Still loving this place quite some time later. I'm even increasing stars from 4 to 5! I've tried the food since my last review and the sandwiches are amazing! My go to is the spicy beef dip. The weather is typically nice in the area so they open up the bar window/door to let in sunshine and fresh air, which is pretty cool. They never short you on your pours and choose some of the best beer to keep on tap. Shout out to Carlo (bartender) who always provides good service and professionalism. $4 beers all December & all day, can't beat that! You order at the front, go to the bar for ur beer and then seat yourself. Beers and sandwiches are good sized and reasonably priced. Sandwiches come with their sauce which is like a delicious sweet and sour dipping sauce. You can also order a side of habanero sauce (which they don't advertise) but I love to mix it with their standard sauce and dip my sandwich in it. Super delicious! They also have a bunch of rotating beers on tap and always have a good tap selection, plus they fill their beers to the top each time. Baja chicken is my go-to sandwich. Ask for napkins at the front, they won't bring u any otherwise and it's easy to spill and need them. read more

I have figured out why Sweet Wheat is not written on the Board and Brew sandwich wrapper and "sq**w" is written in its place. Sq**w is actually in the Board and Brew computer system and printed out on the check #. I took a photo of the order # and my sandwich wrapper - TD Sq**w as proof that Sweet Wheat apparently isn't a confirmed option. I'll just have to go back to ordering a regular Turkey Deluxe than to be irritated when the sandwich is removed from the bag. read more

We stopped coming because we always ordered roast beef and several times it was grisly but we have been ordering turkey lately and the sandwiches have been great. Had such a great experience at Board & Brew the other night. Josh behind the bar was awesome -- super attentive and just really on top of things. He kinda knew what we needed before we even asked, which was great. Carlo was also incredible. Right when we walked in he made us feel like regulars, even tho it was our first time there. We ordered on line and went for the pickup. Their Paseo Del Sur Sur location very close. The online ordering process was trouble free and intuitive. Broad & Brew is a SoCal sandwich shop that I would place about equal to Wich Which. Sandwiches were good value, no skimping on portions. I got the Roast Beef Spicy. The sandwich lived up to expectations. Meaty with a nice spice. I found the bread a bit go-hum. Typical soft/mushy industrial sandwich roll. Better bread would definitely add a star.
