Very very very good customer service from the lady who helped me this evening! The two stars are hers Unfortunately, not so much from the supervisor on this shift. I ordered the garlic noodles with the shrimp. (2 orders) Their menu does NOT say there is Parmesan cheese on this meal. (I'm allergic) Ran some errands and got home starving to find that I can't eat my meal. Sucks for me. When I called the young lady said she'll point this issue out to the owners, but the supervisor was willing to do absolutely nothing for me. I manage a well-known retail brand so that was disappointing for a few reasons. Oh well. I'm just one customer, right? I would've continued to patronize them had this been handled differently though. This place always seems to be busy, and I understand why! I've been here before and after COVID, and I'd suggest calling in to place your order so you can just pick it up when you get there. There's often a long line and the store is really small. With COVID, the protection is super secure; there's a wooden door where you are handed your food, but the plastic screen is tight. Also, if you call in and you hear a busy sound, KEEP CALLING. I think I did this five or six times before being put on hold. The restaurant is still working, it's just that you have to queue up in the calls. After you order, come EARLY! And if you're not that hungry yet, still come to stand in line! It takes around 20-40 min if there's a good amount of people in line. I got my food around half an hour after the pick-up time, but it was still hot. Their candy fried chicken and garlic noodles is my go-to combo. It's like Vietnamese fish sauce wings. Both things are on the sweet side. I love garlic noodles in general and this one was a great combination of sweet and savory. As for the wings, they are a decent size and they're fully coated in a sticky sauce. Overall, you can describe the food at this place as Asian fusion comfort food. Not so healthy but sooo delicious. The service is not amazing but it's prompt. Good flavors and refreshing drink. Can't lose with a winning combo of wings, garlic, and lemonade. Plenty of other wing flavors to choose from. Decided to pick up the order in person since door dash prices are hella marked up. Called and the phone, rang continuously for at least 10 mins. That should've been my sign to not continue with this order. I was told my order will be ready in 30 mins. I decided to give them extra time and I arrived 40 mins later. After I paid, I was told its not ready yet. When I asked the very "friendly" staff member how long it will be, he replied with an eye roll. So I waited.... And waited. Along with other people outside. When someone popped their head out the window, I asked for the status. I was told "it's coming up right now". So I waited....15 additional minutes later my order finally came right up! Total wait was OVER 60 mins!! There was no remorse for the wait. No thanking me for my patience. Zero!! I understand times are tough with staffing. I would've been understanding and patient if I was told it's gonna take an hour. Provide a realistic time to your customers on when to pick up their order instead of wasting peoples time!! Your customers are spending money and supporting your business. The least you can do is be honest and friendly. I don't care how good your food is, but if the customer service is poor then your business is not worth supporting. read more

First time here and based on the reviews and the way my sistercousin raves about this place I wanted to like it. Unfortunately, ahhh NO! I ordered fried shrimp and fried tofu ($14.19). Bestie & SisterCousin ordered lumpia which they both loved and garlic noodles. I tasted just a few noodles and the flavor was decent but Bestie's garlic fries were HORRIBLE. They tasted old and were very hard. We got our order and drove to a different area as this area is not the most ideal. Anyway, my tofu was hard and dry and the shrimp, to say I was disgusted would be an understatement (view photos). When I opened the box of shrimp, my first question was why do they look so dark. The batter looked burnt. I began peeling the batter and was completely disgusted by the inside which was dark, greasy and just utterly gross. I had to drive back to return. When I get back to the window, there was a different person, Kiari pardon spelling if wrong. I explained my dissatisfaction and showed her my food. Her response and customer service is the only reason this is not a 1 star review. Kiari was so apologetic and she wasn't even involved in my initial order. She seemed just as disappointed as I was and stated she hated that was my experience with this being my first time and stated several times, "I really do hope you come back and give us another try." This was after she asked if I wanted her to remake it. I kindly declined because after what I saw, I just couldn't. She then stated she believed they just changed the oil. Mind you, we ordered after 1p so it's not like it was late in the day and in either case, the way these shrimp looked should have been a sign the old should have been changed before my order. After the first shrimp, SisterCousin said try another one, yep... exactly the same. Although it seemed the majority of the crew was young, I would think any manger or business owner would care enough about their business to leave someone in charge that has enough savvy or sense to decipher when to change oil. After so long passing up this place because food orders took so long, it finally sped up, 25 minutes for a order, rather than a hour. I got the deep-fried-breaded tilapia with garlic noodles. I liked how the garlic noodles were not swimming in oil as other places. The tilapia did not come with tar-tar sauce so that was a big minus. If they included some type of sauce for the fish, that would make a huge difference. Also, it would've paired very well with kale or kole slaw. Why have it out if you don't fill it? Also getting stingy with the siracha I asked for two and now they are charging 25 cents.. so I pay it and I literally got a drop Of Siracha. Customer service here sucks I placed a order ahead of time and gave them enough time to make it when I arrived there's 2 windows and 2 employees yet only one window was open but I understand maybe she was on break.... 4th in line no biggie but what got them a low review was the fact that the young lady at the closed window decided to wait until 2 of the 3 customers ahead of to to open her window and rather than call me (the next person in line) she helped the person behind me bad customer service! The food is really good. A 5 Star Rating for the food. I enjoyed the Candy Fried Wings with Garlic Noodles and Cream Fried Pot Stickers. The Candy Wings were so perfect with their skin caramelized to sweet perfection. I was surprised by the large portion of Garlic Noodles. As others have said, it was yummy. The Cream Fried Pot Stickers are rich in flavor. I am glad I tried them instead of the Lumpia. Good news, they will be expanding and will be expanding their menu. Additional seating and another bathroom is expected. Currently there is seating for about 15 People. There is one TV playing sports with sound and music playing loud enough to be annoying. The table tops were all dirty and were not cleaned during my visit. The bathroom was out of order. Located in a strip mall there is parking. read more
