I wrote review on yelp x2 since yesterday, but the owner deleted it right away. So shame on you, preventing people to know how bad the services there. I will still find a way to post the real thing that happened to me. I usually order sandwiches in this place in a big quantity in the morning over the phone, and i will have my husband to go pick up my order while i get ready to go for work. The one i liked (used to be) that ea sandwiches placed at the sandwich sleeve brown bag, but already few months i noticed they change it white plain wrapping paper. Very difficult for me to see what is the order for my co-workers. Quality also not as good as usual. On August 25, 2023 at around 4pm, i went to buy sandwiches as usual, but i had learnt my experience, so i told the girl that takes my order x5, emphasized that i want it name / label in ea of my sandwiches order. Minutes later, i received my sandwich with no label. So i told the girl "please name them for me." The girl took back my sandwiches, and start pulled out from the plastic bag, unwrap and wrap back the sandwiches, BUT she did it in the cashier area instead of at the clean food area. In the same-time the other girl continue to ring the next customers order. I am feeling uncomfortable with what this staff did, they were all in rushed, so i stop the girl and told her that i don't want the sandwiches anymore, please refund my money. The conversation between the server girl and i was FINE, and she agreed to refund the money, but she is having a hard time on how to refund the money. The server girl called her co-worker for help. Out of nowhere, this stupid no manner guy yelling to me and stated "the girl make new sandwich for you!!!!", then i said : "excuse me, i want my money back, i don't want sandwich anymore." Then, this guy yelled back again "fuck you! Shut up! Fuck you!!" And i was like "???!!!" And he continues going back and forth between the cashier and the window for drive-thru, yelling out to me. So, i said : i wanna talk to the boss!! And he said : fuck you! No boss!! Get out!!! Fight outside!!! Fuck you!!! And he started removing his apron and the head set. Going back and forth in and outside the building, and place middle finger to me. I was demanding to talk to the owner, with the hope i get the win-win solution without involving police, i still have mercy to this owner and his business. About 1 hr, the owner named STEVEN came approached me, he listened to me, but unfortunately there is no final. I don't deserve this treatment, i came for food, but the food handler staff is real poor, makes me feel uncomfortable. This place don't even deserved 1 star at all. As a local businessman and understanding the importance of customer service I hate to do this but I need to. The server Phuong who took my order at the drive up window could not understand my order and I had to repeat combo number 7 and a pineapple green tea several times, finally appeared to have gotten it right gave me my total and told me to drive to the window. I get up there and she hands me a Pepsi. I told her I did not order a Pepsi and but I ordered a green tea, she tells me that next time I order and she repeats the order to listen to her better, she turns away as I'm speaking to her and closes the drive up glass, Phuong was extremely rude!!. During this time I was looking through the glass to make sure she doesn't do anything to my food and couldn't help but notice how dirty the kitchen was. I didn't know whether to laugh or leave because she has my money already. I left it alone patiently waited for my food which she had someone else bring up to the window, grabbed the food and drove off. I got back to my shop and set down to eat, took the first bite of the meat and practically threw it up because it tasted so bad and was ice cold. It was a total waste of $13.82 and a unneeded reason to get frustrated!! I'd have to say...this is by far the nastiest pho place I've ever been to. The place and sign looks nice every time I pass by until my mom and I met up for lunch to try this place out. First and foremost, it's not your typical pho place where you can order pho tai or the typical meat you can have with pho. Their menu for pho is so limited. Ordered this beef noodle soup because that looked good. And my mom ordered the shrimp pho. The broth on the beef noodle looks good and flavorful and when I tried it, it wasn't tasteful and didn't taste the way it looked. Their noodles are hard to grab with chop sticks since they were super stuck together. I tried my moms order and bleh. It was...ugh...lets just say it's not good. It tasted like water with a tad bit of seasoning to it. To say the least my mom and I didn't even finish our order. Also to top it off...the beef they gave me on my order was mostly fatty meat. Cmon. Are they cheaping out on meat? Wasn't appetizing. I was craving pho all day and finally got the opportunity to eat pho and this was my experience. Never again though. I have only ordered two items off their menu. Their egg baguette which is absolutely delicious. It used to be 4.50 and from my memory they raised it to $5 during covid. Honestly though it's huge at least your getting your money's worth. I have also ordered their chicken pho. I thought their broth needed more flavor. It was alright. I needed to add the spicy oil to it. However, it was quick and easy. Maybe their beef is better. In a pinch, I would order it again out of convenience and add that spicy oil at home. Starving before going into Royal Health Spa, I spotted BMC Pho across the street. It looked like it had taken over a Wendy's or some other fast food-type establishment but I'm down for banh mi and egg rolls for brunch. The sandwiches were buy 2 get 1 free, so I got some BBQ Pork Sandwiches to share later and a few egg rolls. The egg roll wrapper was quite sweet and the filling was fairly meaty. An ok egg roll. The banh mi was also ok, as the pork pieces were mostly fat. This was just pretty much to tide my hunger. This place is definitely worth a try as the food is so good and it's super cheap, it was like five bucks for each of the chicken bowls we ordered. Then they have these eggrolls that are amazing, literally best egg rolls I've ever had. We also bought to Thai Teas and when you buy one you get one free. The restaurant does get busy so I go with a little bit of extra time. This is usually a reliable place to get cheap food, but don't get catering from them. I called in the morning to order 30 eggrolls to pick up at 4:30pm. For things like fried rice and eggrolls you only need to order 30 min in advance, according to the girl at the cashier. I get in at 4:30pm and tell them about my catering order. The guy at the counter goes to the eggroll stand, picks up my order receipt and has this "Oh shit" face. They didn't make it. If you order catering, I suggest calling in advance to remind them. I wait for 30 min for them to make it. On the plus side, they were hot and crispy! When the guy rings up my order, he charges 60 cents per eggroll. According to a sign in the restaurant, each eggroll is 55 cents if you order catering. I tell him this and he says, "oh that's an old sign," . Then I say, "you should tell your manager to take it down or change it. Can I talk to your manager?" He says that the manager only speak Vietnamese.
