Bill pours his heart and soul into crafting fine wine in the Colorado Foothills. He is an artist in every sense of the word. If you are in Colorado this is a must see. Saturday's and Sunday's he has FREE tastings just t like in the OLD DSYS in Napa. Try his Port you will love it. Oh and the Pinot Noir is something you should also enjoy and take home.

Amazing hospitality and wine! I love that it's BYOF and so affordable! The outdoor scenery is gorgeous as well! I can't wait to return in the summer!

This place is our favorite winery in the front range. We come here every few months and every time have an amazing experience. The owners are very kind and their dogs are even sweeter. The wine is always great, but we especially enjoy the Zinfandel, Merlot, and Gewürztraminer. The dessert wine is amazing for gifts. The property is so beautiful and our young children love coming to walk around and play. This is the perfect spot for a casual birthday celebration as bringing your own food is encouraged!

Awesome people and place. No food service so bring your own snacks. Conversations with vine dresser and server were great.

Their charcuterie options were also abundant but we opted for the Colorado wild game sausage board. So worth it to try some exotic meats including elk, wild boar & blueberry, and the most interesting in my opinion...the pheasant and rattlesnake sausage. All were flavorful and went well w the beer cheese and jam but I personally loved the elk sausage the most.

The staff is outstanding--everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience. You can tell they really care about what they're building here. The wine selection is excellent, and their flights are a steal at just $14. They also offer meads, mulled cider, and an entirely new food menu that pairs perfectly with the drinks. There's clearly a lot of thought going into the experience now. We also heard a new deck area is coming soon, plus plans for a paella night--which honestly sounds amazing and gives us even more reason to come back. If you haven't been to Snowy Peaks recently, it's absolutely worth another visit. They're doing great things and it's becoming a must-stop spot in Estes Park.

Our server was very attentive and helpful with our meal selection. While the biscuit breakfast comes with scrambled eggs they were kind enough to make mine over medium and also extra crispy bacon. The freshly made to order biscuits were so delicious with the butter and jams. We order the chocolate chip cookie skillet and it comes à la mode. Be warned it's HOT! I burned my tongue and it was so worth it. I would recommend asking for a second scoop of ice cream as it felt a little small in comparison to the size of the cookie. But get this dessert! The property is quite nice to walk around and even has a little gift shop. Give them a visit!

Located in rural weld County in Fort Lupton, sits this little gem that you have to check out!…read more At my daughter suggestion with family in town from far away cities, we chose Salt and Acres as our meeting place on a warm fall weekend. The first thing that grabs you as you're driving through the back, roads of Weld County among farms and ranches is the warmth of this location with trees, a long drive and a small pond. It truly is a picturesque setting and some families were already walking around the pond and nearby grounds taking family photos. We had a small wait for our table, which was not unexpected since had a large group. The drink options were amazing and the bartenders on duty did not disappoint with their preparations. The menu however, was great for those who were seeking carbs, but left something to be desired if you were seeking any protein options. We started with the Charcuterie and Bruschetta Barrata boards along with the Warm Spinach and Artichoke dip. A couple of flatbread pizzas wrapped up the dinner options for us. We were celebrating a birthday and brought a cake in the staff was kind enough to let us keep it in the cooler until it was time to be served. With almost every table filled outdoors and indoors, the staff did a good job of keeping up with our tables needs and balancing the other tables in their respective stations. We did have to seek out our waiter a couple of times to order additional items but they were quite busy. This place is ideal for a light, relaxing meal with drinks and the company of friends. It is not the place to go for those with a hearty appetite as you may be disappointed with the scarcity of options on the menu, but for events in a beautiful setting, you can't go wrong here!
