Surprisingly the lavender was my least favorite despite us choosing it as a "safe" option - the filling was almost soapy in taste and felt slightly gritty/oily. The watermelon tajin had the flavor of a jolly rancher and also bubblegum and was very unique and interesting to try. The apple gorgonzola was likely my favorite, with the macarons have a sour apple taste and the filling being more creamy with buts of funk and umami from the gorgonzola cutting through. Overall, lots of unique fun flavors at Madeline's and I'm glad I gave it a try!
