So even though they never trained these fencers, the club became associated with their success when they paced high at tournaments since the fencers would list Durkan as their club. As a result, unknowing parents would believe that Durkan trained these fencers when they, in fact, did not. There are threads on Reddit that go into all of this drama. Because of the above, I wouldn't necessarily trust what Durkan promises you.

I love that everyone knows all the kids' names regardless of the room. Throughout the day, we are kept informed of everything they do from diaper changes, to food, to naps, to activities. It's truly amazing. The teachers are all very nurturing and hands on. The facility is always clean and bright, with a great outdoor space in the back, which is perfect for water play in the summer. I would highly recommend Tutor Time to anyone. I am confident my children are safe and in a great learning environment. And, in the wake of Covid they have taken extreme caution to keep all the children and staff safe. But I didn't agree I told him at least 3 times I was holding him responsible if fences were damaged. I have also been asking for the refund of my $150 delivery fee and they just ghosted me. I as the customer tried to call to confirm delivery no one answers the phone stayed on hold for about 30 minutes, I decided to leave a message and never received a return call. On delivery day the fence was supposed to be delivered by 12noon ... at 1:45pm I started calling the company to find out the status of the delivery after calling 3 times I was finally able to speak to someone on the phone. As I expected the woman on the other line was very nasty, rude and condescending. She told me that the driver will call the landscaper (who SHE said was my cousin) when the driver leaves and then told me to "stay safe and be cool" and hung up the phone. I am the customer with no relation to the landscaper. The fence finally showed up and I had to call my landscaper myself as he never received a call. If I could give negative zero stars I would. The customer service for this company is horrendous. I have advised my landscaper if he wants to deal with disgruntled customers and taint his own reputation then keep ordering fences and continue business with Mr. C Fence. To professional landscapers and anyone that wants good quality customer service and expects business transactions to be on a professional level stay clear away from Mr. C Fence because you will find only the opposite with this company

I have never taken any of these classes but the instructors are so knowledgeable, observant, and patient. They made me feel comfortable every time I went to class. I have only been coming here a couple of months and I can already see an improvement in my game and an increase in my confidence. Augie also takes great pride in his establishment and provides the best equipment so we are always protected. Additionally, the other students are welcoming, knowledgeable, and are always willing to help you. Everyone is always looking out for each other and it truly feels that you belong to a family there.
