The staff at Blushbaby is amazing, i have had a few services performed at this establishment. I travel from McDonough every two weeks to have my lashes done by Khadija. My willingness to commute is a testament to the level of work performed by Khadija. Her smile, her professionalism, her demeanor, and her diverse clientele is commendable to say the least. I have had my face threaded by Mej. She has such a lovely disposition and always welcomes her clients and the clients of others with a loving smile. She did a great job and if you're already here getting your lashes done, nothing completes the look like nicely threaded eyebrows (I like to get them tinted as well). With this combination, you get the luxury of feeling like you're waking up with make-up without having to do anything. I am here today, not only for my lashes, but i have opted for a make-up application, done by the gifted hands of make-up artist Brie. I am attending a military ball this evening and decided I wanted a different look. I did not originally have this appointment, as this was a last minute request. Not only did Brie accept my appointment, but she adjusted her entire schedule to accommodate me. You can see from the pictures on the walls that they have done make-up for celebrities and trust me, the way they make you feel before, during, and after your services, you will feel like they've mistaken you for a celebrity :-). They go over and beyond for their clients and the love for their craft is reflected in their workmanship. If you're contemplating visiting the establishment, you won't be disappointed. After researching for places to get eyelash extensions, I finally decided on blush baby and I am so glad I did. I found them through groupon, and there prices were competitive with the others while also offering mink lashes, which is a bonus. I called at 1pm to schedule an appt for today or Friday and at first they were booked solid, but because of a cancellation they were able to squeeze me in for a 230 slot. I arrived after following my gps and was able to find parking in the back of the building. This made it super convenient since traffic and parking in buckhead is always a problem. I arrived to blush Baby and was immediately greeted by several smiling faces. Noel offered me a beverage and I filled out a form and was then promptly taken back to the room. The rooms are small and tidy, and the tables that you lay on for your eyelash extensions were reasonably comfy with wonderful cozy and soft blankets. Noel was my technician and she explained the whole procedure to me and also allowed for me to ask questions of my own. She made me feel very comfortable for my first time. She told me it would take 2 hours because they are applied individually and 2 hours is exactly how long it took. Noel was wonderful and we chatted most of the time. She is a jack of all trades and works hard, and it's obvious. My lashes turned out beautiful and very natural looking. She went above and beyond what I wanted. I have been meaning to write this review for a long time. I have been coming to get lash extensions with Khadija at Blushbaby for the past year now and absolutely adore this studio. I am constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY, getting compliments on my lashes! I stopped wearing mascara a long time ago because I love having my extensions so much. They do such an amazing job at Blushbaby and charge completely reasonable prices for the service (esp. compared to other places in Atlanta that charge a lot more for the same thing!). The owners Khadija and Michelle are the most incredible ladies, and you will get to know them if you become a "regular" like me. During my re-lash appointment, which I go to every 2-3 weeks, Khadija, Michelle and I love to chat and catch up on life. Some people take naps during their appointments (which is totally fine) but I love these ladies and have gotten to know them so well that my one hour re-lash ends up being a sort of therapy session for me. :) I have also gotten to know Star and she's also so lovely! All of the girls at Blushbaby are fantastic. The free parking in the back is super convenient. The location is great. Interior is super cute and tons of space in there. I just love Blushbaby and my girls there so much. Amazing!!! I love my new lashes, OMG. This was my first time ever getting extentions and I am so pleased. The owner Michelle is so sweet and gentle and talks you through the entire process. She has a sweet spirit about her. Ive had individuals and worn eyelash strips before but, these feel so light and natural like they arent even there. I can't wait to take my wedding pictures on Saturday. I will definitely be back! Be sure to dress comfortably and wear your hair in a low pony tail.
