Took the little here a few weeks ago, it had just opened for the day so foot traffic was low. I'm not much of a people person haha so that was indeed nice. The price of games isn't bad compared to other arcades. The cleanliness was actually up to par for sure. The eating area has plenty of options, the pizza is really good so make sure to give that a go. There is a few rides along with laser tag! The boardwalk is connected to the bowling alley so go bowl some frames too. The Boeing are just opened up a remodeled section and it looks absolutely amazing!! Definitely a monthly visit for me.

I bought a basic party package and OMG you would have thought I bought the most expensive package because the customer service with everyone was incredible. Specifically I want to shout out Beca for how incredibly helpful, caring, sweet, and attentive she was to all of our guests she walked us through everything and explained anything we had questions about she made my son's 6th birthday so much more special. 10/10 recommend. Momma's if you need a place to have your kids party with minimal stress do it at the boardwalk. Beca did practically all the heavy lifting, made it easy to be in the moment with my birthday boy.

We visited here on a Saturday , fairly busy day for this location . Be prepared to spend some money , maybe not break the bank money , but definitely a chunk ! You can use the kiosks to buy gaming cards which can be used for games and rides . Or you can choose to buy a wristband for the kiddie rides . They have specials throughout the week with better deals on games and wristbands . The play structure requires a wristband which you can purchase separately at the prize counter if that is all your child wants to do . They have food and drinks for sale , better prices in the Boardwalk then in the bowling alley area . A fun place for the family to go !

Recently attended my son's classmate's birthday party and it was fun! Lots of parking available. Not far from the freeway too. The Boulevard has tons of things to do all in one place and indoor with air conditioning! Fair type games and rides at reasonable prices especially with a wristband. Prizes are decent and of good quality. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Just enough options to keep kids happy and parents stress free. Consider this place for birthday celebrations. Thank me later.

Well this was my first time coming here and it is a lot like Chuck E Cheese and it is bigger though lots of Video games and there is even Bumper Cars inside also plus it is a lot like Family Fun Center which is boomers now . But everything is in doors . There are lots of bowling lanes also . It is perfect for kids and Adults also we walked around looking and there is plenty to do here plus there is Air Hockey tables and pool tables inside here also !! But for 3 people it cost us 46 Dollars for one hour of bowling kind of expensive I would say but they do have bowling tournaments here and leagues you can join here also . They do accept party's here also you just have to ask . Overall it was a good experience and I surely can see myself coming back . Lots of Parking and it is located in El Cajon . I suggest you give Boardwalk a try and enjoy all the games here !!!

My son's birthday at the Boardwalk was chaotic but he had fun. We chose the Ultimate Birthday Package which includes unlimited rides, laser tag, $15 game cards for guests (up to 10) and a $20 game card for the birthday boy or girl. Each kid after the first 10 is $35 extra but they told me they only have 12 laser tag vests so bigger parties would need to be split into two games. I definitely recommend getting there 15-20 minutes early so your party host has time to explain the schedule and give you a run down of the day's events. You also really want to stress to your guests to be there on time if you're doing the party package with laser tag. We had a couple kids who missed out due to being late and the round only lasts 7 and a half minutes. We never got a second round of laser tag as it stated on the schedule. You will not be able to go into the actual party room for the first hour of the party so be prepared to sit and loiter while the kids run around and go on the rides. The second hour of the party you get into the room, they serve pizza and leave you a few minutes for cake and presents. They give out the game cards at the very end of the party so allow for extra time after the scheduled events to play games. Honestly everything felt really rushed and stressful but I understand they need to keep things tight to ensure all the parties that day are on time. My biggest complaint though was that the pizzas didn't come out all together so there were people sitting around waiting while half the guests ate. For the money you pay, you would expect the staff to be on top of things and even though our party hostess was super nice and trying her best, the service was simply lacking. Three stars because my son and his friends loved it and had the best time but from a parent's perspective, probably two stars at best.

Came for a birthday party. Was a huge parking lot the place was pretty big. The parking lot was full. There is a lot of parking though. The boardwalk arcade was pretty lonely everyone is at the bowling. Great place for kids. They have bowling, arcade games, laser tag and some rides. Some of the games a little beat down and do not work. Workers were able to get them working of give us the credit for it back. I really enjoyed the laser tag and thought it was fun. It was $10 for a game. We played a few games I think we did $20 and it lasted a while. Most games were 10-30 credits. They have pizza, chicken wings, tenders, icees, beer and soda. I did not eat or drink anything. They were saying the prices were good for the alcohol which was beer or canned drinks of Cutwater Spirits.

Doesn't deserve a single star. Avoid at all costs! Employees are rude, games are expensive, food is horrible.

And I mean the whole thing is inflated so you're just jumping around to the next activity. They have little arcade games as well that are free which was nice cause as my daughter is inside jumping my husband and I could partake in the games. Nice to have something to do while waiting instead of just sitting around. Noise level not terrible we came on a Sunday for the 7:30 jump session and it wasn't super busy or packed in the play areas. Pricing is fair we paid $43. For just my daughter and I including the required socks, For 1 hour and 30 minutes. Which is more than enough time I was worn out after 15 minutes in there and I don't have to be the bad guy when I tell my daughter it's time to go because times up. Toddler zone was good size for littles but no slides or anything's just blocks they could possibly add a little more things for younger ones to do. Lots of public seating and the birthday rooms looked nice and good sized as well. I'd definitely consider throwing a birthday party here. " if you choose to do a birthday party here ask for Daniella as your host " I seen staff going around cleaning the restrooms and the play areas throughout our session. I love that the restrooms had a little area for breastfeeding mamas like my self it had AC so it was nice and cool. Shout out to Daniella she's super friendly! She was helpful and watchful of the littles making sure everyone was safe in the jumpy area and having a fun time!

I had a few questions regarding my booking and immediately emailed the party email listed. No response. I waited a day or two and attempted calling multiple times across the span of 3-4 days. No answer, no response on both calls and emails. I finally drove over to ask my questions and spoke directly to the manager who was assisting at the front desk. When I mentioned that nobody was answering both my calls and emails, there was no apology--just simply a, "oh yeah, we've been having a hard time responding to voicemails and emails..." oh? Ok. Day of party, the staff really only checked in for the initial check in and at the end when it was time to sing. No help setting up, no check ins, no structured activity, the fridge had old crusted liquid inside. I'm glad the party was part of the promotion because if I had paid regular price, I would have been really upset.

She did not tell me to go online to book. She did say I had to have a $750 minimum since she'd be coming to San Diego, and I was ok paying the extra. Again, no mention to go online to do this while talking. I can't go back to Tuesday the 22nd on my phone to screenshot my log. But I've posted the 2 calls I made to her Wednesday and the call I made on Thursday. I left messages asking for a call back and that we'd spoken. Let's be clear, they were not booked. I've been looking for a Dino encounter type of company for my sons 4th birthday party. After speaking with several companies who were unavailable, this was the only one who was available. I believe her name is Carrie (maybe jeri?) who owns it. When I originally spoke with her before other companies, the first thing I thought was, she doesn't sound very charismatic nor entertaining. When I learned she was one of the "presenters" is when I searched for another company. Unfortunately no one else was available for my date so I called back. I spoke with her Monday about booking and she confirmed availability but said she was in the car and would call me back later to finish booking. Ok, great. She didn't call me back. I called her back Tuesday afternoon and left a message. Same thing Wednesday, I called a few times to follow up and pay. No response. Today, Thursday, I called and got a hold of her. She apparently has booked someone in my spot since we spoke. I am sooo angry. When we hung up Monday, I would have paid if she'd told me how instead said she was driving and we'd handle later. So I assumed we had our spot. When I reminded her of this, she told me I needed to understand she speaks to a lot of people every day and she had car troubles which she had to fix and handle. Quite frankly, I do understand things happen BUT how do you confirm someone else when you already told someone else they had that spot. Im furious but it may be for the best as I can not imagine her type of personality entertaining a bunch of 4 year olds. Terrible way to run your business. Look for a different company!!! I do NOT recommend. If you follow my reviews, I do NOT typically give out 1 star reviews and I'm very fair. But this review deserves it as they completely left me hanging for a party!
