As a full time RV er, we were traveling through the Eugene area of Oregon. While in Eugene, I noticed my toad, 1981 Jeep CJ7, was leaking a little coolant. The engine was so caked with oil and grime I could not see where the leak was coming. I googled auto detail, few came up. I emailed a few asking about getting my engine steam cleaned. Blue Rose got right back to me. I drove to their shop and was met by the owner, Trenton. Told him my story and he took me right in. He told me that they have an auto repair and said once the engine was clean to stop by and their mechanic would take a look at it, so I did. The mechanic, Anthony, immediately found a possible problem. A crack in the thermostat housing along with a few other items that needed attention. With the assistance of the office manager, Kevin they were able to repair my Jeep and get me us on are way. The owner, Trenton, kept us posted on the progress throughout our wait. They are friendly, having a conversation with staff makes you feel like you are talking to a professional who cares that you understand what is wrong and how they intend to fix it. They don't spend money wildly trouble shooting, they find the problem and make sure to get the job done well and are willing to work with you on getting the most done for your money when your budget is tight. They don't do anything before informing you first so you know there will be no hidden charges and are proud to pull the vehicle around for you when you pick it up. We had a leak in one car that needed full detailing for mold and another that had a previous bad job done trying to fix it where panels had been ripped off and the battery was dead from a bad alarm system and a door sensor that was broken (neither of which the last mechanic even discovered which ripping my car apart). We were impressed with Blue Rose, they finished the job well, reasonably priced, and very fast! They even worked with us to highlight some of the questionable charges the previous mechanic had billed us for and fixed an issue that guy had created by replacing a computer with the wrong vin number! read more

I took my 1996 Odyssey to a competitor to have the interior cleaned before selling it because the price was $40 cheaper. They did a poor job shampooing, cleaning the dash and didn't touch the glove box, seat belts or headliner. They offered a second attempt at no charge and the improvement was minimal. I had been told the stains in the interior would not come out. I took the car to Blue Rose and was impressed by an enthusiastic, attentive co-owner that asked all the right question and was very professional. He accommodated my crazy schedule and took time to explain their procedure and some of the special tools they would use. I returned early to pick up the vehicle and watched as the crew put the finishing touches on the interior. They each wore headlamps as they worked hard cleaning and they were very pleasant and engaging. I could not believe how pristine the interior was. I had never seen it look so clean and there were no stains. In conclusion: If you want your vehicle done right the first time, take it to Blue Rose. It may cost a little more but you WILL NOT be disappointed. read more

This place used to get bad reviews, but under new ownership of Treston in the last couple years this shop has turned around! I brought in my Jeep Wrangler after a long topless summer full of pollen, ash, dust, and unfortunately some type of animal urine. I never noticed the smell until I reinstalled the hard top and then it was unbearable. I called Blue Rose and Treston got me in next day. When I left it at the shop they said they would "treat it like it was their own" and they 100% did. Dallas, the manager of the shop, worked tirelessly to remove the horrible smell from my car. They shampoo'd my seats 3x over, removed all the fabric flooring to pressure wash both sides, did an enzyme treatment, and ran the ozonator to remove any remaining scent from the foam within my seats. When I picked up the car this morning, it looked (AND smelled) as good as new. The gentlemen in this shop were professional, fairly priced, and detailed. I would recommend them ten times over for any auto detail service you may need. Great job Guys! read more

I took my VW Jetta to Blue Rose Auto for a full car detail. Their work was impressive. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone. I have a long haired dog who tracks a lot of dirt into my car. Not only did I have paw prints on my cloth seats but I had dog hair everywhere. Blue Rose did a fantastic job on my car. When I picked my car up you would have never guessed a dog had stepped foot in this car. All of the paw prints were removed and there was no hair to be found. If they tell you that your car is going to look brand new they mean it. My car could not have looked better In addition, their customer service was great. I showed up about 30 mins early to pick up my car. The gentleman working the office stopped what he was doing to go help finish my car so I did not have to wait. This place is great! If I could give more stars I would! They went WAY above and beyond my expectations. I had come across a stay animal who'd been hit by a car and was badly injured. Sadly, it had to be put down after I got to the vet's, but it left quite the scene in the back seat of my car. The next morning, I knew getting the stains out would be a serious challenge, but the guys at the shop were able to get my car back to new in a day. They squeezed me into an already full schedule, were so personable (truly the best customer service I've ever received) and gave me a discount on the services they performed due to the circumstances. It was quite the traumatic event for me but having their help made all the difference. Now my car is ​clean as when I bought it, which was over 10 years ago! I love telling folks about them and look forward to working with them again when it comes times for a cleanup. read more

Have been trying to get door hinge of my station wagon replaced due to a broken bolt--3 other auto places including 2 auto body shops didn't want to touch it for reasons which didn't make sense....just one small broken bolt which needed drilling out. Treston, the owner, not only right away said they could take care of it, but addressed my frustration at the declining state of my old Volvo's paint condition--too expensive to paint, but he right away did a sample demo of how a buffering could improve its condition--what an improvement! So I'm having him do the whole car for a very reasonable price!....Austin the mechanic did a great job on the door hinge and this was all done w/o an appointment which means they made time for me. Very friendly, nice people here....and very happy w/their service! Makes me really want to fix up the car more!....so glad someone referred me to them! read more

Highly recommend! The owner was one of the nicest people I've ever met at an auto repair/detailer shop, and the work on my car is amazing! I was unable to drive my car for about a month and a half and had a lot of mold growing due to leaks in my car. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to use my car again. It felt like the owner and the people working were there to genuinely help people bring life back to their car and were happy to do so. I also had recently gotten my transmission replaced and spent a lot of money doing so. The owner gave me a discount off of my detail to help out with how much I had to spend on my car already and said, 'If it ever happens again, we'll fix it for free.' Remember that moment when you drove your brand new vehicle off the lot? All shiny and perfect and dread getting it dirty? That's how I felt when driving away today. Once again, Treston and his team made my Edge sparkly clean. I'd have to say, I don't think it looked like this when I purchased it three years ago. Everything and I mean everything is clean (gone is the smoothie my grandson splashed onto the ceiling), interior is polished and my windshields appear to be non existent. (I almost didn't need my contacts to drive home!) Thank you to the whole team who clean up after all of us messy peeps. Treston and his team were so accommodating and professional. These guys are BUSY and they still squeezed me in to do a full detailing of my car that I was selling. I was very confident with the curb appeal of the car after I got it back, it looked stellar inside and out! I checked every aspect of the interior I could think of showing a potential buyer and it was all sparkly. The exterior was super tidy as well, no complaints. Ok to start with I never and mean never do this but for these guys I am willing to let everyone know how great of a job they did on my car. I took a trip from Eugene, OR to Boise, ID and went through a lot of different kind of weather. I drove thru snow, rain and fog. So of course my car looks absolutely bad. I had red rock in the door jams as well. I had the white color to the bottom sides of my car caused by the rock salt on the roads for the snow. So my car needed a lot of loving care in which the crew from Blue Rose Detailing did for my baby. I love my car. It looks so wonderful again. It looks brand new again. We are full time RVing. Stopped along the Oregon Coast at two different Thousand Trail Parks. First one in Florence OR gate came down on motorhome and left an awful mark. Second place was Pacific City. Brush and roads were so bad that our motorhome which is less than one year old was scratched all over. Took motorhome to the Blue Rose and they worked all day on it and made it look new again. Super nice guys that are taking the business over and all employees are very friendly and do a fantastic job. Took my 2007 Saturn Aura in for an early mothers day gift, came back 8 hours later and....BAM!!! New car. They removed mildew and mold from window seals, treated the leather, polished the wheels and chrome, and refinished the headlights. Seriously...looks like a new car. Sitting at the Lithia dealership writing this as oil getting changed and the service manager expressed how great the car looked for the year and mileage. Worth every penny....and then some. so this was the first time I've ever taken any of my cars in to have it hand washed waxed and some buffing and polishing done and my car is a 2003 Volkswagen beetle and it's silver in color ame well it's 20 years old and I have to tell you the paint on it is gorgeous now it shines I am so satisfied and so happy with their work and I wanna say also that they're incredibly friendly and their prices are very fair And I'm just impressed with their professionalism I will definitely be taking my car back when it's time for another wax and polish 100% satisfied thank you Blue Rose auto for being awesome. read more

Excellent service! We brought our 2009 Subaru Legacy in for an interior cleaning before it was sold. Although not all of the stains on the seats could be removed, they did a great job. They even removed old bumper stickers. This is the 2nd time, in several years, we have used their services and we've been pleased both times. They were incredibly honest too! So I practically live in my car. Work from there, drink coffee, transport everything from toddlers, plants, and animals. And food. Who knows where those crumbs came from-- I have grandchildren. Making this car shine wouldn't have been easy.Yet, I think this car I think was cleaner when I picked it up at Blue Rose than when I purchased it four years ago. I brought my 2012 Fusion to them with paint overspray over the entire vehicle, and some serious seat stains, one of which was there when I bought the car, and some others that were caused by, well, some other detailer.
