Updating our review more than a year later and after trying MANY, many other boba shops. Boba Bliss is still hands down - our absolute FAVORITE spot in the South Bay / all time. They have online ordering, their drinks come out fast, they use real milk and fruit (no artificial flavoring), the service is great, prices are excellent and they play bomb music inside their store. We even partnered with Nikki to bring their catering to our wedding in May 2024 and it was a HUGE hit amongst our guest. I noticed from drinking their drinks that their regular sweet isn't as sweet compared to other boba shops. The strawberry matcha latte doesn't taste as strong as I would've like. It was very light and more on the watery side, which is weird. The ube taro had some taro chunks to it, which is nice, but I wish it would've been more sweeter. It had a very light taste to it. Crème brûlée had a stronger taste to it from the creme, which pairs well with the overall drink. Boba texture is nice and soft. Nice area with ample parking space. It's nice that we can sit outside and drink. The boba shop itself is small, and there's not much space for you to wait for your drinks. I love watermelon drinks. So when I found out that Boba bliss has a seasonal Watermelon Lychee drink, I had to try it. I am SO glad I did -- it is light and refreshing and my favorite boba order in the Bay Area now! The watermelon and lychee compliment each other beautifully. I asked for my drink less sweet with green tea, and it was perfect for me as someone who can't finish super sweet drinks in one go. The service here was really fast, despite the line that was forming as I walked in. They have a kiosk on the side as well as two cashiers in the front so that definitely helped speed through the line. This location is a bit small but there's plenty of space in the front for groups of friends to sit and talk. There are seatings outside as well but the heat in the Bay Area has been in the high 90s so no one was sitting outside. Now for our drinks!! My partner got the Vietnamese coffee and I ordered a yummy pink Strawberry n' Cream with boba. The coffee was good according to my partner but you really can't go wrong with Vietnamese coffee. I'm so glad I tried this place! I saw it many times and finally gave in today. We were gonna order online via Yelp; however, after going on there, it suggested us to download their app and w/ that, we got our first drink for free. Who doesn't like that? We were very tempted to get the creamy black sesame but we already had black sesame ice cream prior to this at a hotpot place so we went w/ the next few options that were available. The strawberry and cream sounded really good, but we were pretty scared that it might end up being too sweet (as seen w/ most places that offer this type of drink) but for some reason, we went for it anyways. I'm SO GLAD I did, because it wasn't sweet at all. I was thoroughly impressed and very surprised at how they handle this and the fact that they nailed it is just a plus. I highly recommend this drink. This drink w/ organic whole milk, less ice, and less sweet is one of my favorites of all boba places. Next up, we ordered the jasmine green MT w/ oat milk, less ice, 0% sweetness, and honey boba. We only got this as a back up just in case the strawberry one ended up being overly sweet. Again, they definitely nailed their sweetness requirement. When you ask for 0%, it literally is 0. I felt like I was straight up drinking tea (and nothing's wrong w/ that) but wow, I'm just speechless. On the other hand, their honey boba was meh. It was soft, soggy, and idk...just didn't feel like boba to me. I wouldn't suggest getting it, but if you have to, you should consider other toppings. Lid cover was hard, good quality. So are their straws. One thing I also really appreciate is that they provide a to-go box if you order multiple boba. Most boba places, they just hand you your drinks w/ nowhere to really put it. But this was great because if you're ordering a big party, it's easy to carry to and from your car/around places.
