PB&J Matcha
Tiffany Y.

PB&J Matcha was everything I needed this drink to be - flavorful, nutty, and just enough sweetness to balance the matcha. Service was quick and prompt, while the space was pretty minimal for ppl to mainly sit at the tall stools to catch up on light work or a quick catch-up with people. Located pretty conveniently in the financial district next to Oculus so made a nice morning spot to grab some drinks.

their matchas are always yummy but definitely ask for less sweetness if you're a matcha lover. the service is pretty quick and there's a bit of window seating at this location

I love the strawberry Matcha from Blank Street! It is so good and refreshing, but not overly sweet. this shop is not the cutest of all of their locations, but the staff is still nice. This location also isn't nearly as crowded as many others.

Stopped by Blank Street Coffee for a quick pick me up! The shop is small and a bit cramped, it's fine for short stop. I tried their banana bread matcha and salted pistachio matcha, and I've also had the strawberry shortcake and cookie matcha before, all super creative and delicious flavors! I ordered one hot matcha but think there was a mix up, and they accidentally gave me two cold ones instead. The staff handled it so kindly, they quickly remade my hot one and let me keep the extra, which was such a nice gesture. Can't wait to come back to try the pastries!

I only ordered the bunt cake when I stopped in, but it was really yummy. It's was a little dry but most gluten free things are. They had people filtering in and out constantly. Not much seating but enough to chill for a second.

Loooove me some blank street. I typically go for their cold brew (it has an amazing nutty flavor) but most recently tried the cookies and cream matcha. Incredible. Hope they keep it on the menu long term!

A smaller cute coffee shop I came across by chance. I got a strawberries and cream latte. It was not super busy when I went, and service was quick! Great coffee.

came here before my professional development. nice staff. great matcha. nice escape from the chill outside. stop by!

The coffee is consistently good, and their aesthetic and branding is super minimal and chic, and it's the perfect little stop when you need a quick pick-me-up. I love that their drinks aren't overly sweet, and the service is always fast. My favorite was the strawberry latte and the daydream latte!! 10/10 def recommend

If I could add more stars I would. Besides delicious iced matcha - the customer service was above and beyond. Thank you for your help with my silly questions and terrible spill.

Mint chip matcha

Very good! Friendly, clean, and fun flavors! I had a mint chip matcha which was definitely an interesting mix but I really enjoyed it. Not too far from Brooklyn bridge which is nice to grab a drink and walk across. Thing to note it's just a small space but I'm from out of town so I think I'm catching onto that being a trend for NYC

The menu is so pretty, and very tasty lattes. I would recommend here bc the service is typically friendly and more lively when theres more ppl working.

Now that Blank Street Coffee is by my job, i decided to go in to get an iced blueberry matcha. The barista did a great job at asking me what I wanted in the drink, what milk, if it should be ice or hot, and the size of the drink. After that, he went on to make the drink and it came out very nice. The matcha and blueberry syrup came separately in the cup so then I had to blend it with a straw. After blending it, the drink comes out green and very matcha like it is just purely matcha until you drink it. It tasted purely like blueberry and not really matcha. It's like blueberry jam ice cream. Not too sweet so it was a perfect blend. Going to try out their other matcha latte next time since I tried the matcha white chocolate and blueberry matcha already.

Amazing Creme (Croux) Puffs!!!…read more I got the green tea, black sesame, & earl grey. The cream filling is very generous and the pastry isn't too thick. Loved the outside flavoring. Each one was perfectly made and absolutely delicious. Would come back if ever in New York to try everything else! I still think of these cream puffs often!

The café has a cozy atmosphere with playful alpaca-themed décor that gives it plenty of character without feeling overdone. Even with the constant activity outside in the Theater District, it feels like a nice place to step inside and enjoy a quiet break. The cream puffs were easily the highlight of my visit. I tried the Matcha Cream Puff, which had a crisp, cookie-like shell filled with a generous amount of smooth matcha cream. The matcha flavor was rich and earthy without being overly sweet, making it feel well balanced from the first bite to the last. I also liked that they rotate seasonal flavors, giving me a reason to come back and try something different. The pastry selection extends well beyond the cream puffs, with beautifully prepared cakes, tarts, and colorful macarons on display. Everything looked thoughtfully made, and pairing a pastry with one of their specialty drinks made for a great combination. The matcha latte complemented the desserts well, while options like the lavender latte offer something a little different if you are looking to branch out. The ordering process was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly throughout my visit. Seating inside is fairly limited because of the café's smaller size, so it can be difficult to find a table during busy hours. Even so, it works just as well as a place to grab a pastry and drink to enjoy while exploring the neighborhood. Overall, Bibble & Sip is a great stop for anyone looking for high-quality pastries in a welcoming setting. The cream puffs, creative drinks, and unique atmosphere make it a place I would happily return to whenever I am near the Theater District.

The Jeju Green Tangerine Matcha honestly just tastes like a tangerine selter drink but in the best way, because I don't typically enjoy seltzer or carbonated beverages. I really enjoy the flavor and the carbonation isn't too strong, probably because I brought it home to drink. I don't really taste the matcha but I would definitely still order this again. 2. Matcha Einspanner. This is my first time having an Einspanner so I have no idea what I was expecting but this is DELICIOUS. It's so silky and smooth and the TASTE is just right up my alley. The matcha is light but you can still taste it. Absolutely, would drink this all the time if I could. 3. Purple Sweet Potato Latte. This. This. Omg, why haven't I tried this sooner?! The first sip and initial taste, I almost tasted nothing, just milk. And then all of a sudden, there's an explosion of flavor in your mouth. As a sweet potato lover, I was in heaven. I have absolutely no words for this drink, just try it. 100/10 recommend. This is probably my favorite one out of the 3 that I bought. I went around ... 2:45PM on a Friday and most of the seats were taken, if I remember correctly. There were a decent amount of seats and the space was decent. I liked the minimal aesthetic they had for the design of the interior. Not to forget, the staff at the register was absolutely wonderful, she answered all my questions, she's so sweet. I think I'm disappointed that I haven't tried this place sooner. Y'all get out of your comfort zone and try the Purple Sweet Potato Latte !! Or if not, just try this place out. I will definitely be recommending the Purple Sweet Potato Latte to all my family and friends.

While it was a fun and unique drink, I probably should have opted for something else. The topping was literally like actual tiramisu rather than just tiramisu flavoring, and it felt like there was more ice and tiramisu than latte. Personally, I would have preferred more of the tiramisu flavor without the full tiramisu texture mixed into the drink. That said, it was an interesting concept and I'm glad I tried it. I'd definitely be open to coming back and trying another latte on a future visit.

It happened to be 787 Coffee which I have visited plenty of times on the island and enjoy. With excitement and in Spanish I tell the cashier that I was happy to come across this place as I have tried them out in PR. How is it that this "jibara" apparently from Maricao, spoke to me in broken English while I am talking to her in our native language, total fail. Anyhow, I ordered the coquito hot latte with an extra shot of rum and oat milk, fine, I paid $11 for a very small coffee. Now what I can't believe is that the quesito pastry was $8. I really wanted it but it was not until I paid that I then noticed the price. I sat to eat it while I waited for my name to be called as mentioned by the cashier. I walked around looking at everything, the music very loud and hard for people sitting to have conversations, the place is very colorful and with many PR sayings, however the place also feels very Americanized with the music and layout. I still awaited my name to be called minutes later, but nothing. I approached the cashier, who was just standing there, to ask about my coffee and she wasn't able to tell me so she asked the barista steps away from her. He pointed to a cofre sitting on their counter, it had my name, and when I pointed out that I was waiting for my name to be called, she shrugged her shoulders and smiled like she didn't care. The coffee by now was not all that hot, I never tasted any rum or coquito flavor and felt I wasted my time at this place. What's more upsetting is that I left a nice tip for a service that was not provided. They couldn't even bring the coffee ti my table once they realized it was sitting there and they forgot to call my name. You can find better service elsewhere.
