    I want to start off by saying that Rachael was amazing to work with. We hired her as a day of coordinator since we had done most of the planning ourselves, but the moment we had her as our coordinator she helped us out tremendously. Months before we would have periodic check ins and she even created a checklist for us to stay on track with our timeline. She put together our schedule for the day and contacted all our vendors to make sure that everyone would be on time. Our wedding day turned out so magical because of Rachael's attention to detail, positive attitude and quick problem solving. My husband and I are so happy we went with her. If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond for you, please book her. You won't be disappointed!

    Do yourself a favor and hire Rachael to coordinate your wedding! Rachael has amazed me every single time with her prompt replies to emails, texts, IG messages, etc! She literally will reply to you within minutes (not joking)! Although I got the Day Of/Month of Coordination Package - she literally is in contact with you the ENTIRE wedding planning process plus 3-4 in person meetings! Most coordinators will only have contact with you a month or two before the wedding, but she is with you every step of the way. I booked her about a year in advance of my wedding, and I was in constant contact with her since day one! She is also extremely organized, detail oriented, professional, and so sweet! What also set Rachael apart from other wedding coordinators was that she will help DIY decor! It was really important for me to have someone do this for me, since I was having a destination wedding. I felt bad asking her to make things for me, but she did everything I asked with no problems at all! Some things she did was spray paint gold pineapples for my centerpieces and put together my rose petal cones for the aisle toss. She also let me deliver wedding items to her house so I wouldn't have to pack it all in my suitcase! And c'mon, she will do floral arrangements for you! What can she not do?! On my wedding day, if things went wrong, I had no idea. I was having a great time with no worries at all! Also, my guests said that they felt the wedding day flow was really smooth, and that they had the best time! Thank you Rachael for all you did for my wedding, you made the wedding planning process enjoyable for me!

    We had Rachael as our full time wedding planner, and it was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process! As we had a 2 year engagement, Rachael joined us early on in the process and remained engaged, excited and committed every step of the way!     Rachael was a dream to work with. We hired Rachael for full service planning right after we got engaged last year. We had an initial meeting with her (she was the only one we met with via zoom, everyone else was a phone call or email) and we instantly knew she would be our wedding planner. We had zero planning done. Rachael guided us through everything and met with us constantly to ensure we were on track. I texted her, maybe every week, and she was an excellent communicator; always providing feedback, advice, and encouragement.Her vision and design is impeccable and she really showed us how to create a space that is modern, yet timeless, elegant, romantic and overall stunning.If there is one piece of advice I had to give brides and grooms to be, it would be to hire Rachael, especially for full service planning. Someone who holds herself to high standards, treats your wedding as if it were her own, keeps you organized, and is always there when you need her.I am actually so sad our time together is over (for now).  You naturally create a close relationship to your planner and they help you plan the biggest, most special day of your life, and I am sad it all ended.     Rachael was such an angel to work with! We hired her for full service planning and she exceeded our expectations. I had several family and bridal party members tell me how great Rachael was on our wedding day. Even my sister-in-law, who got married a month before us (and went through the whole wedding planning process with her own planner) was super impressed by Rachael! She is so organized and literally remembers every little detail/idea I bring up during our meetings. Although we had some issues with my venue and some vendors leading up to the wedding (that was out of our control), Rachael did an amazing job communicating with them. I definitely think our wedding day flowed as smooth as it did because of her. 10/10 would recommend!

    I'm excited to post an updated review because I was lucky enough to have Rachael as my wedding coordinator this year! During the planning process when I felt in over my head, Rachael was my voice of reason and helped prioritize the endless amounts of tasks that needed to be done. She advocated for our preferences when working with our vendors and kept lines of communications open for everyone involved. There were A LOT of small details packed into the wedding setup & timeline and Rachael handled all of it with grace and kindness. As our wedding day went on, nothing felt rushed and everything flowed seamlessly. If I were to list out everything Rachael had to take care of leading up to the wedding and on the day of, this would be the longest review. And she never let us see her sweat! We appreciate that she went above & beyond and dropped off all our personal items (decor, leftover alcohol, etc.) to our house after the wedding. And when we said goodbye the next morning she was radiant as always. I don't know how she does it but we are so thankful for her wedding planning talents. For couples considering a wedding coordinator - Rachael is your girl!

She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. She kept everything moving smoothly, pointing me in the right direction while allowing me to fully enjoy the company of our guests and the magic of the day. And she always made sure we were taken care of (never without a drink in hand!). Her leadership and attention to detail made it all so effortless for us. Florals: Melissa tackled all of our floral arrangements, and I couldn't have been happier with how they turned out! I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others. We worked with Rachel and Jordan and booked about 1.5 years in advance. They were communicative and very flexible with my multitude of changes throughout the year and a half working with them. I was even able to add a cake tasting and cake later on and change certain rentals very close to wedding date. They were patient and accommodating and willing to make just about anything work! My guests were incredibly happy with the food and the service, and my husband and I absolutely loved the waiter assigned to us on wedding day! The only thing that went wrong was half of our string lights (required by DH) went out for the entirety of the seated meal due to an installation error. I'm not docking any points from rating as this was a genuine mistake and WTC reached out to their EPR contact right away to have them return to site and get it fixed. It did take about an hour+ to resolve but WTC was very apologetic and even provided a a partial refund for the lighting. One thing we were bummed about was that cake service occurred during the main dance floor time and if cake wasn't accepted from the server, it was a missed opportunity. According to my guests, about 90% of people didn't get cake as it wasn't left on tables and most people were on the dance floor. 2.5/3 sheets cakes remained at the end of the night. One big win was TWC was so organized and accommodating for the many dietary restrictions/allergies we threw at them and served our guests appropriately. We received no complaints and guests and family said it was handled seamlessly! All in all, my husband and I were so pleased with our decision to work with WTC and will forever cherish the role they played in making our day amazing!
