Sorry I cannot share the enthusiasm of the other reviewers because even though THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT, service was non-existant!!! There was no one inside (outside some kind of party was going on) but it took quite awhile for Jessica to appear. We ordered coffee to start and then I wanted the CRAB/ASPARAGUS/EGGS BENEDICT over ENGLISH MUFFIN and Kathy ordered the CUP OF SOUP (Chili today) and 1/2 of a CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH. She ate every bite, so it must have been good. We wanted more coffee, but Jessica was nowhere to be seen. The owner brought us our delicious food, and Kathy eventually got up to fill both our cups with coffee. When we saw Jessica again, I requested a box to go for my leftovers, and again she disappeared. Once more my friend Kathy to the rescue who eventually noticed the stack of to-go boxes and got one for me to use. We were so excited to share this great restaurant with our friends this past weekend but were superdisappointed. After waiting for about 30 minutes for our table we were ready to order once seated- well not what our waitress had in mind because that set her off. What a crab and unprofessional. I thought it was just okay. My fiancé enjoyed hers though. I got the BLT with egg and she got the pork roll sandwich. It just didn't have the flavor that it should have. This was recommended to us by some people we know. We are so glad we listened. Brooke waited in us and was super fun and happy. She was very informative when we said it was our first time. And excitedly told us some of her absolute favorites. My friend and I each got something different and shared a plate of pancakes. Everything was seriously the best breakfast I've ever had. Stop in searching for great corned beef hash. The service, eggs, coffee, and cleanliness were great. The hash not so much. It lacked flavor and had greasy barely cooked potatoes. The corned beef looked to be of good quality, so it was the cook and recipe. I could not eat it. When asked, I told the server about and nothing was offered. I will not be back. Despite what Alan claims in his rebuttal, I only had three bites of the hash. Maybe his serving of hash was also skimpy today. I had to lower the rating to 1 Star for Alan's comments. read more

We were on vacation and came here from reading the Yelp reviews. The first time we came was Sunday around noon. The wait was about 25 minutes but they had little biscuits and coffee out and comfortable outdoor patio sofas to sit on. The staff was nice and hard working. We sat inside and I ordered the egg sandwich and my son and husband had pancakes. Pancakes were so fluffy and good. My husband had chocolate chip and pecan and it was delicious. The food was simply AMAZING! So good we came back! We had our dog this time and sat outside. The waitress brought our dog some water which was very nice. The owner even remembered us. I ordered the special crab cake Benedict and I was in heaven!!! Presentation was beautiful and taste was out of this world. This was probably the best breakfast I've ever had!
