What you will hear is "it will cost you a $200 a service call" even if the equipment was just delivered within days and there is a problem using it! No compassion and they are dealing with vulnerable customers. We were even told that they need to make a profit so don't expect any help without paying $200! High pressure sales but once you pay, forget about getting any support. There are comparable products (new!) on Amazon that are price competitive and Amazon accepts returns. Try eBay if you are looking for a used piece of equipment. Better prices and delivery can be arranged.
