When I found AZ Hydrojet on google offering the service for $300 I was a little suspicious that it was too good to be true. Scott called me back right away and discussed the issues I was experiencing with my plumbing (main line blockage) and what he would do to inspect it. He has a truck mounted system so it's the real deal, not just some guy with a cheap pressure washer spraying my lines. I had a blockage about 6 months ago and that plumber just snaked the lines to clear it, it worked for a short time and the problem came back. That company wanted to camera my lines for $450. When Scott said he will camera it for FREE with the hydro jet service I was sold. Scott came out the next morning (today) and cleared the clog right away. He discovered a tree root growing into my main line near the sewer, not great news but at least I have an answer and know what I need to do to fix the problem. He never tried to up sell me or pressure me to spend more money on additional services. In fact he doesn't even do replacement or repairs like that, he just finds the problem and clears the line. He used a sensor to detect the problem area and marked in the yard where I'll have to replace the pipe. I feel like he was very straight forward and honest with what was going on. Now I know where all the pipes run in my yard and that the ones under my house are in decent enough shape so I won't have to worry about them for some time. The pipes in the yard are another story but at least I know how to proceed and can get accurate quotes from plumbers on exactly what the problem is and where the lines are that need replacing. I told Scott I couldn't find much info on his company or reviews online and he said he's not a big web guy, most of his business is referrals and plumbers contracting him to do this type of work on their jobs. I told him I was going to do a review anyway because I was really happy with the work he performed and the price he did it for. Within two hours of calling Flush King, Tyler and Mason arrived and diagnosed the problem. Turns out the pipe under our yard from the street to the house was 35 years old and had a few leaks. They provided me with a temporary line so I had (non-leaking) water overnight. The next day they brought in a team of 7, dug a trench, and laid a new pipe all in one day. Bo discussed personal and political issues which isn't professional. He was there to do a job. He left the work area a mess and didn't attempt to clean up. Bo didn't appear to want to work. When he first arrived, he said he was unable to shut the main gas line off. We had to do it. He didn't have any WD-40 or other type of lubricant to complete the job, fortunately we had some available.
