Took my car here yesterday morning for a quick interior detail. I was short on time and transportation, so asked for no shampooing. I don't know how they managed what they did without the shampoo. I had my travel trailer washed and waxed as well as the roof cleaned. It has been suffering in the driveway for months and was really filthy. From the time I called to make an appointment, called again to confirm parking concerns and arrived, they were great. When I got there and dropped the trailer I realized I hadn't brought a wheel chock, the guys found me one. When I picked up, late, they helped again and filled a low tire (and found a leaky valve stem). The owner was professional, friendly and didn't try to sell services or products, just what I asked for and at the price he quoted me. I had my truck interior cleaned and it doesn't look like anyone shampooed anything. My carpet has cute swirls in it, but no stains were removed from the fabric. After tipping the team $25 for their efforts, my bill was $300. They take your card and run it for you,and the bill came back to be 310.86. Service charge they said. If i could give any lower i would... i am a uber driver and my vehicle is my life. ive taken my car to blue rose auto for all my repairs. Every time i have taken my vehicle to them it has always returned unfinished and with more issues than i delivered it in. In example... items which were not damaged now are broken and need replaced. Some may think why i kept going. He is Family... I am his sister of which he refuses to acknowledge since i am trans and started as his brother. Horrible customer service! TL;DR I had to give them my name and number 4 times -Airbag light was on after I picked up the car. -Stereo was completely reset -Subwoofer was unplugged -Windshield crack noticed after service. Let me start that they have done my car once before. They did a great job, I felt like I got a good value, and felt I was treated well as a client. I called on a Thursday, and made an appointment for Friday morning. I gave the person speaking my: name, number, and the make and model of my car. I get a call on Friday morning before my appointment asking if I was still coming in, and then they take my: name, number (which they had since they called me?!)- I say I will be there for my appt. I show up to drop off my car, and waited till a tech noticed I was waiting. I was greeted into the office by the tech still scarfing down a chicken wing, and say I have an appt. for this time. He rummaged around for something which he never found, and said that he will take my name, number, and car so Tim (or Jim?) could call me back. So now they have asked my name and info 3 times I feel that is a little odd, but shit happens sometimes so I don't worry about it. I return Monday to pick my car up, and was greeted by the same tech from before, who clearly doesn't usually handle customers. I get no receipt of what was done, or any reason why it would be more then quoted price. He yells at me "That will be 110 bucks. MAN" which is 10 over the quoted price of $100. I figure its only $10 so I go with it, and hand him my debit card. He explained that there debit/credit machine is "acting funky" he tries to run my card as a debit, and then as a credit which both appeared to fail which he then said "I don't know how to do any of this shit," and gave me my card back. He then asks for my name and number AGAIN! In the interest of getting my keys back I gave him. So pulling out, I immediately notice that my "Check Airbag" light is on, and thought that is odd since I have never seen that before. I then notice that my stereo deck is completely reset: eq's, radio presets, and all the data on the hard drive is all gone. Which I can fix- just didn't know why they did that. Once I got all my radio presets fix, I notice that my sub woofer is completely unplugged, and was just mindlessly put back in my trunk. Now that all this is done I start to look closer at my car, and notice a 4" crack in my windshield on the passenger side right in front of the passengers face. I am trying to stay objective about this, but the fact is that this is the first time me or my girlfriend (who was in my car Friday before we dropped it off) have seen the crack. The next day I call back to hopefully figure some of this out. Although the manager was somewhat kind, and understanding about my concerns the only thing he offered to help with is to get my sub plugged back in. He completely dismissed the idea that the airbag light, stereo reset, or the crack could happen in the 4 days they had they had my car. Not really the answers I wanted, still feel like I am getting jipped. He reminds me that I still haven't paid, so I give him my card number over the phone, and he runs my card for $115- 15 over the quoted price with no explanation for the overage. Few days go by and I am paying my card off for the month, and noticed that I was charged $110 TWICE on my debit card, and $115 a day later on my credit card. Great I have to call again... I call the number back, and got the manager who was driving at the time. I asked if there was another number I could call, and he yelled at me "NO, I AM PULLING OVER RIGHT NOW". I was told they couldn't do anything over the phone, and I needed to bring in my statements; which is complete BS they should have receipts of the two visa transactions, and the receipt of the MasterCard one! Then he asked me "Can I get your name and number." I tell him they have 4 copies of it somewhere floating around there shop, and he should have remembered me by now. I cool off, and print my statements off and go down there for the 3rd time. I come in a voice all my frustrations with this experience which I don't even get a sorry or anything to try to salvage this. I told him that if I was refunded all my money for the job, and errors I would leave a satisfied customer (which btw they guarantee "you will not leave unhappy"). He said that is not possible, but would refund the $220 for the mistakes. He gets it done, and I finally get some kind of receipt of what the hell happened here. I have never been treated this way anywhere as a paying customer, and will NEVER GO BACK. If you value your car at all then do not go here. It was the worst experience I have ever had with trying to get a simple service done. read more

We had the Complete detail adding on the dog hair removal, and heavy spot removal. We had another detail company attempt to remove the spots without success, but The Blue Rose Auto Detail team removed the spots and they look almost new! There was a incredible amount of dog hair, yet when we picked the car up, we could not find one single hair. The Wax they use left the car with an amazing high polished shine. The service was friendly, the price was reasonable, and we were promised the car would look almost new.....and sure enough it did! We are super impressed. Will take our other car in soon and are handing out business cards to our friends in hopes they will try Blue Rose Auto Detail also! Really shoddy service on my Acura, and a hassle to get in and out. Never got a clear idea of what they did or charged me for. I brought my car for detailing and was so frustrated after detailing. The exterior change color. It becomes 2 tone. They claim that they just use water to clean my car. I have my car for 6 yrs and absolutely cleaning it in car wash and my car remain shiny in one color tone. I will not recommend anyone to go to this detailing shop. These guys are lifesavers! I work with kids and, after one of them projectile vomited all over my car, I needed to have it cleaned and sanitized asap! Treston, one of the owners, got me in right away, and went above and beyond what we had agreed upon to get my car sparkling and shiny in all of the little crevices. These guys are great! Took my son's car in to get detailed for his bday, let me just say it was a pit!! Picked up the car and WOW!!! It's like it was when he bought it 4 yrs ago, it's a 2002 Solara. They buffed some scratches to where they are less noticeable and the interior was spotless as was the outside!! The interior even smelled like new! No more old food smell, lol. If I had read most of the previous reviews of Blue Rose I'm not sure I would have taken my car in there for detailing - even if I did have a gift certificate. But I'm happy to report that my experience with the staff was fine and the detail work was OUTSTANDING. I'm not sure anyone ever introduced themselves - when I made the appointment, when I dropped the car off, or when I picked it up. I worked in the public sector for 30 years and that was Rule #1 - tell the customer who they are dealing with. But all three contacts went smoothly and transactions were completed with no issues. I have a black car and it hasn't looked this good since it left the dealer's 4 years ago. If you're familiar with black paint it shows everything including the swirls the grit on your wash mitt leaves behind. The surface was as clear as could be......to the point that now I'm afraid to wash it because I know I'll ruin that gorgeous finish. The interior was also superbly done. I don't think I saw a speck of dust anywhere. The carpets were clean and best of all there wasn't any artificial smell to make it smell good......it was just clean and smelled that way. I think if Blue Rose could do just a little better job on the front end of their customer service they would be unbeatable by anyone in town. What am I saying.....their detail work IS better than anyone's in town. I have every intention of going back......I can get that "new car" look for a lot less than a new car. Blue Rose's manager is an arrogant, profane, and condescending individual. I am 62 years old, a small business owner and long-term Eugene, OR resident, and my customer experience w / BR was the worst, bar none, I've ever endured. Their detail work was thorough, a testament to their hardworking staff, but the proprietor's demeanor was totally unacceptable. When retrieving my car, I questioned an undisclosed $25 additional cleaning charge on top of their $210 fee. . He went into a rant, yelling and cursing about "damn customers," and slammed my rear hatch door shut. He said we were done; he was right. read more

I used Blue Rose in 2010 to detail my VW Jetta. Customer service was mediocre, but really I was more interested in getting my car well cleaned, so that was what it was. The thing is, I used to be a carpet/upholstery cleaner, so I know steam extraction equipment - which is what they told me they had. In fact, I inquired to make sure that it was the real deal and not something comparable to what I could rent for $25/day at the grocery store. Also, I know that these guys don't clean until it's actually clean, they clean it as much as they can in a set amount of time/effort - therefore, I always pre-clean my car before getting it detailed so they can put that effort into really making it shine. The other thing is, I had just gotten my windows tinted at Trifer. I literally picked it up from the tint shop and drove it straight to Blue Rose. The tint guys walked me through a very thorough inspection of the job so that I'd see with my own eyes the quality and lack of errors, etc. So, I brought my car in, but had to pick it up after their closing, since I worked later than 5pm. They said that was pretty standard and would leave the keys under the mat - everything was pre-paid, so it was good. I picked up my car (it was poring rain and dark) and hurried home. The next day, in the light, I looked the thing over to see how they had done. The interior looked like a typical express detail (not what I had paid for) - armorall, vacuum and minor upholstery shampoo. Several minor dirt marks were still very visible and a few had faded. They didn't even touch the roof liner, which they had promised they would spot clean. Within a week any of the faded spots were back in full affect. Incidentally, ALL of the aforementioned upholstery "stains" were easily cleaned with one of the cheap rental units about a week later. Anyway, they suck at their job BUT that wasn't the real problem, the real problem is that there was an inch long gash in my tint that even gouged into the window glass. (Which I noticed immediately that next morning in the light). I called them and they said that it couldn't be their fault, and I should have noticed it before driving off. (I don't know what I would have done since there was nobody there at that hour.) I brought it in and the owner gave me some long story about how none of his guys are allowed to wear rings or belts or anything metal inside of the car and it was impossible that he did it - ie there was nothing he was willing to do about it. BS - the ONLY person, thing, etc. in that car between my inspection at the tinter and noticing the gouge in the morning was Blue Rose and me. I only ever sat in the drivers seat and the gouge was in one of the back side windows (it is a station wagon). Thankfully, when I called Trifer to get a price on re-doing that window they were quick to offer to replace it free of charge - I absolutely recommend those guys for quality work, great customer service and real integrity. I will never go to Blue Rose again though. read more

I had brought my car in to have the carpets cleaned. They set off a sensor taking the seats out and wouldn't own up to it. It will cost me 90 dollars to have Honda reset the sensor. They said it was "highly coincidental" that the sensor went off when it did and that they are not responsible. The service light was not on when I dropped it off but was on as soon as I picked it up. Terrible experience! Where to start? A poor vacuuming job and highly visible buff strokes and water spots on the wax finish. There was even wax hardened on the windows. I had to have the whole car re-detailed just to correct the issues. The owner promised that no one left unhappy, but when I pointed to the issues he said it must have already been like that and walked away. They might do acceptable work on older cars, but definitely avoid this place if you have a newer car that you really care about. Thumbs down! read more

I took my car here about a month ago and it was filthy inside out and the young Hispanic man that actually worked on the vehicle did a great job. No complaint regarding the work, the problem was when I showed up to pick it up after they finished was the price. The quoted price and the price they charged me was 33% higher. Had this jackass called me and told me the job was going to be more extensive than originally quoted I would have considered some negotiation but no call, nothing, here's your bill pay it or your vehicle is not leaving here And all of this while he made his employee do the dirty work and give me the news while giving instruction over the telephone. DO NOT GO TO BLUE ROSE AUTO DETAIL I went to Blue Rose because I had only heard good things. My car was fairly clean prior to taking it in but I thought it could use a complete detail. After the detail, the car looked ok, but the interior had cracks, crevices, storage compartments, and cup holders that were not cleaned. There was also an Armor All like finish on every plastic surface in the car, as well as the leather seats. The outside looked good, but on closer inspection two of the door handles were missing paint, and 2 of the rubber moldings below the windows had circular wear marks from a buffer. There was also wax residue over about 50% of the car's black plastic exterior trim. When I came back to discuss these problems with the owner of the shop (Tim Lea), he told me that it couldn't possibly have been their fault, and that the car must have already been like that. I am a very meticulous car owner, and I know this isn't true. I now have to spend over $400 to get it back to the condition that it was prior to the complete detail. Giving one star because zero wasn't an option. My car went in to be detailed completely intact, and when I got it back, the panel for the air conditioner and climate control was blatantly broken. You couldn't touch any part of the panel without the whole thing very obviously moving and shortly the entire panel fell off, it's impossible to not see and was NOT like that when I brought it in, this would've been impossible to clean without noticing. When I tried contacting BLUE ROSE for a solution, they denied any blame, and all they offered was $20 in repair costs when the total would be at least a few hundred. Seriously? Now I'm out of pocket hundreds of dollars for a detailing that was given to me as a gift certificate. DO NOT make the mistake of choosing BLUE ROSE. read more
