This was our very first visit to Boba Crave, and we had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! We were pretty indecisive since it was our first time, but the sweet young woman helping us was incredibly patient, genuine, and so much fun. She took the time to recommend some of the most popular drinks, answered all of our questions, and even gave us a fun punch card before we left. Customer service like hers truly makes all the difference! The atmosphere was adorable, with cute décor and even a few games to play while you relax and enjoy your drinks or snacks. It made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. The menu has so many unique drink options that it was hard to choose! I decided on the Lavender Milk Tea, and it was absolutely delicious. It had a rich, smooth milk flavor with just the right hint of lavender, and the beautiful color made it even more enjoyable. We also tried the Vietnamese Coffee, and wow--it definitely packed a punch! Bold, rich, and full of flavor. We're already looking forward to coming back to try even more drinks. Thank you for creating such a fun atmosphere and for hiring such an amazing team. Love this place! They really do have the best drinks- nothing has ever been disappointing. My personal favorites are the lychee jasmine tea with lychee jelly, the strawberry milkshake, and the Mangonada. The owner (I think) is always super nice too, along with the rest of the staff. It's a cute little shop with lots of different snacks and little pastries as well. Be sure to come, get a refreshing drink, and keep this wonderful small owned business going strong! read more

For reference, we came in between 6-7pm and the cashier who served us seemed annoyed that we came in. We were the only two customers when we were there, the cashier ignored our questions, such as what size drinks they serve. The cashier had a bad attitude and a bad vibe. Our local spot for boba. It's really improved since it first started and is our go to when we get a boba craving. They used to have really weak and watered down flavors but they've improved much over time. Their service is great too. My only complain is that their "milkshakes" only have one scoop of ice cream. That seems the norm for boba places but makes me want to look up the legal definition of a milkshake lol. read more

Came by to get some Thai tea. You know me, I want to try them all. This place was cool. Pretty simple. Thai tea, no sweet. I really enjoyed the taste. The price to quantity amount is just right! The boba did not reach my expectations definitely one of the worst places I've been to, there was some sort of crushed up powder in my drink (I got brown sugar milk tea with boba) it had 0 flavor, my sibling got a Jazmine milk tea drink with boba, which she described the taste as a Burlington christmas candle.
