The manager really cares about his customers. I recently placed an order through DoorDash. When it arrived, the name and order were correct on the ticket, but as soon as I took a bite out of my sandwich, I knew that the wrong sandwich was placed in my bag. Best sandwich shop around. I like to get the French dip add mayo. Take it home and pour the gravy all over the sandwich and it's just like having a roast beef poor boy from New Orleans. Stopped by for a quick lunch, I like to get the chicken club on squaw bread.. never disappoints! Grilled chicken is usually tender and juicy, but the bacon deserves the spotlight. We love coming to board & brew. Our go to is usually the veggie supreme and the secret sauce, which is such a treat given how it really brings out the taste in the veggie. The veggie is packed with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, sprouts, jack and cheddar cheese, onions and avocado on sweet wheat bread. Half of it is enough to fill you up and they do not go light on ingredients which I love. The Italian has salami, uncured natural smoked ham, turkey breast, swiss cheese, banana peppers, homemade Italian dressing, dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, & red onions on a French baguette. We just wish the bread was a little more warm. We have ordered for pick up and sitting down. There's always plenty of seating and parking available. Service is quick and staff is always friendly. I've been coming here for many years and while I don't usually have a lot to say about 'sandwich shops', I just wanted to give a 'big shout' out to this location because they have been consistently 'on point!' We've ordered sandwiches for the family and the sandwich boxes for parties. My go-to is usually the Turkcado on sourdough, w. a side of sauce which is sweet and tangy almost like a cross between a Russian dressing My grandson likes that as well. My husband usually goes for the roast beef dip or the hot (no hormones) chicken wrap. My brother is a pastrami fan so that's what he gets and my sister-in-law likes the veggie wrap with cream cheese. But regardless of what is ordered, it's always thick, plenty of meat, and avocado, lettuce is fresh and crisp, and they make it exactly as requested. Most of the time, I use their app to order and it's always ready when we get there! Whoever this franchise owner is, they've got it down to a science. Great job! This location is a disaster. (At least on Sunday from 1-3pm) If I was the owner of this franchise, I would like to know my employees are all screwing around while customers are present. We called in an order and arrived early to drink a pint. The ladies at the cash register were barely present. 6-7 people were in line and one of the ladies stepped aside to talk to her friend. The cooks were brewing instant coffee together. The kitchen did not impress as flys were around our beers. One guy was paying attention which was a plus.
