Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff, and they took photos and a video of the exterior of my vehicle. Once that process was completed, my car and keys were taken to the service area. They then provided a detailed video inspection that walked me through the full diagnostic process, showing any issues they found and highlighting items that needed attention. Unfortunately, my BMW required quite a bit of work. The dealership made the process convenient by providing a text-based system where I could review the recommendations and select which repairs I wanted completed. As a nice finishing touch, they also included a complimentary car wash when the service was finished.

I've…read morebeen a Beverly Hills BMW Service Center customer for years and have always had positive experiences -- I even sent unsolicited compliments about their service advisor Justin Young just a few months ago. Always enjoyed going. This time was different. The seat belt restraint guide on my 2022 BMW 430i snapped off its track under normal use at just 15,000 miles (a third of the typical miles for a car this age). A safety-critical component failing this early is not acceptable, and I requested a goodwill repair review. Beverly Hills BMW declined without ever inspecting the vehicle or the part, and without asking a single question about mileage or usage. I escalated to BMW North America, who were responsive and professional. A corporate representative specifically requested that Beverly Hills BMW inspect the car and consider a goodwill repair. They had me come in. One person leaned into the car briefly and that was it. No real inspection, no discussion, no consideration. It was lip service -- going through the motions to technically honor BMW corporate's request with zero intention of actually doing the right thing. A safety restraint component failing at 15,000 miles on a 4-year-old car should never be dismissed this casually. I can only imagine their backpedaling qualifiers when they read this review. The lack of good faith here -- especially after BMW North America intervened and my consistent unsolicited online praise of their service in the past -- speaks for itself.

I have excellent credit and a good job but was denied a loan at another used dealer due to being a 'first-time buyer'. After working with that dealer they managed to get me the loan at more than 10% interest with $7.5k down...are you kidding? Danny at Beverly Hills on the other hand treated me like family and vouched for me, working with the lenders to get me a similar size loan at just 5% with $0 down- no catch. In addition, David took great care of me throughout the sale and was a pleasure to work with. As a first time buyer I was happy to find they were very transparent about the whole process. Everyone knows car salesmen can be a stressful pain in the a** to deal with- not so here. As far as I can tell, these are genuinely great guys with genuinely great deals on the vehicles they sell, and I look forward to doing business with them again.

I felt very comfortable at the dealership while I was shopping around and that goes a long way when buying a used car. These are good people and they definitely take care of you. They will not over charge you for a car, they will not pile up fee's on you, they will not make any warranties for the car mandatory, and they will take care of the paperwork within the hour you decide to buy.

In my personal experience, the way he handled the deal made me feel like he was trying to rob me. The numbers and terms we discussed verbally did not match the contract I was given, and when I pointed out the differences, he brushed it off as a "mistake." After that, more changes appeared in the paperwork that again benefited the dealership, which made me feel manipulated and misled. Based on what I went through, I left feeling like I could not trust Amir or the dealership. It was a horrible experience that has stayed with me, and I strongly urge others to be cautious and avoid doing business here.
