There is a lady who works there who is extremely hostile and rude. I am a postmates worker and I came in with a order to their shop, the names of the items on the order didn't match what they sold so she gave me an awful attitude and dismissed me. read more

They just lost me as a customer. Went in and ordered an egg salad on a bagel thinking nothing was wrong with it and i come home and it smelled sour and tasted the same. Super fast counter people. The vegetable cream cheese has crunchy vegetables in it. The Onion bagel was fluffy with a chewy goodness outside. Generally I'm not a fan of the fluffy bagel. Blvd somehow maintain a good taste and chewy texture. read more

This establishment is NOT welcoming- specifically of non-caucasians. I walked in with a smile and was expecting to hear a " Good morning" but was met with blank stares. I walked over to the fridge and grabbed myself a juice. As I was waiting to be helped, I made eye contact with several employees no one asked if I needed help or that they'd be with me shortly. Minutes later a Caucasian man walked in and was instantly greeted and asked "How can I help you?" I was baffled and put my drink back in the fridge and walked out with out saying a word and will never return. read more

These bagels are everything that bagels should be. Everybody knows it... Literally, everybody. I never visited Blvd Bagels without standing in a line that stretched outside the entrance. Impressively, the wait was never long - no more than five or ten minutes, though this appeared to seem like an Eternity to some of the Long Islanders'... The Everything Bagels are simply transcendent and totally worth a wait time of *any* length. You definitely won't be disappointed. read more

Best bagel I've had in suffolk, but the problem is the staff sucks. They're slow, and they spend more time talking to each other, than they do making food. This makes for huge lines, which don't worry, doesn't make them work any faster. They also can't apparently tell the difference between under and overcooked bagels. Or maybe they're too busy talking to each other to listen to orders. They increased prices a few months back, making an egg sandwich like $6 now, which is ridiculous. read more

The food here is okay, but it really depends what staff makes it. I've gotten a chicken sandwich from this place twice and the second time the girl at the counter had no idea how to make a buffalo chicken sandwich, the other staff are too busy talking and joking around with each other then serve customers.
