This is the best limo company around! I used Big Matty's Limo for a wine tasting trip to Temecula over the weekend with 10 girls. I loved that I could find everything I needed on his website, including pricing. Most websites make you call for pricing. Matt responded right away when I had questions about how many hours our trip should be. He was very knowledgeable with Temecula and all the wineries, where to go, where to eat, etc. He also special pricing for wine tasting trips! He had the limo stocked with ice cold champagne and waters which was a nice touch. All of the glassware was clean too. He is friendly, professional, and pleasant to be around. We took a stretch limo home from a show at San Manuel Ampitheter on Sunday night... our driver was early, and waited patiently for us to get out. Then he texted to help us find where he was in the mess of tens of thousands of people exiting the grounds at the end of the show. Based upon the reviews here, I called to get a quote, and a feel, for the company. The limo was to be for my son's high school senior prom, so I wanted to be sure my son, his date, and the other couple would be in good hands. I spoke with Matt, the owner and was very happy with the conversation (the answers he gave and the questions he asked) as well as his email follow up. Matt ended up also driving the limo! He showed up about 10 minutes EARLY! Awesome...was very professional, low key, etc. He had the kids (and parents) sign a form about a NO ALCOHOL policy as the passengers were minors....Excellent! Matt also addressed the parents, and gave each of us a card with his cell phone and said to not hesitate to call for any reason at all. Fortunately, Matt was able to accommodate us on very short notice and was very straightforward about pricing and services. Matt was our driver, and we booked the standard stretch limo. An amazing company! I wanted to take my family to Big Bear in December and wasn't comfortable about driving the mountains in the snow. The driver was on time and in fact early. My son was coming from the valley and got caught up in traffic and was an hour late for pick up. Daniel was sympathetic and didn't charge me more, even though he had every right to do so. The ride in the sprinter was so smooth and well worth it. the driver was exceptional and experienced in driving snow conditions. They came back and picked us up for our return home. We recently used this service to get to LAX from Hemet for our honeymoon. While Uber is now a thing that people use frequently, I have to say that this was far superior. There is something about the level of professionalism that makes the slight increase in price compared to Uber worth it. Matt was friendly, personable, polite, and punctual in his service and exceeded expectations. The Town car was spacious and clean, and his driving was wonderful. We arrived with plenty of time to get through customs and had the added benefit of being stress-free from LA traffic and airport parking. Wanted to write a review as I found Big Matty's Transport through the helpful and positive reviews here on Yelp. Just got back from a fabulous day at Glen Ivy Hot Springs and Big Matty's Transport was big part of it. I called and got in touch with Matt (THE Matt of Big Matty's) earlier in the week (so, pretty last minute as it was a Tuesday and we were looking for service on Friday). Matt was courteous and easy going and a delight to work with. (I hadn't arranged for a limo service since prom, and that was several years ago and Matt was very helpful and walked me through everything). Luckily, they had a 6 passenger limo still available (we were a group of 4 ladies) and we were excited to hear Matt would actually be our driver. We were worried as we were looking to be dropped off at Glen Ivy Hot Springs from Brea in the morning and were hoping for a return trip in the evening... We weren't sure if we would be able to find a reasonably priced way of making this happen, but Matt quoted us an amount we were happy with. Confirmation and booking were a synch. Matt was there with the black, clean limo before we all arrived at the meeting spot. He was very personable and has a way of putting people "at ease"... Trying to make our day the special event that it was. Smooth ride there (awww the way to travel). And he didn't even complaint when we were a smidge late meeting back up with him in the evening (sorry Matt, the "check out" process was longer than expected). All in all, a great day, and a great and relaxing "stress free" ride to and fro... We all agreed that we would use Big Matty's Transport again in a heart beat. My husband and I have used Big Matty's transport on two different occasions. Both times, we traveled from our home in Orange County up to Los Angeles/Hollywood for celebrations. The company was recommended to us by another friend who had a good experience. Simply, Matt is easy to reach and very helpful. The first time we used a limo, the second time a Lincoln Navigator. Both cars were very clean - inside and out, no odors or smoky smells, no dents in the cars. Both drivers were dressed professionally and conducted themselves in that way as well. The car was a few minutes early and had drinks available for us. Also, we had multiple stops (dinner, different bars, etc) and we never had a problem accessing the car and driver - even in busy Saturday night Sunset Blvd. traffic! The service is worry free. Especially since we use the service when we want to go out and party and not think about driving after having a few cocktails. This will be my go-to car service going forward. This was my first time ever using Big Matty's Transport. I found them by the way of Yelp reviews. Awesome experience. Other businesses should take a customer service class from Matt on how to use technology to give the customer the best service. I read the reviews on Yelp of all the car service companies and Big Matty's Transport was best rated. I also read the reviews to make sure the five star rating was not manipulated. I used Big Matty's Transport for transportation to and from the airport. I called Big Matty's Transport and Matt answered. He gave me a price to the airport. He also said cash, debit or credit card is fine. He also asked for the flight number flying out and return flight so they can keep tabs on them to make sure there are not any changes. He also said "Zane" would be the one picking me up. The night before I got a text stating "Zane" will be picking me up in the morning and he gave me Zane's cell phone number if a problem should arise. Zane was on time and the vehicle was clean. It was a nice ride. We talked about current events. Zane said he has been in the business for over 20 years. I made it to the airport with time to spare. On the way back from the airport, I used Big Matty's Transport again. This time "Art" picked me up. The flight came in 30 minutes early. I thought I would have to wait around for Art to pick me up since the flight came in early. I did not have to wait. Art said they have flight tracking software to let them know when their clients' flights are coming in. So if a flight is early, then they know they have to be at the airport early. Art also text me and called and left a message on my cell phone letting me know he was at the limo lot and to let him know when we picked up our bags. Art said he has been doing this for about 20 years. The vehicle was clean and it was also a nice ride. We talked about current events and sports. I know car service cost more than other modes of transportation. But I figured with gas, parking fees, how secure my personal vehicle is in a parking lot, headache of trying to get out of the airport and driving home; that it is well worth it.
