The GPS always takes me down that alley. The parking lot can be accessed from both the alley and Manchester. I rarely have to wait. If so, they have taken me back to my chair, where I have a personal TV. It always smells good and clean here. They even use warm lemon-scented cloths to clean your mouth/chin, etc. after service. If I could give this so-called dentist zero stars, I would. The only reason he's got only a few…read morereviews is because he mostly serves neighborhood seniors who are generally not into tech or posting their experiences. I had 2 upper crowns on implants installed by this "dentist" (whose professional knowledge is rather questionable) for $2000 cash (on the top of another amount paid by my insurance) and that's when my nightmare began. From general discomfort and swollen undereye above the crowns, I kept going back with my concerns and every time this "dentist" checked my bite, he would say everything looked good. I ended up asking him to send me for MRI just to make sure I didn't develop a cyst or something else, and after paying additional $500 and getting negative results, I finally went back to the surgeon who originally installed my implants. To my biggest surprise he told me that the crowns were too big, placing too much pressure on the bone structure and destroying it, and that they needed to be adjusted. So, I went back to "dr" Strawn, who now not only "adjusted" my crowns (after telling me for months and months that they were perfectly fine) but he "shaved" one of them all the way down to the metal. Of course, that's not what I originally paid for, and I should have asked for the replacement immediately, but I just didn't feel like dealing with this unprofessional individual anymore. Now, just over a year and a half since then, I found out that the crown with exposed metal was "shaved" too much and was sitting too high, but the worst of all is that apparently the metal used in crowns is highly corrosive and should have never been exposed. I brought that to "dr" Strawn attention and asked for the refund for that particular crown so that another dentist can replace it, at which point he asked me for a written confirmation, even though he knew what he had done. I had to go back to the surgeon, and he forwarded his written confirmation to "dr" Strawn. Ever since then, I haven't heard anything back and after calling his office and sending him letters, he has basically done NOTHING about this issue. I have no idea where he got his license to practice because it is very clear that he has a very poor knowledge in this practice and his work is totally unacceptable. Now BBB is going to be my next step, but in the meantime, I just wanted to let everyone know to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
