Absolutely love the fries! The perfect snack for the beach or walking around the boardwalk.

Quick service and delicious fries, although they were SUPER salty! At least 3 people walked up to us and said that they smelled delicious. Clearly a favorite for locals.

Horrible. To begin, at this point at a shore resort- price is what it is. Taste of these fries-sucks! This isn't even counting the pound of salt that's all them! I guess when business owners let children run the show- quality suffers. Place was a mess also, trash, spilled ketchup and old bay everywhere on the counter as you order. Beware- find another place for fries.

Sunshine Baguette doesn't have crepes lol With a display case full of fresh baked goods, you will want to come here early and often. They open at 7 AM and do sell out of some of the most popular flavors. We stopped up for a quick lunch during our beach day. Located just over the first street from the beach, Sunshine Baguette is in the Shore Fun Family Fun Center. The store is super cute with decorations and a small indoor seating area - they do have a few tables outside that hopefully have patrons and not just pedestrians. We grabbed: - Turkey, Bacon, Avocado, Fontina Panini: Warmed up to a perfect toasty crunch, the panini had such fresh flavors that you could tell it was not just put together that morning, but perfectly handcrafted to have a bit of everything in every bite. - Ham Gruyère Croissant: Definitely get this warmed up too! The croissant was so flaky that when toasted, it added a perfect crunch with the gooey Gruyère. We can't wait to stop in again and again to try more pastries and delights!

This is a one & done. We won't be back.

Lili's place knows how to pack a ton of deliciousness into the even tastier vessels... with freshmade arepas and empanadas.. i always pick to make a beach lunch at Lili's a non-negotiable for our beach vacations. Today, I ordered two Argentinian Chicken Empandas and two Nutella Empanadas with a Mandarin Jarritos! The savory come with a salsa that is literally "lick the container out" good. The chicken is finely minced to make every bite filled with flavor and the empanada dough is perfectly flaky. The Nutella was an explosion of gooey goodness. Packed with Nutella and sprinkled on top with powdered sugar, these empanadas make you wonder why they aren't on every dessert menu. The inside is so perfectly decorated with gourmet pictures of their food options, signs to remind you that waiting for good food is a good thing, and a perfectly placed bottle opener so you can kick back and pop that top off!

On our annual Bethany Beach vacation, we searched for the latest restaurant openings and Surfin' Betty's looked like a place worth trying... WOW- IT CERTAINLY IS!! The menu is mind numbingly good!!! We had such a hard time picking our meals because everything sounds amazing from the burgers to the fried chicken sandwiches to the wings to the hot dogs. The abundant toppings, the clever names, and the clear passion for food jumps off the page!!! Maybe it's called Surfin' Betty's because you will keep Surfin and Surfin through the menu on a tidal wave of salivation!!!! We did an online order for takeout. Modifications were simple and the entire ordering process was a breeze. The restaurant is down Garfield Pkwy inland, but only a few minutes from Bethany Beach. The parking lot is jam packed as a few good restaurants are all in the same plazas. But patience is a virtue and spots open up! FYI it's a good thing if a popular place is popular... just remember that! The food pickup was even simpler. Clearly tagged and bagged.. even with a Bag 1 of 2 to ensure that I grabbed both. The order had hand written notes on each container to even make handing it out so easy with an order for a large family. THIS FOOD was THE BEST that we ate all week at Bethany Beach!!! Unanimous decision from the entire family! Our first visit took place on Mother's Day around 4:00 PM. Because brunch was still being served and dinner didn't begin until 4:15 PM, I booked a table for two, and we passed the time at the bar. We caught some live music while I enjoyed a $16 Maker's Mark Manhattan before settling the bar tab. Once dinner service opened at 4:15 PM, we were seated inside at table 45 to escape a breezy outdoor deck. It turned out to be the debut day for their new menu. I ordered another $16 Maker's Mark Manhattan and the $36 seafood stew--a rich combination of fish, clams, shrimp, fennel, pepper, onion, Spanish chorizo, and tomato seafood broth accompanied by grilled bread. It was a generous portion, so I brought the remaining stew home to enjoy later that evening. To conclude the meal, I tried the Lucky 7 porter from Evolution Craft Brewing Company ($7), which featured dark dried fruit and sweet toffee tones balanced by notes of chocolate, coffee, and smoke. Our server, Brendan V., did an excellent job caring for us and demonstrated great knowledge of the new menu, even while managing a large outdoor table with five children. Our total bill for that evening came to $114, excluding gratuity. We returned on Memorial Day for a second dinner, this time in a group of five that included family and a friend visiting from Scottsdale, AZ. Since the outdoor fire tables were completely full, we secured a table on the left side of the restaurant. I began with a spicy mango margarita for $14, which featured tequila, mango, lime, agave, jalapeno, and a tajin rim, and opted for the $36 seafood stew once again. Unfortunately, the cocktails were inconsistent this time; I ordered a Maker's Mark Manhattan up, but it tasted like watered-down bourbon. When a second Manhattan tasted exactly the same, I decided to cancel the order. Nevertheless, our server Nadine K. provided excellent service throughout the evening, and our bill came out to $92 before gratuity. Ultimately, we all agreed that we would gladly visit again.
