    Lattes for here.
    Nancy I.

Quality coffee. Moderate wait time. Limited seating. The price is higher than blue bottle in California, but it tastes the same. Pro tip: say it is "for here" and you will get it in a real cup with a saucer.

iced matcha latte with oat milk

this is my third time going to blue bottle. first one was in chicago, second was in LA, and now i tried the one in new york. i like their matcha lattes and i like the type of oat milk they use but idk this time around it tasted a bit more watered down from the other locations i tried. i think it was still good but it didn't hit the same as chicago or LA. the place was clean and the workers were nice tho. it's right next to the world trade center oculus so if you visit it's still a nice place in the area to stop by and grab a drink.

What a wonderful location for this coffee shop! It's a perfect reprieve after walking around the city (and for us, it was a reprieve from the rain, lol). Blue bottle's coffee is always delicious and fresh - I consistently get a hot "sweet latte" which I love. Service at this location was good - it was extremely busy so the baristas did seem overwhelmed (but what can you expect in such a busy area of NYC). Seating is limited but again, what can you expect in NYC?

Conveniently located in the same building as Eataly, the staff is friendly, and the drinks are good. The only downside is that they don't have a restroom, so you'll have to walk across to the mall to use one.

    Matcha latte, cold brew blend

First day in NY for my senior trip, my girlfriend found this place just as a quick stop for our morning coffee, and we were surprised by how delicious everything was. I ordered myself the Cold Brew Blend, which on its own had a beautifully rich taste but was slightly bitter like most cold brews. Regrettably, I added some simple syrup to sweeten it, and it completely ruined the flavor. Definitely recommend it for a classic plain cold brew, but if you are looking for something sweeter, not my preference. I also decided to order the Hayes Valley Espresso. This was genuinely some of the best espresso I have ever tasted. The flavors blended together perfectly in one shot of fruity, chocolatey goodness! Even my girlfriend, who doesn't like espresso, thought it was pretty good! Speaking of her, she ordered the Iced Matcha Latte. She was incredibly pleased with the authentic Japanese matcha they used and the flavor it held. She added just a touch of simple syrup, making it the perfect balance. Overall, I would 100% recommend just be careful when adding simple syrup as it can change the flavor palette! Perfect NYC stop for a chill yummy coffee!

Sometimes when you're walking around the Big Apple looking at tourists spots, you need a break for a drink and this is a nice coffee shop to take a break. It's located in Rockefeller and it does require a walk around the building to locate so the crowds are not terrible. There's plenty of indoor seating and if seating is full, you can sip on your drink inside in the shade with AC running through the building. It wasn't so much tourists when we were here but people who worked at the building or near the building. The drinks were delicious. I enjoyed the matcha. They didn't have any cup sleeves so it's a challenge when you ordered a hot drink. It can be quite hot to hold.

We stopped in before the 9/11 museum and had a coffee, everything croissant and chocolate croissant. The food was tasty and the coffee was great. Convenient location for where we were going. We would come back when in the area.

This is a Blue Bottle location located in FiDi. It's pretty similar to other Blue Bottles, but this store probably is a lot busier and doesn't have too much seating. Coffee is solid overall. Service is fast although do expect a line. They also gave us some free samples of their instant coffee which was nice.

11am here on a Saturday morning. The guy at the register was super nice. But the guy who made the small cherry blossom latte and the small latte for us is filled with attitude. Both drinks look exactly the same. If you yell out the name of the coffee while you are looking out the window and side-eyed me, I won't know which drink is which. I know you are gay, and I am too, but you don't need to throw your racist attitude on a Saturday for no particular reason. Besides the attitude, it latte is diluted. I am from San Francisco and I drink Blue Bottle every week. So I know what a regular latte should taste like. I would let this person go if I was the management. You are in a touristy area promoting Blue Bottle, take your attitude and keep your issue at home. I won't be coming back here again.

    Black Cardamon Latte

Blue Bottle is not near me, and I only had it once in LA. We were excited to see it and had to come back after our meal to try it. I asked for a recommendation, and I was told it was the last day for Black Cardamom Latte. I was surprised and happy to see the foamy heart on my latte since I would never see it from my usual Starbucks cup of coffee. My daughter got the Iced Sweet Latte which she enjoyed. It had some seats for customers inside and a couple of tables outside. I like the wide clear windows that you can see from outside. Looks very clean. Would definitely be back to any Blue Bottle location.

    New Orleans (16 oz)
    Samantha D.

Came in on a Wednesday around 10:40am. There was a line that almost reached the door, but it moved quickly. I got a 16oz New Orleans with oat milk. The coffee was strong, and when the ice fully melted, it didn't taste as watered down as other drinks do. It wasn't as creamy as I remember it. It's a good thing if you're looking for a coffee fix because the caffeine really hit me a few hours later. I felt the energy boost. I got my drink quickly, but there was a longer wait for people that ordered hot drinks.

This is somehow my first visit to Blue Bottle even though it's one of NYC's most famous coffee chains, but it was located right next to my office. The coffee itself isn't bad, but for the price, I expected a larger size cup. Also, the staff is really slow. There was only one other person in the shop, and he had already gotten his coffee. They got my coffee order wrong not once but twice. The first time around, they didn't make my latte iced. The second time, they forgot I asked for oat milk. What should've been a 5 minute visit ended up taking me 15 minutes, and I had to run back to the office to return back to work. I would visit again but probably at another location.

3 stars for the croissant egg sandwich with the pepper sauce. The place was super crowded, nearby to the 9/11 museum. The staff was not very friendly but they were also pretty busy. I ordered a mocha latte and it was more bittersweet than anything. Maybe they don't use a sweet mocha? I thought mocha has a little sweetness to ot but I guess not here. Spent quite a bit and I ended up throwing it away. The egg sandwich was good although the eggs looked like sticks. Haha! Great pepper sauce on it though! It really spiced up the sandwich. Would go elsewhere for coffee though.

It happened to be 787 Coffee which I have visited plenty of times on the island and enjoy. With excitement and in Spanish I tell the cashier that I was happy to come across this place as I have tried them out in PR. How is it that this "jibara" apparently from Maricao, spoke to me in broken English while I am talking to her in our native language, total fail. Anyhow, I ordered the coquito hot latte with an extra shot of rum and oat milk, fine, I paid $11 for a very small coffee. Now what I can't believe is that the quesito pastry was $8. I really wanted it but it was not until I paid that I then noticed the price. I sat to eat it while I waited for my name to be called as mentioned by the cashier. I walked around looking at everything, the music very loud and hard for people sitting to have conversations, the place is very colorful and with many PR sayings, however the place also feels very Americanized with the music and layout. I still awaited my name to be called minutes later, but nothing. I approached the cashier, who was just standing there, to ask about my coffee and she wasn't able to tell me so she asked the barista steps away from her. He pointed to a cofre sitting on their counter, it had my name, and when I pointed out that I was waiting for my name to be called, she shrugged her shoulders and smiled like she didn't care. The coffee by now was not all that hot, I never tasted any rum or coquito flavor and felt I wasted my time at this place. What's more upsetting is that I left a nice tip for a service that was not provided. They couldn't even bring the coffee ti my table once they realized it was sitting there and they forgot to call my name. You can find better service elsewhere.
