Food was excellent. Had the grilled chicken salad with an order of fried. Nice seating area outside. Service was great.

We were excited to try this place. It's located inside of a brewery who handles all the beverage sales. Blue Yeti makes/sells the food - but inside same location. Everything is setup well and is situated in a great location! Unfortunately, service was awful! We ordered quickly and paid our tab up front ($60 for two chicken sandwiches and a basket of fries - including voluntary 18% tip, but not full-service dining). They gave us a pager and we found seats. Over the next 30 minutes we saw everyone getting food but us. I finally asked the status (politely) and got a seemingly annoyed response. I was told our order was next in line. I waited another 10 minutes and saw 3 more people served (who ordered way after us). I returned to check again and got a deep sigh and rolling eyes (mind you, it's been over 40 minutes at this point). They checked with their cook and he hadn't even started it. We were headed to airport and needed to get going, so when I pressed for an ETA he grumbled it'd be 5 minutes at most. It took 11 more minutes, which put our total wait at 51 minutes from time of order. We were never offered a discount, refund, or even an apology - VERY disappointing!!! Best burger I think I've ever had. That nacho cheese? Game changer. Would give 5 stars, however, fries don't come with, and they give you a very small amount of fry sauce (compared to the amount of fries that come in the basket as a side order). It's $1.50 for an additional mini cup of sauce. Again though, phenomenal burger. Will definitely go back. read more

The basic burger was great!!! However, the condiments did not make this burger. The meat was fabulous. The bun was great. But one choice of burger was disappointing. We ended up drinking our one beer and taking the burger back to the RV where we dressed it to our liking. The burger was $17.00. No sides. Fries were offered but $8.00 for a nice basket was too much. No Half orders were available. No sides like potato or macaroni salads. Just $8.00 fries that were far too much even for 2 people. A nice cup of soup or small order of fries on the side would have been nice. Blue Yeti will not be on our must patronize tour when friends, business acquaintances, and family come for a visit. Yet if you are passing thru and are hungry the basic burger or one of the other 4 items on the menu will be well presented and I am sure you will enjoy. With a little more effort by the owners the brewery and food truck could be something special. It is such a shame that owners get caught in a trap of not minding the details that make a place special. They stop at the obvious. So the place never becomes "special" . I didn't stop at Cooper Landing Brewery to find amazing food, but that's what I found with Blue Yeti. We tried one of everything on their menu: chicken salad, rally burger, pretzel, fries. All were exceptional! Even my daughter announced that the kid's burger was "amazing". Definitely a culinary highlight during our family trip to Alaska. read more

Food is great- cook is an asshat. I ordered some fries- forgot that I wanted them to go so I politely informed the server that those were to go. He said "stop yelling at us!" Absolutely SHOCKING as my tone was very muted. He then brought out the fries in baskets, not to go- so he obviously didn't hear me (because I was not yelling) and SCOLDED me because I did not set the buzzer down on the counter to his liking. He acted annoyed that he had to make them to go. Reported it to Cooper Landing Brewing but they are a separate company. Although they did admit they heard it several times before. The burger was actually pretty good, however my wife got the wings and they had entirely way to much sauce on them we had to wipe it off with napkins to eat it. They also only have ketchup packets. The chef has a selection of hot sandwiches to choose from including Turkey Reuben, Monte Cristo, Cuban, and breakfast burritos. A sandwich, chips, and drink make for the perfect lunch after a hike to Russian River Falls, or a mirning fishing trip. These sandwiches are delicious. The Reuben & Cuban were a big hit with my group, but the two who had the breakfast burrito thought it was too greasy & not great. Blue Yeti food truck does some amazing hot sandwiches. Had the burger which was not only spicy, but very tasty. Also had the Popeye which I wont tell you what is in it because it sounds strange but yet is excellent. The flavors blend to make a great sandwich. They have a couple of picnic tables (one covered) as well as sodas and Alaskan chips. Open until 4pm and closed on Tuesdays. If you are driving by, stop by and have a great sandwich. read more

Inventive, creative, and very worth stopping at. Very affordable as well! The food was incredible. I would highly recommend to all ages. I would say only place worth eating in Coopers landing. The sandwiches are excellent! Only reason I'm giving a 4 is because the guy working the truck was rather rude. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and he was like, "I have 9 sandwiches going, it's going to be about 15-20 minutes, is that o.k."? I said it was fine. Then my husband ordered the Popeye sandwich, the guy said he was out of chicken so he would double the pork. Husband asked if it was good, and the guy says, "I don't know, you have to decide if you want it or not". He then turned and went back to making the other sandwiches. My husband ordered something else. Both our sandwiches were very good. The guy running the truck mustn't be from Alaska because most people we met there over the years are very nice. Is this the best food truck I've ever had? No. But for a food truck outside of a grocery store in Cooper Landing, this guy puts out great food. A real hidden gem. Had the Cuban sandwich and it was delectable. Meaty and cheesy, buttery bread, fine complement of mustard. Great hot sandwich on rainy day. Would have liked to see a seafood or vegetarian option, but he was very accommodating to change a breakfast sandwich around for my wife to remove the ham and add the fancier spicy cheese.
