What an incredible menu! And the price was spot on!

I am so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to attend the wine and pizza pairing here. I haven't had a sip of wine in over 10 years, but I figured if I was ever going to reintroduce it, this would be the perfect setting--paired with sourdough pizza, no less. I'm so glad I did. I'm still amazed at how thoughtfully each slice was paired with its perfect glass. Every combination felt intentional and elevated the flavors in a way that truly surprised me. It was such a fun (and delicious) way to discover what I actually enjoy drinking--and I even walked away with some great gift ideas for friends and family. And the pizzas... wow. Each one won me over, but the barbecue slice absolutely had me weak in the knees. The combination of pickled jalapeños, smoky ends, and that spicy barbecue drizzle was unreal. Sweet, smoky, tangy, and just the right amount of heat--it completely stole my heart. This was the perfect way to sample a variety of their pizzas, and I left loving them even more than I expected. The service was exceptional from start to finish. I even appreciated that right at the beginning they offered a box--saving me from overindulging too quickly (though I can't promise I showed much restraint!). It was thoughtful and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We ended the evening with a chocolate hazelnut macaron, and while I'm not usually a macaron person, this one absolutely hit the spot. The texture was perfect with just the right amount of sweetness. I also discovered that I'm apparently a dessert wine lover! The pairing was smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet--an ideal finish to the night. I highly recommend checking out any of their classes. This wine and pizza pairing is perfect for a group of friends, family, or even a date night. I cannot wait to come back for another one!

The interior of the restaurant is beautiful - dark navy and sleek gold. You're immediately greeted by the full pastry case and a line at the register. The menu is full of breakfast and lunch selections - all made with their fresh baked goodies. My husband and I came for breakfast. We had hoped to grab a table but it was packed! We ended up getting some food and drinks to go. I got the everything on everything, which was pretty good. My husband got the pork belly hash and said he had a hard time finding the pork but ate it all up regardless! We shared a jalapeno cheddar scone which was buttery and crumbly and delicious. I ordered a chai and my husband a mocha. His was so good it made me regret my choices. Overall, we will definitely be back! It's nice to have another great cafe in Hamburg!

Having eaten dinner at the EA location several times we were excited to try the Hamburg location for breakfast! Luckily we got in right before the lunch rush and ordered at the counter. They have several tables and a bar top. Drinks were good but they don't have the same specials as EA. The bagels, I believe sourdough, were very fresh and delicious. Around $35 for 3 drinks and 3 breakfast items (bagel, scone, muffin)

The cakes were so balanced between a light and airy cake and wonderfully flavored, not too sweet, fillings and icings. I have sensitive teeth so the fact I ate 4 slices without any problem really was great for me. Just the right amount of sugar to let the flavors pop. We ended up ordering a 2 tier cake and 2 1/2 sheets of cake for $400. What I believed to be a steal for that much wedding cake. Excellent experience. Both times we taste tested and came back to place the deposit, I ordered a croissant, 1 biscoff and 1 tiramisu custard. The croissants are the best I've had. The perfect texture and her spreads inside are amazing. Katya is wonderful and we really love her small bakery. Wishing her all the success she can handle.

The croissants are exceptional. Golden and flaky. And the fillings are where things get really special. We tried two but bought a variety, and each one has its own personality. We paired our croissants with a London Fog and a mocha, both solid. They also have fresh juices and water available, which is a nice touch. The cafe itself is clean, bright, and inviting. Parking had ample spots available. The staff were warm, friendly, and clearly take pride in what they serve and how they treat customers. It looks like they make custom cakes too. The hand-drawn logo alone tells you the level of artistry and care this place operates with. Highly recommend. Don't sleep on this place.

The ambiance…read moreis warm and inviting, the food is excellent, and it's the kind of place you want to linger with a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, what I experienced this past Saturday morning completely undermined that charm. A local running group had clearly made this their post-run stop, which in itself is perfectly fine. Many of the women were seated respectfully like any other patrons. However, one man took it upon himself to turn the front of the bakery into his personal gym. While customers stood waiting for their coffee, he was drenched in sweat, performing cooldown exercises right in the lobby--hands flat on the floor, legs in the air, squats, jumping--completely oblivious to the people around him. The smell alone was enough to turn your stomach. This isn't a locker room. It's not a sidewalk. It's a place where people come to eat and drink. There was no awareness, no courtesy, no basic respect for shared space. It was uncomfortable, unhygienic, and frankly shocking to witness in a setting that otherwise prides itself on atmosphere. The bakery deserves praise for its food and environment, but management needs to step in and set clear expectations. Allowing behavior like this diminishes the experience for everyone else. There's a line between casual and careless--and this crossed it entirely. Hope you are ashamed of your self sir and I use the word sir loosely...
