This is my second time stopping in. I love this place. Their teas are fresh, and their ingredients are top quality. Everything is made with love and the staff are absolutely wonderful. I had two drinks tonight because I loved it so much! Currently I can vouch for their strawberry matcha latte, Mango matcha latte and oolong creama! The creama was nice and thick and the tea was perfectly brewed and refreshing. Mango matcha latte is their seasonal drink which I reccomend before it disappears! When we get to the store, the staff asked us to order online. We did. Then the girl works here yelled at us customers to have us go back to cars to wait, and she said will text us when the order is ready. Then we back to the car waited for more than 30 mins!! No text at all! Then we leave car again to the store. Our drinks had been ready for long time because I can tell the drink is not even cold. Ice is already melt in the drink! Oh, I love this place! My favorite is Creme Brulee. It's simple the best. Next best is Matcha, that I enjoy with Mango.

The boba here tastes amazing! And the crew members are knowledgable on what is in each drink and give great recommendations. This place does get pretty busy and the wait can be super long. It is also located in a busy "strip mall" area with a gas station near by so it very crowded. read more

Just tried out this place yesterday...I ordered the Thai Milk tea and it was pretty good, not the best I've had but nonetheless it was good. The staff is very nice and it's pretty busy place in a very nice shopping complex in San Ramon. Although there isn't any indoor seating or outdoor seating due to COVID-19, however, there's plenty of tables and benches around the complex, great place to hang out with friends. read more

My favorite Bay Area boba shop I think. The service here is incredible--even during SIP--and the quality of ingredients never ceases to amaze me. The beverages themselves are generous in size and are filled with amazing flavor. Last summer, I made a trip to Boba Bliss for their seasonal lychee watermelon drink every time I visited my family in San Ramon. And during breaks home from college, I'd go out of my way to swing by to tick more and more items off their menu. I've tried their seasonal creamy mango ice cream drink, the seasonal lychee watermelon one, crème brûlée drink, ube taro milk tea, and most recently, the strawberry matcha latte. All I can really say is bravo, I'm a tremendous fan. Of all these drinks I have to say, I was truly wow'd bu the strawberry matcha latte. Really wasn't expecting much and was in fact rather reluctant to give it a shot but absolutely no regrets there, as it was so flavorful, sweet, and refreshing, all at once. I came here for the first time (I think) a few weeks after they opened. I ordered the brown sugar pearl fresh milk tea with boba and my bf ordered the strawberry matcha latte with boba, both with regular sweetness and ice. These two came in the cutest cups with rounded bottoms that are pretty trendy right now. The strawberry matcha latte was soo good! It was a good amount of sweet from the strawberry to matcha taste and even has real strawberry seeds at the bottom. The fresh milk tea wasn't at good :/ it basically tasted like sugar milk which made me wonder if they forgot the tea? The boba itself was a good amount of sweet and a good chewy texture. On the second visit, I got the strawberry matcha latte with boba to play it safe since I knew it was good from last time. My bf got the tropical passion tea with boba and we both thought this would be a refreshing option on a hot day, but sadly no :( when I first sipped it, it was so tarte and bitter, but at the same time tasted diluted? It had a funky flavor that I'm assuming came from the passionfruit. My bf is not picky at all and he even thought it was funky tasting and couldn't really finish it. I was a little disappointed when I saw that they took away the cute bubble-looking cups. This place is definitely worth coming back for certain drinks; for me it's the strawberry matcha latte. I came here over the weekend and ordered a matcha green tea strawberry boba. An hour after I had my drink I experienced the worst cramps ever. It was a super hot day so not sure if the milk went bad. I don't drink Boba regularly but when I do, I would usually go to Boba Bliss. I am partial to this place since I was introduced to it by my daughter when she worked there. The lines can be long but it does move quite fast. The place is run by three sisters and most of the workers are high schoolers in the area ... they do support our kids in San Ramon. Boba Bliss has become my favorite drink shop in the area, and with the weather getting hot, there's no better time to go. I've been a huge fan of the brown sugar boba drinks that became really popular and feel like they do them very well here. I really enjoy the matcha brown sugar latte which is usually my go to. I've recently tried the strawberry matcha latte and the strawberry milk bar and was surprised at how good these were also. They were so good that it inspired me to try and remake them at home, but they couldn't compare to Boba Bliss's. Because of that, I will continue to come back to satisfy my boba cravings. read more

The drinks here are amazing, I also like how their menu items always changes to give their customers more a variety options. However, because of COVID, they encourage customers to order online (which isn't the problem) but they don't have the option for ice levels. It'll be nice to have a choice of how much ice level they want cause I prefer to not have ice with my drinks. But overall still a 10/10 place to satisfy my boba cravings read more
