    Grilled short rib appetizer
    Chris S.

Volcano roll: great flavor, excellent presentation. Would order two next time. Las Vegas was fine but basic - good flavor but nothing crazy. Could have used a sauce (any sauce) But what surprised was the short ribs as small plate. Great grilled char and flavor. They are small but so good. There were some small cartilage pieces so be aware but that was not shocking at that price point. Just wish inside was spruced up. Tables and chairs and booths are dated. But food presentation was well executed and creative. Interested to try try test of menu.

Tried this place for the first time. Loved my experience. The food was amazing! The service was great, very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the environment, Really enjoyed the food, it looked great and the flavors were on point. You can tell the food is made with some love. Definitely worth a go.

    8 Pieces Rainbow Roll

My husband and I have been coming here for years and really enjoy the food and exceptional service. Tonight we had the Hibachi Beef and Rainbow rolls. Fantastic food!

My new sushi destination. Las Vegas roll rocks as does the spicy tuna. Fresh, very good quality and excellent value. One of my favorite spots in Papillion.

This review is for the sushi take out, which is not my favorite thus far. Papillion has limited pickings for sushi- there is Hutong, Red Hibachi, Wild Rice, and everything else is LaVista or Bellevue or into Omaha. That being said, I prefer the sushi at Umami (Bellevue), Yoshitomo (Benson), Sushi Japan (Millard) and even the local chains like Blue Sushi and Hiro88 (Downtown and out West O) over Hutong. The fish in my order did not seem super fresh, and the sushi rice seasoning was too sweet and not vinegary enough. The pricing here is moderate, with my bill being around $30 for 3 rolls (1 specialty and 2 regular "plain" ones). The packing of the sushi and the items included in the take out like utensils, garnishes and sauces were all fine. Maybe I will try to return here sometimes to dine in, but it's not at the top of my list.

Love the happy hour here. High-quality sushi in a great atmosphere for a reasonable price is difficult to find, but Hutong is a hidden gem.

Pro tip: don't be afraid to set a timer on your phone so you don't overcook your noodles -- total game changer. I'm officially obsessed. They even have a little delivery robot that brings food to the table, which is unexpectedly delightful. The servers are kind and helpful, especially if you're still learning how everything works. The mushroom broth is my go-to -- it pairs beautifully with the beef. The sauce bar is amazing too, though fair warning: the vinegar pours FAST, so go easy at first. Lunch has plenty of approachable options, so you don't have to be super adventurous to enjoy it. My usual combo is mushroom broth, beef, carrots, ramen noodles, and mushrooms -- it honestly turns into this cozy little beef-stew vibe that I love. But if you are adventurous, they absolutely have the variety to explore new things. I've tried several new foods here because it feels low-pressure and fun. The dim sum menu is another highlight: not overwhelming, and the portions are single-serve, which I appreciate. Nothing worse than all-you-can-eat places dropping huge appetizers and then side-eyeing you if you can't finish them. And yes -- it is all-you-can-eat. There are small upcharges for premium meats or alcohol, but most of the menu is included, so it feels like a great value. Definitely a place I keep coming back to.

Great date night place. The buffet of choices is plenty and kids would absolutely find things to add and enjoy but would need help getting things because some items are a reach.

My companions had a potato casserole and some kind of burger, but I don't recall the details. I was probably too focused on my own meal, but they each got the morning glory muffins with their orders, which they loved. All of us enjoyed our food and had leftovers. The only downside was the noise. It was a very crowded Saturday morning, loud enough that hearing was difficult at times. Our waitress was very attentive despite the crowd, keeping our water and coffee topped up. Next time we'll come on a weekday.

The pancakes were actually my favorite part of the meal. They were fluffy and well done. I asked for extra butter because that's who I am. I also had the steak and eggs with breakfast potatoes the steak was pretty good eggs were eggs and the breakfast potatoes were kind of your standard hashbrowns. A couple people in our group had the scramble and really enjoyed it. They got the junior size, which would've been plenty for most adults. I can't even imagine what the larger sizes look like. My partner had an omelette with some fresh fruit. The fruit was actually pretty fresh and the omelette was yummy. The homemade blueberry muffin was her favorite part. The coffee was fresh and plenty; our table also got one of the big cinnamon rolls, which seems to be a staple at this restaurant to share and well it didn't last very long. This is a perfect family friendly restaurant. There's something on that menu for everybody and even despite the wait, it would still be a great place to go back with any size group. Wheelchair accessibility: the parking situation for this restaurant is kind of weird, especially for this type of restaurant which has a traditionally older clientele there were very few accessible spots. In fact, parking was hard to come by at all, which I guess speaks to the popularity of the spot. But we had at least two cars that needed accessible parking, and neither of us could find it. The restaurant itself is pretty good. There's a variety of seating options with plenty that would accommodate a wheelchair. The bathroom door was OK and there was a stall that worked great with all the usual amenities involved

I was sadly disappointed by both the sauce and the fries, as the sauce had changed and lost its delicious aioli flavor. The fries were extremely underwhelming.
