Most dishonest, least professional group of individuals that you will ever encounter. My experience with this place has been corrupt since day 1. Without going into the details it's needless to say that they lost a customer for life, BMW has lost a customer for life. I have gone to Vista BMW Pompano Beach for my BMW Z4 repair many times. I do not recommend the service and especially the ability to repair a car properly. Staff changes constantly, Vista in Coconut Creek is far superior. I went there because I thought I should go to a dealership and it was far closer to my home than the alternative. Vista BMW Pompano Beach has: Bad and indifferent attitude, extremely poor customer service and they can't repair the car without breaking something else. I have never been satisfied with their repair or body work. High, high prices. Do not go there, fair warning, you will be sorry. read more

I wish I could give this Zero Stars, but that is not an option. I went in for my first oil change with BMW since I purchased my vehicle in April 2021. Jonathon was my advisor; he was very nice at first, offered me extras that I declined, then I said, I am only here for my oil change which I was told was $179. He said yes, that's fine and had me sign paperwork. I waited in the lobby for 1.5hrs (maybe a little less), then Jonathon told me my car was complete and to pay at the cashier window. I went over and my bill was $221.43. I asked why, and was told to again speak to Jonathon. I walked over to Jonathon and asked what the extra charges were for. He said "I told you earlier". I then asked to speak with his Service Manager, so Jonathon brought me in his office. Frank, was sitting behind his desk, didn't even get up to greet me, looked down at me behind his glasses, with hands still on his computer typing and said "you signed for it". I explained again in detail what was communicated. He said he didn't know what to tell me. I then let him know I would be leaving a bad review and he said "sounds like extortion" which is rude, demeaning and not even in the slightest what was happening. It is very obvious Frank is unprofessional and uneducated. I then paid for my bill, and as I was walking out, Jonathon was laughing with another advisor. I also at some point let them know to never call my phone again for anything, I would be taking my service elsewhere. read more

This place is a total ripoff. It's simply a reflection of BMW as a whole. We took our 2015 BMW 428I in to have extensive brake work done and after two delays in when the car was scheduled to be ready, we picked it up and drive home. The following day my wife mentioned the brakes still didn't feel right. We called and were told they needed a " brake in" period. After about a month and a half we noticed a serious shaking and bumping when we applied the brakes at highway speeds. We took it back and we're told the rotors were coved with rust from lot rot. Seriously? Brand new BMW parts rusted out so badly in a month and a half due to salt air? Their solution was to shave our brand new rotors twice while telling us it was a " courtesy" and could have done nothing! They still felt like crap and another month later our check engine light came on with a brake error. We took it to another repair ship where even more brake work was done at another expense to us. When we complained to BMW corporate they sat on it for a month then declared they believed lot rot to be the issue and sorry but no resolution. A company supposedly know for quality doesn't stand by its own parts and work? I will never buy another BMW, they do not stand by their own name products at the highest level which obviously filters through the entire dealership family. If I could give -2 stars I would. STAY AWAY. If you're in the market for a high end luxury vehicle... take BMW off your list!! read more

Normally I don't use BMW dealers for service but Vista BMW in Pompano has changed my mind on where to go for service. I recently moved from out of state, my convertible top was not working and several independent shops out of state and here had spent 4 hours looking for the cause with no clue what the real issue was.. From start to end my experience the service with Nic Bennett at Vista BMW in Pompano Beach was exceptional. He is the consummate professional, patient, understanding, and he listens even when the issues you are having with your vehicle are involved. He then matched the best mechanic to the issue and keeps you informed of the progress. I can't say enough good things about Nic and Vista of Pompano. read more

The service department is very unprofessional. The customer service is.... well there is none! You don't feel welcomed at all. the waiting room is like sitting at the DMV with a vending machine.. The front desk has no clue to whats going on, might as well not even have one. You pull in, no one greets you.. its absurd! The reason i buy a BMW is for the service! the loaner car situation is ridiculous! BMW is suppose to be a luxury brand you would think they would want to treat there customers like it! Vista BMW service department would make me rethink buying another BMW. read more

Service Dept is fantastic. Al the advisors are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and will go out if there way to try and get your car done for you in a timely manner. The technicians know what they are doing and are very clean about it. Ask for Nick B, Frank D, or Jim R. They will know what to do for you. read more

Service advisors know absolutely nothing about the cars they are advising for, managers are rude and unwelcoming and politeness just doesn't exist here. He found the PERFECT car for me-my dream car! Though the paperwork took a while, the BMW team made sure my family and I were kept comfortable at all times! These guys should wear a mask and guns. I had a warning that my Fob needed a new battery. I was informed that the fob was sealed and I needed a new one at a cost of $500. Since I didn't just fall off the turnip truck I said, No thanks". and called my dealer in Ma. They told be how to open the fob and suggested I go to Radio Shack to replace the battery. This place is the definition of cluster fuck. We came in with the car because the sensors said we needed new brakes. The lone service advisor there told us it either needed breaks or the sensor had to be reset and she would let us know as soon as they had diagnosed it. Except she forgot to so we had to ask and she told us it just needed to be reset and would take about 20 minutes if we wanted to wait. Subsequently after about 40 we asked her to check on it and she disappeared for more than half an hour such that other employees couldn't find her. Finally after nearly two hours we were told the sensor needed to be replaced and were offered a courtesy loaner. It took so long for her to process and find the loaner that by the time she pulled it up she was informed that the sensor was done and the car was ready. Maybe it's time to find people who know how to communicate better than the girls on Sunset Tan. read more
