This place has gone way downhill. Half the games are out of order. One of the rooms is almost completely empty, they removed all the games. You have to go find an operator just to ride any of the rides. Used to be a fun place to come and take my kids... Now it's not even worth it. The kids just ended up playing in the jungle gym. This is a place I'd come back to. They are so friendly and make you feel like home. The people that work there are so courteous and if you don't like something they will fix it for you. It's a pretty good deal for the money. An $8.75 wristband gets you a bouncy house, a coaster ride, a maze thing, and a carousel. Games generally take more than one token, but you get pretty decent return compared to Chuck E Cheese. But what good is that when half the games are out of order and half of the other half steal your money. And the rides are not automatically staffed, sometimes you have to go get someone at the crowded cashier's desk to come start the ride. While I had a problem with this, my four year old did not. She had a good time and I guess that's what counts. Couple of changes and this could be a fantastic little place. read more

We came to visit on Sunday and it was alright. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, tons of games were broken. They were not shut down with signs saying "out of order". Majority of them looked like they were running. The ball machines are missing balls. Coins get stuck in the machine. We do not plan on visiting again. Our family of four were bowling last night when my five year old saw a game that lights up so we went to investigate. So we headed over Ever hear of the saying you get what you pay for. It's way cheaper then chuckie cheese or boomers. The establishment was a little run down for my standards. I took my kids there on Saturday night. It was OK. the problem was that a lot of the machine were not working. Eating tokens and not playing. We spent most of the night waiting for someone to help us, or give us our tokens back. It was run down and there were kids jumping on the machines and no one really stopping them. The kids had fun but the rides are kinda worn down, good games, my beef is with the laser tag. There was only 7 vests working and of those 7 the buckles were broken, triggers were sticky, and the help seemed lack luster, it would be nice if the ownership would put some money into the laser tag stuff. Rip off! 10 game credits per dollar, and each game is between 10-25 credits or $1-$2.50 per game!! The games are programmed to say 25 cents each, but their system asks for 25 credits which is $2.50 of a 25 cent game! Who gets away with charging $2.50 for a standard arcade game?! read more

Pretty awesome place! Went there for a birthday party and the kids had a blast. The entrance doesn't have anyone watching it like chuck e cheese so I watch my kids like a hawk when they are playing because of all the twists and turns (makes it easy to loose a child). Came here durring the day and bought 2 wrist bands for my kids. Since my daughter is 2 the lady at the desk told me I would have to go on the rides with her. The ride attendents wouldn't let me and they also said my daughter was to small to go on any of the rides. They were rude about it said said I was given the wrong information (then why would they even sell me one) The staff is a bunch of lazy teenagers that look bored. I kept catching one hide behind the bouncy house to text instead of watching the kids. They wouldn't even play the merry go round music when my son went on it. Really cool place similar to Chuck E. Cheese . I got my son a wristband which was around 10$ . He gets to get on a few of the rides , jumper, play structures and carousel. He had lots of fun plus they get to run around lol. On the other side they also have a bowling alley and pool tables which is pretty cool because both parents and kids can have fun. BEWARE!!! This establishment has RATS!!! I took my 5 year old son to have a fun evening. We ate pizza and had drinks. While my son was playing in the play structure I notice a RAT run on top of the play structure where he was playing. I freaked out, grabbed my son, and was out of there. I contacted the health department and was told that they had to shut them down 3/22 for RAT droppings in the kitchen. Please beware when or if you take your children. read more

Loved it there. It's great for younger kids. I got invited to a birthday party and the staff members there are excellent. After we finished eating, all the kids were given wrist bands and some tokens. With the wrist bands, they were able to sit on the rides to their hearts content. My kids had so much fun. They literally spent over an hour in the jungle gym thingy climbing up and down and all around. During that time, it was good to be able to sit at the tables next to it and chat with other parents. read more

I remember this place being really awesome a few years ago but it has since rundown, tons of outdated broken games, just walking in and seeing the awful layout is not a good sign. Games have gone from taking 1 or 2 tokens to taking 3 and 4. Staff was awful. They didn't provide any assistance when I told them machines had eaten tokens and wouldn't return them or a game didn't dispense tickets (almost every other game we played had an issue). It wouldn't have been so bad if it was a game for a token but when a four token game doesn't respond you might as well flush a dollar down the toilet. Then the 3 yr old I took wanted a prize that was clearly marked as being a certain number of tickets and the woman said the sign was wrong and it was 100 tickets more. She would not honor the sign that was on it but also didn't change the sign after acknowledging there was an issue. If you have younger kids chuck e cheese is a way better alternative. The one in la Mesa has wonderful customer service, if a game takes a token it is not uncommon for them to give you a few to compensate and I have had the lovely manager(I assume he is) walk up and put tokens in the machines for the kids saying the game was on him or let the kids get a prize when they were just 5-10 tickets short. 12-14-19 7:30pm The service and attitude that I experienced here, not only as a paying customer, but one who comes back every so often, was appalling. Not only were we insulted, which was not warranted at all. For me and my party, acted as cordially as possible, even when we were disregarded and disrespected. Me and my party of four, were bowling in lane 34, and the bar tenders from the bar lounge, came along and rudely took our 1st pitcher of beer which was empty, and a cup half full, while me and my girlfriend where at the food bar. We went to order, another pitcher and were first in line, and "Jeri" the older lady who was bartending was outright skipping us, serving other customers out of line. When I ask her what was going on, she responded hostile and rude. Even turning to her coworkers and calling us alcoholics. Even then, over charging us for a refill (full price). Still, I spoke to her civily, and still I received bad service. After telling her to have a good night, I sought out management. I spoke to drew which claimed to be the person in charge. He heard me out, and seemed as if he would handle the situation accordingly. However, he did nothing, as we were in lane 34 right by the bar and could see. I later pulled him aside and asked him if he did anything about it. He said, he did. I had already started looking online about the management and knew who to ask for. Bottom line, not only did "Jeri" disrespect us, we also found out that we were not the only ones that night, to be treated like that. Also, when we tried to approach the situation accordingly, we were lied to and lead astray. I hope that this email is taken seriously. The kids loved it (of course) - the jungle gym was the highlight and bowling was great (1 star for each of those). BUT the place itself was terrible. It's old and dirty, with a funky old smell to it. The bathrooms were terrible!!! and never once tended to, the 5 hours we were there. Half of the games are broken (which they should tell you, before you cash in for a bunch of tokens). The staff was cool (except the female bartenders attitude because we ordered pitchers of soda I guess). Bowling was pricey (but we went on a Sunday) & the food was OK. I went for a lock in and on the website it said that you should get there by 10:00pm. So I did and everyone else was there, many people got there early and still didn't get in. The workers were very rude and they called the cops beacause kids parents were getting mad. They were getting mad because they wouldn't let the kids go in after the manager told them to go back to their car and he would bring them the slip and wristband. He navel came back so parents got furious and stared to yell. Many people left but there was a handful of kids still left and the lady working called the cops and they came and did not do anything. I went to the arcade with my nephew while my brother and his wife were out of town. I was blown away by how clean the arcade was. We spent a few hours in there and played games together. The coin got stuck in Basket Fortune, but one of the employees helped get it worked out. Overall: the staff was friendly and helpful, the games were fun, and the place was clean. This is to address the incredibly rude manager Gina employed at this establishment. I am not sure how you are able to maintain a job with your attitude and lack of customer service skills. The service here is unbelievable. Considering this is a children's place, I am unclear as to why on earth you would have applied to such a business if you execute no regard for the customers that keep you employed. There is a new game at the establishment called the black hole. My nephew was playing this new game, which costs 2 tokens per game to play, coincidentally in front of Ms. Gina as she was strolling by. Upon depositing the 2 tokens, the game ate the second token. My nephew then presumed to ask Ms. Gina for assistance since this is what she is getting paid for, to which Ms. Gina aggressively replied "that is a new game, that cannot happen, it is a new game". Please note, she stated this prior to physically opening the token door, thus implying that he, a paying customer was lying. Following the incident, my nephew came back, almost in tears that this woman had blatantly accused him of lying, when all he wanted was to play the game. Upon further personal investigation, we requested to speak with the manager. When she arrived, she also brought along her staff of minions as an intimidation tactic.... Did she need backup? Why were half of the employees in the establishment accompanying Ms. Gina in her debut? I was confused. We asked her what happened. Her response was defensive, she stated as part of her job, she makes decisions at her discretion and has no obligation whatsoever to refund lost tokens. My next question was " Why? When you saw what happened? Why wouldn't you refund his token that was eaten? Why don't you watch the surveillance, (which we assumed were on the premises)". Ms. Gina responded "We do not have cameras in every location of the building, and I do not have to refund you any token because I do not need to. It is my choice. I am the manager. I make the decision." I was floored to have been treated in such a manner. I felt totally discriminated against for no reason other than this establishment is filled with people who clearly despise their jobs. The best advice I can offer the employees is do what you love, and love what you do. And to Ms. Gina, instead of passive-aggressively accusing children of lying, maybe you should take a step down from your power trip, and realize you are talking to children, not someone of your own age and should learn to exercise a bit of censorship and and self control when dealing with kids.
