I came here one day and got a snack, their osmanthus milk tea and a crab mix salad onigiri. The osmanthus milk tea didn't have osmanthus flavor, but it did have an oolong tea flavor. The drink was fine. The crab mix salad onigiri was a nice size. They made it to order which was nice, however the egg on the onigiri was dry and overcooked. The rest of it was fine, the seaweed, rice, crab salad mix and spam. They also have other food options like rice bowls and fried snacks. There is no onsite parking but there is good street parking and a parking garage nearby.

Ordered the jasmine green milk tea with boba and basil seeds. More on the milky side than I prefer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's seating outside with two tables but it faces the parking garage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also a few seats inside too with bar seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Lots of people coming in and out for take out orders.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Would maybe come back again to try another item

Service is fast. People are always polite. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's clean and quiet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I've only gotten the passion fruit flavor fizzy drink. Here's the thing - I've been to many boba places because my daughters l-o-v-e boba. I typically don't order anything or might try and think, "Eh that was okay." But when I was feeling adventurous and ordered a drink at Pop Tea Bar, their fizzy drink instantly became my favorite non-caffeinated drink. So much so that when my daughter gets her hair done, I am ecstatic. Try it out if you want a sparkling lightly sweetened drink!

ordered at the kiosk. passionfruit tea was average and decent. popcorn chicken was good. i liked the spice and was a tasty snack. do not get the garlic fries. preminced garlic was used. the fries were soggy and not crispy. wouldn't be dying to come, but pretty average boba spot near the stanford shopping

Stopped by the other day for a quick snack as we were craving popcorn chicken. You can tell the oil isn't refreshed often and overall wasn't great. Definitely skip if you're looking for popcorn chicken. Also ordered the onigiri. The spam was ROCK hard and inedible. This place is probably more known for their tea and not their food. Service was nice though and quick. Food just isn't great.

The chicken banh mi is delicious. Juicy chicken, fresh veggies, and the perfect balance of flavors. I also love their matcha with soy milk. It's refreshing and not too sweet. The service is always great. All the employees are super friendly and accommodating. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also really like the music they play.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food and drinks come out FAST which is perfect if you're on the go. Prices are reasonable and worth it for the quality and portions. They text you when your order is done which is super convenient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also have bathroom for customers in the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I highly recommend this boba place!

Popcorn chicken, honeydew milk tea, and Mango Fresh Fruit Bite Green Tea

I wanted to like this place so much! They have a nice variety of milk tea and fruit tea on the menu, and drinks start at sub-$5 which is rare these days. But the food quality just wasn't there. Popcorn chicken - good flavor, but most of the bag was tiny crumbs of chicken. Honeydew milk tea - tea was good, but boba was all one big clump. Required some surgical precision to separate enough pearls to actually get some into the straw Mango gogo - was actually less sweet, but the fruit inside did not taste fresh.

Make sure to order ahead using Snackpass to save some time & to get points! I like the split cup which is nice for 2 kids to share 1 drinks Popcorn chicken is ok, maybe we'll try other food/snacks next time. Very casual place with a few seating... used to have back seating which is nice for large groups but sadly they closed it.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Not a franchise, not premade, abundance of vegan option, friendly and helpful staff, quiet environment...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Met Kyle, who as a local has tried most the boba in the bay and loved this spot so much he opted to work here. It's the best boba spot around-and as all the other reviews mention, it has the cheapest boba in the bay! As someone who recently moved to the bay and has noticed this seems to be boba central, I have been eager to try a drink. Unfortunately after stopping into many spots it seemed there would never be a vegan option - until I found this spot! We ordered a green tea coconut boba, chose 0% added syrup option: I have to say, it was super sweet and delightful! It's amazing this place is the only one I've found with non dairy options and an abundance of options nonetheless! I also realized today that most if not all boba shops use premade packages, which as a nutrition fanatic I understand how detrimental that is. This spot doesn't do that, they make everything the day of which I greatly appreciate! Overall it was a wonderful first time boba experience for us! Anyone who's body doesn't tolerate animal byproducts or is vegan for ethical reasons, try this place out! And again, thanks Kyle for the above and beyond service!

It was aiight. We ordered a mango gogo and a rose milk tea. We liked the bits inside the drinks, like the rose petals and mango pieces. Neither of us got boba in our drinks. I also ordered medium spicy popcorn chicken. THAT was really good. The only issue was that the bag wasn't even full, which is absurd considering the price. The service was friendly and the ambiance was clean and inviting.

The bahn mi here is so good! It has a good ratio of veggies, meat, and bread. The sandwich is quite thick and big. I also got a lavender milk tea with boba. The boba has a good texture of chewiness. I got less ice but the milk tea tasted watered down. Would definitely come back here for their bahn mi!

Ordered: Hojicha Einspanner (go to), Espresso Tonic (go to), Seasonal Drinks, Pour Over Covour is one of our favorite coffee shops and we always come during the weekends! Highly recommend going early because the parking fills up fast, therefore, the seating in the coffee shop fills up fast as well. Our go-tos are usually an Iced Hojicha Einspanner and a pour over, Iced Americano, or an Espresso Tonic. We've tried their matcha as well, which is also solid! Every single time we have gone (which is usually when they open), there is already a line forming outside the door. Depending on how busy it is, we have waited between 12-18 minutes for our drinks (on the high end), but the drinks are always so yummy! They also have an amazing selection of pastries including an everything croissant, cookies, mochi, pistachio raspberry croissant, spinach and feta croissant, and a mushroom croissant to name a few! Their Hojicha Einspanner is sooo good. The Einspanner is so creamy and their Hojicha is the perfect, balanced amount of nutty flavors. Whenever I have ordered this drink, people are always eyeing to see what it is because the presentation is also that good! The Espresso Tonic is also a perfect summer drink and the shot was pulled perfectly. If you want to get some work done here, I'd highly recommend coming early so you can grab a table and to also bring your headphones because it does get busy and loud. They also have WiFi and one single bathroom. Thanks Covour Coffee!

It's quite disgusting and turned me off to having their pastries, which sucks because they are tasty. The last few days in a row I've come and seen this issue. I brought it up to the employee at the register and he just looked at me and completely ignored what I said and shrugged. It seems like they don't care to follow health regulations. I hope this issue gets nipped in the bud and they install some plastic/vinyl curtains on the display case or figure out a way to fix their fly problem so that I can enjoy the pastries again. I'll update the review when I see that it's been fixed.

The coffee cream latte was like coffee milk. It reminded me of the Star Wars coco cereal coffee, which I absolutely love! I liked the flavor of this but added a shot of espresso from an actual coffee shop to make the flavor stronger. The cheesecake was yummy. I did really like this spot! It had such a calm, chill ambiance and the cafe I got the espresso shot from wasn't too far.

Don't let that throw you off, though: there's a parking lot right behind the shop, and when I rolled in at 8am there was plenty of space. Bonus points for the signs in the lot that point you toward Robu, so you're not wandering around trying to find the entrance. Inside, they had a video playing of a guy DJing 90's hip hop, which set a really cool, laid-back vibe. I ordered the marble and the salted coffee, and both tasted great -- smooth and satisfying. Fair warning, though: this coffee packs a serious punch. I drink Vietnamese coffee a few times a week and I'm well used to a caffeine kick, but this one left me jittery, a little anxious, and with a bit of a headache. So it's not that it's bad -- it might just be a touch too strong, even for a seasoned coffee drinker. Pace yourself, especially if caffeine hits you easily. I also grabbed an egg sandwich, and it was lovely -- soft, pillowy bread with an egg mixture inside that was slightly salty and balanced with creamy mayo. A comforting little bite to go with your coffee. Four stars: great flavor, cool atmosphere, easy parking once you know where to look. Just go in knowing the coffee means business.
