Best coffee drinks in town! Delicious food and service and ambience is fantastic! It's our favorite lunch place.

Really nice place to grab some lunch. Off the beaten path a bit in Creswell but that was one of the things we liked about it. Even on a weekday, in the rain, it was packed. We grabbed the last table available (just a note for diners, if you're a party of 2, don't take a table meant for 4). The staff was friendly & efficient. A waiter came & took our drink order & left some menus. After looking over the menu, you order at the counter. It wasn't long before our food was brought out. We ordered the rueben panini, the turkey/pesto panini & their ham/havarti panini (all came with their chips - homemade??). The place has a very relaxed vibe & they ask that you bus your table after you're done. Would love to return & try their breakfast & a cup of coffee. read more

On the way home from an event at U of O in Eugene I got to stop in to check out Blue Valley Bistró in October and it did not disappoint! Coburg is a cute little town just north of Eugene off of I-5. Easy to find, easy parking behind the building, a decent amount of seating inside (it was sunny but cold), and additionally seating on the covered porch for nicer weather. We ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bagel and a monkey food crepe (nice mix of sweet and savory) to share between the three of us (my husband, my 14 yr old daughter and myself). It was a nice amount of food for us to split for breakfast. The service was helpful and friendly. There was a little wait as it was pretty busy on a weekend morning around 10:30am. We attend the same event each year and you better believe I will make time for a stop at Blue Valley Bistró each time I'm down in Eugene from now on! read more

Nice little coffee shop in Creswell. (Not much in Creswell). Would be 3 stars elsewhere. Very nice waitstaff. Not easy understanding where to wait for coffee service. Scone was disappointing. Best part of visit was friendly waitstaff. read more

me and my girlfriend went here for some morning tea but when we ordered our drinks they gave us a tea pot that looked to be that someone had just finished it with the tea bag and little leftover on the bottom of the pot. and when we went up to the front to tell them they gave us someone's used tea pot the jerk in the front who looked liked he hated his life told us "that's just the way it is." in a rude tone. but luckily as always there was a sweet lady to fix the problem :) read more

Holy gucamole but is this place good! The route here was circuitous. We drove past the coffee drive through we'd intended and it was another mile or two down that road before we could turn around. But, like the Yellow Brick Road, the turn around spot ended at Blue Valley Bistro. The service was SO friendly, the spot was adorable but, most importantly, the coffee was good. Like. Really. Good. Like. I live in Seattle so that inherently makes me a snobby coffee person but this place? My husband commentend on how good his coffee was. I waxed euphoric over my coffee (cold brew). It seems more like the most slightly sweetened latte ever, which isn't what I ordered, but it was just. Delicious. Coffee. So delicious we stopped at their sister cafe in Coburg on the way home (this location is closed on Sundays). Not quite sure what was different there but this will be our go-to coffee stop the next time we're on the I5 between here & Ashland. read more

Blue valley Bistro usually has great food and drinks! However My wife and I ordered some dirty chai lattes through the drive through and they were the nastiest damn things I have ever tasted. I am not picky. I have comsumed some truely mid beverages in my life. But No exaggeration here, they were pure pig swill. Like sand with some dirt mixed in. Coarse sandy texture with No flavor except bitter and burnt. (Bad shots). The girl working there first handed them to us without coffe in them even though my wife asked for them to be "dirty". No problem, she added them back in. But to no avail.. the tatse was wretched. we needed the coffe to get farm work done but we couldn't even finish these. I like you guys a lot Blue valley! But you can't give paying customers poo potions if you want them to come back any time soon! No offense to the gal that made these, maybe she's new and learning or just made an honest mistake. I happened upon this little cozy and wonderful bistro. I was in need of coffee and as it was very early, and no Starbucks nearby... I found Blue valley Bistro. I was not sure what to expect other then a small coffee shop with a couple options. Much to my surprise, a wide open space, adorably decorated, a small electric fireplace to make the space feel cozy, which is great for a very foggy morning. Bistro style tables scattered about, and at the counter a wonderful menu with both breakfast and lunch choices, as well as a wonderful drink menu with some excellent caffeinated choices. I am happily surprised by my discovery and will be coming here now on the regular when I am here in town on business. A perfect little spot, in a small location. They accommodated my extra shot of espresso for my latte without even skipping a beat, they brought it to me as I waited for my breakfast sandwich (bagel, egg and ham) delicious! But so many more choices that I will be doing my best to continue to sample and find my favorite.. A great place if your in the area, I would even say excellent service and kindness ... Excellent on all counts. Out-of-towners visiting our kids who live in Creswell, we thought we'd try the place. I had a "Sunday Crepe," a combo Florentine/Bacon & Egg crepe; perfectly prepared and tasty. My wife had a Strawberry & Cream Cheese GF crepe. Also very good. She commented that most GF crepes tend to be tough and rubbery. But this one was as good as a non-GF crepe. read more

This Bistro is trying to be everything to everyone before noon! And, I think they are!!!!! They close in the afternoon and don't even try to do dinner, and I think they have a winning strategy:) Stop in for a morning mocha or latte and you can have a typical bistro type breakfast bagel with cream cheese, or.... I had 2 eggs over easy with bacon, potatoes and toast, and I mean like real made at home bread type toast with real baby potatoes and I couldn't see through the bacon cause it was so thick!!!! My buddy had a breakfast burrito, and not like one of those I need 2 to fill me up types either! It was a real meal breakfast burrito!!! Oh my word... what a treat! My husband and I had business in Creswell this morning that went long and I needed coffee and we both needed breakfast. Bistro was right around the corner so we stopped in. Mr got the breakfast bagel and I got the breakfast burrito. Mr said the bf bagel was yummy but my oh my that burrito was top notch! So very flavorful and filling. I wanted to devour the whole thing but half was what I could eat. Is it weird to be giddy about a bf burrito? Okay then call me weird. I will DEFINITELY be back for a breakfast treat. Service was excellent and the aromas that treated us as we walked in were divine. I look forward to also trying their lunch items!! read more

Wow - what a gem on a long road trip from the Bay Area to Portland. Typically, I'm very much used to your In-n-Outs and fast food places on a road trip, so stopping by this pleasant cafe during a road trip from the Bay to Oregon was not only a great meal, but a nice recharge also. First, shout-out to our kind and patient employee that helped us. She was very genuine and smily as I ordered the whole turkey pesto panini with blue cheese dressed salad. The food took a little bit of time to come out, but we were sipping our drinks and making good conversation, so it was alright. I could tell once my order arrived that they had put care into the panini, which was nicely pressed, had the perfect amount of pesto sauce in it, and contained juicy turkey. The kettle chips were a bit on the salty side, but that blue cheese dressing was excellent (made in-house). Coffee was very affordable as well - and necessary for the 5+ hour drive back home. Would recommend to anyone making the drive up - extremely worth it, and thanks to Yelp for the check-in offer as well! read more

I love Blue Valley Bistro. Great place to grab my Americano. My fav thing is the soup. I love that they offer gluten-free and dairy-free soup. Not only is that such a wonderful treat but they always taste wonderful. On the weekends this place does get busy, so make sure you have enough time to enjoy your food and conversations with friends. Also you can order your food to go if you don't want to enjoy the atmosphere of this coffee shop. Considering I live in Creswell this is my go to stop in town, basically the only place I'll eat in town. Great food, care about the sourcing of their food and thankful to support local people. read more

Another great place for quality prepared food. This small place is just east of Interstate 5 . Right next to Bi-Mart Store. They go out of their way to serve good coffee and delicious foods from quality food items. It's worth the drive for us to eat food as good as they prepare. They make an effort to find eggs from ground foraging chickens and use local produce. One of our favorites there is their burrito served as a breakfast item. We like it better than any burrito we have eaten anywhere else. Try one and see how you like it. read more

Wow! Soooo yummy (and consistently so). After stopping in a few weeks ago for breakfast we have found ourselves driving the 7 miles from Cottage Grove just for breakfast twice more - it's that good. First, they make a delicious coconut milk Frappaccino knock-off that is better than the original. And the biscuit breakfast sandwiches are heavenly; super soft biscuits with egg and Tillamook cheddar and your choice of meat (bacon, sausage, or ham) or avocado. They offer bagel sandwiches as well, and the lemon-ginger scone we tried was absolutely perfect. Adorable space with plenty of comfy seating. And the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. So far the best coffee shop/breakfast sandwich spot we have found in the area. read more
