So stingy! I asked for extra mayonnaise and there was barely any. So I asked and the girl said they only put it on one side. I couldn't even see any to be honest. It was totally dry. So I asked if I could have more mayonnaise put on. She begrudgingly scraped a tiny bit of extra may, as if it was coming out of her paycheck. OMG, it was sad. Tried calling them countless of times to place an order through the phone but no one ever picks up. I ended up coming in to place an order. Let me start by saying that I visit this place religiously and always get the number 1 Pho. Never been disappointed. The add in packets were plentiful. Today changed that. No flavor broth with plenty of noodles, skimped on the bean sprouts, huge slice of fat in with the Brown ( not raw ) meat, mint leaves attached to branches, 1 slice of jalapeno, no sauce packets ( nor were any seen to grab yourself ), plenty of onions to at last make it an onion flavored soup. Hi everyone, I just want to share about my work experience from working for bmc pho from July/28/2023 to August/28/2023, it's been 1 month since I worked for bmc Pho. 1st: food dirty ( i feel bad for customers whoever getting food there ) 2nd: the way managers and owner treat employers are so disrectpectful, and take advantage of me and employers 3rd: work 12 hours aday ( overhour ) but without getting paid overhour like wth ? 4rd: less lunch time 5rd: keep me afterwork without bonus or pay. I usually order sandwiches in this place in a big quantity in the morning over the phone, and i will have my husband to go pick up my order while i get ready to go for work. The one i liked (used to be) that ea sandwiches placed at the sandwich sleeve brown bag, but already few months i noticed they change it white plain wrapping paper. Very difficult for me to see what is the order for my co-workers. Quality also not as good as usual. On August 25, 2023 at around 4pm, i went to buy sandwiches as usual, but i had learnt my experience, so i told the girl that takes my order x5, emphasized that i want it name / label in ea of my sandwiches order. Minutes later, i received my sandwich with no label. So i told the girl "please name them for me." The girl took back my sandwiches, and start pulled out from the plastic bag, unwrap and wrap back the sandwiches, BUT she did it in the cashier area instead of at the clean food area. In the same-time the other girl continue to ring the next customers order. I am feeling uncomfortable with what this staff did, they were all in rushed, so i stop the girl and told her that i don't want the sandwiches anymore, please refund my money. The conversation between the server girl and i was FINE, and she agreed to refund the money, but she is having a hard time on how to refund the money. The server girl called her co-worker for help. Out of nowhere, this stupid no manner guy yelling to me and stated "the girl make new sandwich for you!!!!", then i said : "excuse me, i want my money back, i don't want sandwich anymore." Then, this guy yelled back again "fuck you! Shut up! Fuck you!!" And i was like "???!!!" And he continues going back and forth between the cashier and the window for drive-thru, yelling out to me. So, i said : i wanna talk to the boss!! And he said : fuck you! No boss!! Get out!!! Fight outside!!! Fuck you!!! And he started removing his apron and the head set. Going back and forth in and outside the building, and place middle finger to me. I was demanding to talk to the owner, with the hope i get the win-win solution without involving police, i still have mercy to this owner and his business. About 1 hr, the owner named STEVEN came approached me, he listened to me, but unfortunately there is no final. I don't deserve this treatment, i came for food, but the food handler staff is real poor, makes me feel uncomfortable. This place don't even deserved 1 star at all. Been coming here for about 4 years. Only drive thru to order boba or shrimp spring rolls. Today I went to get some lemonades for my step kids & the guy taking orders thru the drive thru was so rude when i ordered a drink they didn't have lol idk what he was mad about but I'm never going back. Does this place have the best vietnamese food? Absolutely not! Are they as good as a decent home cooked meal that will satisfy your vietnamese food cravings without breaking the bank? Absolutely!! With 3 small toddlers that go everywhere with me, I appreciated that this location had a drive- thru. I didn't have to worry about taking my kids in and out of their carseats just so I can grab a few items. The headache just was not worth it. This was my first time at this location and food/drinks hit the spot. The service was fast, staff was friendly and I'll definitely be back. We enjoyed everything we got. read more

Although there is parking, it can be a challenge to get a spot right out front during their busy times (BMC Pho has such cheap prices, it attracts others). Anyways, I have been to this BMC Pho location a handful of times and had ordered several things on occasion, but never reviewed them. Some of the things that I have ordered from here includes: Spring Rolls, $3.50 prior to tax- I always like to get an order of the shrimp rolls, that come in a count of 3 and a side of dipping sauce. Please note that these rolls also has a thick strip of pork in the spring rolls (in case you do not eat pork, thought I would inform you). These spring rolls always taste consistently good, along with the sauce (which is more than enough for 3 spring rolls). I have ordered these on numerous of occasions and brought them to family get togethers and family have all enjoyed them. For the price, I think they are fairly priced. Buy 2, get 1 free (french bread) sandwich ($3.50 each per sandwich, but with the special, total comes out to $7 for 3 sandwiches, prior to tax)- This is a daily special. The sandwiches that my husband, my mom and I have tried includes the #1: Ham & Meatloaf, #2 BBQ Pork, #4 Shredded Chicken, #6 Egg (please note that there is meat in this sandwich). My mom has liked the #2 and #4. My husband thinks the sandwiches are good. I think they are average and prefer the ones at Lee's Sandwich and Mr. Baguette. But the price for 3 is a good value. This particular BMC Pho location has a T-Amo inside, which sells boba milk tea. There are several different choices to choose from and pretty affordable, but one major downfall is that you are unable to request for a sweetness level since the milk teas are premade. I always dilute my drinks with a lot of water to get it at the sweetness level I am willing to drink it at because it is really sweet. Basically their drinks makes for a 2nd drink for me. I have never tried the pho at this place and am more interested in the spring rolls (more than anything else). The prices are pretty affordable and do it's job in feeding the masses. Although I have had better at other Vietnamese eateries, I still like this place and will keep coming back in the future. read more

I went to their drive-through this evening to order some food. I am allergic to pork, and somehow I ended up with a pork fried rice in my order and missing a spicy beef soup that I ordered. When I called to see how they could fix the mistake, the employee wasn't able to identify who the manager was, and said the only thing they can do was credit back the mistake on the pork rice other than that, I would have to drive down 20 minutes to actually get the right item. knowing that they work with DoorDash and I am sure have people available to do delivery, she actually laughed when she was talking to someone else, and said that the only thing they can do is credit back the item they gave me by mistake and that it would take 3 to 10 days to get my money back. I've been a couple of times now and the Pho Ga (chicken noodle special) never disappoints! The broth is absolutely incredible!! The egg Banh Mi was also a good size and delicious!! Reminds of my time living in Vietnam. The Vietnamese Coffee was a tad too sweet but still yummy! Serving portions are great! Great prices! Ordered a ground beef sandwich and they put like a hoisen sauce that I don't remember it having in there before which makes the sandwich sweet, I'd rather have it without the sauce. But this review is for the experience of old meat that was put in my sandwich. Half the meat was good and the other half was hard n definitely old. My teeth could've been injured if I bit into it fast, the meat was that hard. I do like this place but unfortunately I would have to check my sandwich prior to biting into it and asking for no hoisen sauce. The sign says for an additional 75 cents, you can sub the drink for one of the dessert. Lo and behold, one of what looks like a supervisor there said they don't don't do that. They brought only half of our order to our table, we were missing 2 meals out of 4. 20-30 minutes passes by and they still did not bring the remaining 2 meals to our table. Every other customer was receiving their orders within 5 minutes. We kindly asked the employees that 2 meals were not brought up, and they refused to give them to us. We even showed them solid proof of the complete order stated on the receipt but instead they said they had brought it and they cleared saw. They sent a employee to inspect our table to make sure we were not hiding anything. They were being rude about it and made this experience upsetting and uncomfortable. They kept refusing to give us the other meals, until finally a employee from the kitchen says okay. We finally received the other 2 meals 30-40 minutes after. My favorite pho spot is this little place in Alhambra but this was a very convenient alternative. About 2 miles from work and very accessible. Plenty of parking, seating, and menu was decent.
