I love that they have my favorite rolls like crunchy blue or Hawaiian that I can order every time I come in, but it would be nice if they had a rotating specials menu where you could try new different types of rolls to discover new favorites. We hadn't been to Blue in quite a while, so we decided to stop in for a quick happy hour dinner. We were seated within a few minutes, and our server was managing tables in both the main dining room and the bar area. We started with the spicy edamame, which definitely packs some heat. However, it usually arrives piping hot, and this time it was only barely warm. My husband ordered the mango crab rangoons, and he really enjoyed them. We also ordered a variety of sushi rolls, and we didn't have a single complaint. My personal favorite is the Philadelphia roll. You can choose either smoked or raw salmon, and it's topped with cream cheese and scallions--always a delicious choice. Overall, the service was decent, and we'll definitely be back. Unfortunately, the calamari was very small and the Brussels sprouts were quite oily. I mentioned this to our server toward the end of the meal. We came in on 5/06 for my daughters 6th birthday. She requested her favorite meal ever, the kids bento box. I love that my little girl enjoys Blue Sushi, because that means I get to enjoy Blue Sushi more often. We came in at 5pm for an early dinner service and to catch a little bit of happy hour. Stephanie, our server really made our night exceptional, was super attentive, and took care of us all night. My kids ordered soda, and before she refilled their glasses she made sure to ask if that's okay, and that's a really thoughtful server to make sure we we're okay with another round of sugar water, and I definitely noted it. Additionally, some food came out before others and she made sure we know she was keeping an eye out for the other items. In the end she asked if she could bring out the ice cream cake dessert for my daughter and it was truly the *raspberry* on top of a 5-star evening.
