now . Drove 30 mins .for it .

Starbread is one star. Don't expect a smile or a greeting when you walk in, or maybe the person at the counter was having a bad day. Either way, I won't be back. When we first walked it there was a strong cleaning product smell and I wrote it off as maybe they just mopped the floor. As we waited for our order it became more clear, there was a slight sewer smell in the business. Yuck. We had already paid. I looked at a couple other patrons and they seemed unbothered. Oh well. Thankfully we only purchased the small bag of starbread. We both took a bite of the hot little bread and were unimpressed. Super disappointed because I had been wanting to try this place for a while.

Came by real quick to pick up a box for my mom and a box for my house. There's more options now and service is quick. Even if you have to wait a few minutes. One thing we noticed, the bread kinda shrunk and it isn't as tasty as before although it's still moist. That buttery flavor inside isn't there anymore and the glaze on top that sticks to our fingers when we eat the bread was missing. My mom think maybe she just had a bad batch or someone made a mistake. When I got home, mine was just like what she described. Kinda sad but hopefully it was just a bad set cuz I've love my starbread.

    Hollow Starbread

Are the little breads supposed to be hollow? Or did I just get a batch that didn't rise properly? It's not solid or bready inside so no wonder you can eat 10-15. Just little hollow rolls. Flavor is sweet but just ok. I don't understand the hype.

Delicious bread that is actually addicting when it's nice and warm. Looks like normal buttery bread in photos, but it's sweet. If you only get a few, they put it into a paper bag, if you get more, they can put it in a box. I saw someone ahead of me ask for a sample before purchasing. The parking is free in the shared lot. Happy hour donuts are available during specified times.

A new (ish) location for Senoritas! Excited to have this new location for Senoritas! Devoured 8 of them before I got home - piping hot and great snack full of goodness and deliciousness! Thanks for opening this location as options are always welcomed! This is a grab and go kinda place and I recommend buying a box to share! Clean and easy spot!

Five stars all the way. I came early in the morning on a weekday and ordered 105 pieces of fresh señorita bread, and I was amazed that they were ready within 5 to 10 minutes. They were absolutely delicious, especially straight out of the oven. Fresh truly makes all the difference. I shared them with my coworkers and everyone was instantly in love. Not a single one went to waste. Starbread also offers a variety of other pastries that look just as tempting, and I can't wait to come back and try more. Highly recommend for both quality and fast service.

Believe the hype. If you like fresh baked sweetbread then add Starbread to your list! You walk in, order then they make it fresh! I did notice that they take a handful of orders at a time so if you happen to show up after a group of orders has been submitted there will be a bit of wait time. The little breads come out piping hot and super soft and lite. It almost feels like they aren't cooked all the way but they definitely are. They are addicting! I bet they would be so good with coffee. They have other pastries, little tea cake looking things that were kinda dry. They also have a menu but I didn't get a chance to try anything from it. My main mission was the bread lol. It's a small storefront with a cold case and counter, no seating. The staff is great and very friendly! Give them a try.

I've heard so many great things about this Filipino bakery that I had to go check it out myself. I came to try out their signature Senorita Bread and they exceeded my expectations. We ordered a 5 piece but deeply regretted it because they didn't even make it to our house. We devoured these warm and buttery baked goods almost immediately and split the 5th one in half just to be fair. Their bread is pillowy soft, with a fluffy inside and just the right amount of sweetness that'll have you licking your fingers once they're all gone. These baked goods were very fresh, absolutely delicious, and highly addicting!

WOWOWOWOW!!!! The most fluffiest, flavorful, soft, sweet delicious bread I've ever had!! You need to try it for yourself. It's a unique flavor experience. 10/10 overall experience. Will def be back! Also their ube donuts are great!

Señorita bread or pan de kastila

I've seen plenty of IG reels promoting Starbread bakery, but I've never had the chance to come in. Well, the day finally came and I finally got to see what the hype was about. Sure glad I did, because their Senorita bread is awesome. Walking in on a Sunday, after noon, there wasn't much left in terms of other items, but they still had their signature Senorita bread. I haven't had pan de kastila since I was a child, which is a shame because it's so good. Knowing this place seems to thrive with this as their star item, I knew I had to check it out at some point. Walking in, it smells great, like butter and sugar and all the things I shouldn't be eating but do anyway. There was no one at the register but people were waiting in the small, tiny little area. When someone did come out from the back, she was bringing boxes to the people waiting. We ordered a 20 piece box and waited approximately two minutes for it. When she handed it to us, it was piping hot and smelled amazing. I could not wait to get my hands on this. Even though I did wait until I got home, so my mom could have a taste too, it was still warm and really delicious. The bread was soft and the melted filling was oozing out in the best way possible. Super sweet but well balanced and extremely tasty. I can absolutely see why this place is hyped up.

This place is amazing!! They have the best bread! It's always hot and delicious! Such a comfort food to my coworkers and I. We get a big box and bring it to work. Staff is always kind & helpful. I wish they had more locations. 10/10!!

Finally got to Starbread Bakery at their newest location on Sahara which is so close to my home. My first time ever and I must say, those little senorita bread rolls are delicious and really packed with flavor. I bought a few malasada's (Ube and Banana). The ube was just okay for me. I haven't tried the banana one yet. They also offer other malasada flavors, a few mochi donuts and other baked goodies. I'm definitely going back for those senorita's often.

The malasada was definitely a day old. You can taste all the old oil that it was fried in. Very disgusting.

But once you find the beautiful, ornate wooden door and step inside, you're transported into a charming little wonderland. The interior is unlike any other café in Las Vegas, with a greenhouse feel, small trees, unique décor, and plenty of cozy spaces to relax. The atmosphere is airy, whimsical, and fun. My favorite drink is the Iced Butterfly Latte, a delicious banana-flavored latte that's both unique and refreshing. I've also ordered the Berry Ricotta Brioche several times, and it's always amazing. The menu offers a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. Pro tip: Find a table before ordering! This place gets very busy, and seating fills up quickly. If you're with friends or family, have someone save a table while the others order. Overall, Gäbi is one of my favorite cafés in Las Vegas, and I continue to bring friends and family whenever I get the chance. Between the delicious food and drinks, the beautiful atmosphere, and the hidden speakeasy vibe, it's truly one of the most unique café experiences in town.

Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

Again, I came for the cookies so not a problem. I chose the Cookie Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie as well as the White Chocolate Chip Ube. I took them home as take out. Despite cooling down a bit, they stayed pretty warm (I still microwaved for good measure). These cookies are incredibly gooey, not at all cakey, and just sweet enough to still be flavorful. Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
