Worst restaurant I've been to in Parkcity. And I've lived here for decades. My mother wanted to go there for her 85th birthday. Thursday afternoon off lunch hours. Walked up to the outside seating area. No one was there greeting people, however, we were off lunch hours on a weekday so not a big deal. I walked inside and stood there, looking at two employees talking to one another who glanced at me and neither one acknowledge me so I waited another few seconds and then spoke up asking. Do we seat ourselves outside or should we wait to be seated ...they said sit anywhere you like so we did. The waitress came eventually after several minutes and threw three menus on the table there were four people then came back a few minutes later to take our drink, orders, 4 waters, 2 sodas, nothing complicated. She wanted to take our food order so I asked, What was on the pastrami sandwich. She said oh we changed that two weeks ago on our menu... (Two weeks ago keep that in mind) ... And she said I think it has pickles and onions and it's on rye bread I'm not really sure. I said well I'd like to know what's on the sandwich before I order it. (Wondering why if something's been on the menu for two weeks she still doesn't know what ingredients are included on the sandwich). So begrudgingly she says well I could go ask... I said yes that would be great. I'd like to know what's on my sandwich. Thank you. My parents and my husband already knew what they wanted and had given her their order. She disappeared for quite some time and then came back and told me what was on the sandwich and put our drinks on the table. Turns out the pastrami sandwich is on a regular hamburger bun, not rye bread and has normal. Hamburger fixings. My husband got his food which he didn't eat after two bites. It was the fish and chips, and it was awful. My parents were sharing a hamburger so they brought out a huge knife and an extra plate so that my 85-year-old mother could cut her sandwich in half to share with my father and I didn't get any food.....so I'm waiting and waiting and waiting....my mother and father finished eating. My husband couldn't eat the fish and chips because it tasted so horrible and I'm wondering where's my food. So I get up I walk inside and I ask the waitress where my food is, she said "oh I didn't put your order in with the other orders. I put it in five minutes later, but it should be here any minute" why would any server do that I wonder, i've waited tables. I know the job. So while everyone is done eating and she finally brings my food out. I tell her to go back and put it in a box because we are now ready to leave. She goes and she does that begrudgingly then comes back and gives us an 86.00 bill for a lousy overpriced lunch with worse service. I do not tip her because the service from start to finish was horrible, and her attitude was awful. So next bad experience, I'm sitting at the table with my parents and my husband in a corner on the patio away from everyone else and I'm talking to my parents about why I made the decision not to tip her. And while I was talking to my parents privately, at our table, another employee came out and was watering the flowers and decided he wanted to interject his unnecessary opinion into the private conversation that I was having with my parents. So he started making derogatory comments directed at me because I was dissatisfied with the service. He was standing directly behind my 85 year old mother making these remarks . My mother and father were horrified at the way he was behaving and at his rude remarks. Do not ever go to this restaurant there are so many other choices in Park City with people who provide quality service and with food that actually has flavor and that you can eat and enjoy. So for the fish and chips it tasted awful, a hamburger that was flavorless, ( seriously McDonald's has better burgers) that my parents split and a pastrami sandwich that came to the table after everyone else was done eating and the bill was $86.00. Horrible food worst service, nasty rude incompetent employees and way overpriced food.... I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. If I could post this with negative 5 stars, I would. Worst Park City Dining experience I've ever had. Needless to say they just lost the business of four locals and any family member or friends they would bring to Main Street to eat while they were visiting.. Never again.

Once you're up top, there's a distillery and a restaurant. The shrimp might've been the biggest I've ever seen at a buffet! They also had brisket, eggs Benedict, fresh fruit, and a whole spread of desserts -- and that's just the stuff I couldn't stop raving about. Best part? We never felt rushed for a second. The staff were super patient and genuinely let us relax and catch up, which was exactly what our group of friends came for. It's a bit pricier than your average spot, but for the experience and the food, I'd do it again in a heartbeat -- this is a special-occasion kind of place. He explained everything in a way that kept it interesting and never felt like a boring history lesson. Learning about Utah's alcohol history all the way through the 2002 Olympics was something I wasn't expecting. They also shared how Brigham Young enjoyed whiskey, shut down other distilleries while allowing his own to continue operating, and that it was later described as being for "medicinal purposes." Learn something new everyday! Oh,'I was also there for "medicinal purposes" It was also really cool to learn how they distill and blend their whiskey and hear the story behind the brand. ( no spoilers here) I even found out I've been drinking whiskey all wrong!! The price was not bad, especially since the tasting is included. Some of the other distilleries in the area charge extra for that, so I thought it was well worth it. They also have a restaurant that serves brunch, we went on a Sunday. We didn't eat there this time, but we'll definitely be stopping in the next time we're in Park City. Overall, this was just a really fun experience. The places was beautiful! It doesn't take up your whole day, but it's enough to feel like you got out and did something. If you're in Park City with friends, or you're able to sneak away from the kids for a couple of hours, I'd definitely recommend adding this to your trip.
