When one was available she went to help a customer who arrived AFTER me which was a little irritating. When another advisor came over to help. He was helpful and friendly. The waiting area is really nice and they play great soft rock music. I waited for about two hours for the outcome and I will need to return to complete the repair. 4 stars for not being assisted before a later arriving customer.

I wanted to love this dealership- but after more than two decades with Pajouh BMW (previously…read moreCourtesy), we know them pretty well. I feel a review is absolutely warranted. We've purchased three BMWs at this dealership, and purchased extended services on our most recent fourth (purchased elsewhere, for reasons listed below). Buying them new is easy, although you can absolutely find a better deal almost anywhere- servicing them at this dealership is next to impossible. Car dropoffs and pickups frequently take more than an hour each, even when scheduled well in advance by the dealership themselves. Don't be surprised when you find yourself parked on a sofa for an hour- it happens almost every time. Every visit, I witness visible disorganization and other frustrated customers camped out in the showroom. I've had to call my work and take a half day because the wait times were so obscene. Once you're done waiting to drop off- services at this dealership cost more than double the price of the local specialty shop (and easily take double the time). While dealership services are always higher regardless of location, this dealership consistently takes the cake. They often miss glaring issues (last time I left after a check, I noticed a fog light was out that they didn't mention), and consistently push extra (usually unnecessary) services. We've shown up for service appointments they scheduled, and then been turned away during check-in after an hour wait because they forgot the mileage minimums on a package and realized we hadn't hit them yet. We've paid for different services, and later had private BMW mechanics tell us the services either weren't done or were done badly (multiple times, multiple mechanics!). Why my rating is so abysmally low: Packages and warranties are basically useless, as it's next to impossible to get a call back from BMW to check status and schedule services. My BMW app is somehow more useful than the dealership. They don't answer phones, they don't respond to voicemails, and are even largely unresponsive to texts. I'm polite, understanding, and do realize things slip through the cracks- but it shouldn't take more than a week to hear back about simple warrantied maintenance (and I followed up!). Reception, although very responsive, is unable to access car-specific information, so the customer is stuck waiting for an unresponsive BMW team to give them a call "when they can." It's incredibly frustrating, especially when we've purchased so many vehicles through their team. I've worked with the BMW dealerships in Marin and Sacramento to fix both maintenance and body issues, and the experiences were laughably better (so much so that I'd absolutely tow to Sacramento if I ever needed a dealership collision repair). I don't trust the work here anymore after multiple experiences, including one where my bumper fell off when closing the trunk because it was improperly attached with less than half the required hardware. The collision center in Sacramento was quick to identify that it had been improperly attached by the Chico dealership, and fixed it for free. While the Pajouh dealership looks pretty, that's about it. I would make the journey to another dealership, even if you're local. Shoot, just buy the car online- truly, buying a car unseen with no warranty and then taking it to the local specialty shop is more trustworthy, cheaper, and vastly more convenient. I would not trust this dealership when purchasing a used vehicle, and wouldn't recommend them when purchasing a new one, either. I feel bad leaving such a scathing review, but our experience has been consistently disappointing for decades.

Once the car's simple service was completed and ready to goI waited 20 minutes for them to bring it up from the back. But not before asking for the second time. Over two weeks. I kid you not. Pack a lunch and possibly an overnight bag if you're having service done here. Giving them an extra star for their polite attitude.

After I got off work I went in to see the car and deal in place and wow. They took great care of my mom and got her into a Honda Pilot even though she wanted something more rugged. I saw the deal and they worked with her on rebates discounts and credit. They got her in and out quick. Couple hours and honestly thats pretty good for buying a car. I loved the Pilot so much I came back 3days later and even though I had just leased a new vehicle they worked with me and we were able to get me into the top of the line Pilot for less than what I had signed up for with my Tundra. I am now saving in gas and on my monthly and couldn't be happier. The man the myth the legend is Ray (He is the big guy with the beard). If you want a great deal and someone down to earth who will do everything to make it happen for you, make sure you ask for him when you get there. He will take care of you.

While folks were friendly and helpful at face value, when we had issues following recalled repairs…read moredone on our Subaru we were met with costly unprofessionalism. After getting our vehicle back, we immediately experienced trouble with it starting and contacted the service department each time we became stranded on the side of the road. This all occurred less than one week following work done under recall notices. The first time the vehicle wouldn't start, I received no response in reply to my inquiry for an appointment. We changed the vehicles battery hoping the issue was related, but the next day the car broke down again. When calling to get a tow to the service center this time, they quoted the tow at $140. We were able to incrementally get back to the service center from Hamilton City where the vehicle had died by going a few miles before engine, transmission, and oil lights would come on and the car would die again. It was helpful that upon arrival to the service center the previous communication was taken seriously and we were pushed to the "top" of the list. Then we waited to find out if they would provide us with a rental car (they wanted to determine if in fact our 2013 vehicle with less than 100,000 miles that had a basically brand new engine from a prior recall was breaking down related to the work done the week prior). After 8 hours of waiting, we called to inquire about a rental vehicle to get to work the next day (we already lost pay from one day's work due to the breakdown), we were informed that the technicians hadn't yet gotten to our vehicle. I repeatedly have felt through this process that the customer service face to face does not follow through with actual results on promises to take care of these issues which I very much believe to be related to recent work done by this service center. I still have not been contacted (now 24 hours after taking the vehicle in) and my own professional obligations are being pushed aside for another day trying to resolve this issue with the service center. I would not recommend buying (especially buying new) through Courtesy based on my experiences with them since we purchased our Subaru in 2013. I haven't even touched on the rude and disrespectful staff I have had to work with when scheduling these appointments and when calling to find out updates.......but there's that, too unfortunately. Update: I've had good results working with Dylan in particular who helped keep us informed and resolved our issues. His professionalism led me to upgrade the stars and edit my review.

They said a coil was loose but, that I needed a air conditioning hose fixed because of pin hole that would cause problems later. $1100 later. I'm 3 wks out & it's doing the same thing only worse. I'm told they need to do spark plugs. (Which I asked about at last visit) I ask them to do coils at the same time knowing it can be an issue. They refuse stating they don't do that. I tell them if I need new coils they are eating the cost of labor. Next day get the call stating that car needs new coils, and they can discount labor. They agreed after heated discussion to waive labor. Upon pick up bill was $1000 more than expected and they "forgot" to take off labor costs for coil. 3rd visit was key stuck in ignition. I was told they would have to diagnose problem first. This is a WELL KNOWN problem pages & pages on the internet. There is an extension on warranty up to 900,000 miles. I asked before I took car in if this is a recall. After having car "diagnosed" they agreed it was covered but would take 3 days to get parts.
