So she rings me up, total is $47, and I'm like wtf. $33 for oil change, $8 extra for filter, $4 for extra oil (?), tax. Told the lady she was misleading. She had an attitude and was clearly annoyed with me asking her what the heck was going on. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Bottom line: They nickel and dime you and have bad very poor customer service. I am concerned about it because my transmission seems to be starting to cause a problem. They said yes they could. They come out to collect the money and then tell me they couldn't check the oil level. I checked online and it looks like an easy check if you can get underneath the vehicle. So I paid more than $60 for a job that was not completely done. When called to ask he was unapologetic and said the did the rest of the job. He finally offered $6 back. I do not want to go back to this place again so I declined his offer. I want people to know that this could happen.
