The Jasmin green is fantastic, clean and bright. Its quaint and quick. I feel that the pricing surge is starting to create a type of dissonance within me. The quality has been consistent yet I am starting to feel its no longer worth the cost. Outside of pricing, I do feel that closing off the entire lobby an hour in advanced is a bit exaggerated. There would be a group of people waiting by the window as we're not allowed to sit down. If this is coming from management as to avoid paying the baristas for closing properly and giving them time to do so, please reconsider. It's not fair to rush the closing crew as to avoid overpayment. Either close at an earlier time, or continue having disgruntled customers. read more

Amazing boba and service! My mom and I came only a couple of minutes after they opened, and the worker was very welcoming. The menu is the same as most of their other locations, and they even offered specialty drinks that went along with the holidays. While I was ordering my drinks, the worker also gave her opinion on the type of sweetness level I should adjust my drinks to, which I really appreciated. * Strawberry Green Tea: 8/10 - 50% sweetness was still too sweet but nothing crazy * Thai Milk Tea: 9/10 - nice flavor * Golden Boba: 7/10 - generous portion but a bit harder than I'd like The interior is very cute, and they offered a decent number of tables and chairs. Been going here for 6 years already. Every few months I go and they're pretty good. The boba pearls itself is okay but I like the different mixtures and drinks they have. I love that you can customize it too. If you order the food be prepared to wait for a while though. read more

I used to enjoy this place, however, over time the service got really bad. I noticed the workers would make faces when orders would come through and have attitude with customers. Particularly, I noticed some workers being rude to other workers. I overheard a male worker being rude to a young woman over a simple mistake that could have been a small lesson, but they kept on repeating her mistake, which was excessive. There have been multiple instances of some workers being rude to others. The owner should do better with managing their team. This is poor management on their end. read more

It used to be "the spot" until I came back recently. The drinks are now watered down and when I got my drink there were two strand of hair on my drink. And the new customer service isn't it. I'd rather wait to go to another than this one that's local. I also don't understand why I have to pay for something I don't want (ice). Like yes it's fine just give me half a cup I just do not want ice. Regardless the boba is still good just another location I assume no water is added afterwards, of course. An underrated boba spot in the IE. They have teas, lattes, milk teas, slushes, juices, and good food items. I remember coming here years ago and a lot has changed. For one, the seating area has expanded and feels more welcoming. The menu has definitely decreased but there's still a wide selection to choose from. I always get juices for my little siblings (with adjusted sweetness and recommended by their employees) and personally enjoy a wintermelon green milk tea with 75% sweetness (shout out to Leslie for the recommendation). Overall, I really enjoy the vibes and drinks from this store. If you do stop by, I recommend a guava green tea and wintermelon milk tea. read more

Nice place, super cute and clean. I work in the same building, so I'm always there, and the employees are usually really nice. But today? Terrible service. The girl helping me was super slow and had a bad attitude from the get-go. When I went to grab my order, my food was wide open, but I didn't pay too much attention, even though it was a windy day and the door was wide open. I didn't mention anything about the food, but I did notice the drink was wrong. I told her it wasn't what I ordered, and she, very annoyed, rolled her eyes and mouthed, "Oh my God." Very rudely, she told me, "That's why you need to listen carefully and pay attention. I repeated your order several times, and there's nothing I can do for you now. Have a good day." I didn't want to keep arguing with her because she had such a childish attitude, so I grabbed my drink and my food and left. But now I'm thinking that I should have asked for a refund instead of just leaving. It's sad because I won't be going back to that store. I don't think I've even felt so unwelcomed visiting a boba shop. Myself and another girl walk in at the same time and none of the three employees acknowledged us. The employee on register didn't make eye contact with me and immediately asked if I needed more time. He wasn't even making the drinks so I'm not sure why he was so bothered. While another employee is making my drink, the guy on registers is on his phone laughing and smiling with the other employees. They always decorate inside for the holidays which is super cute as well!! They have a big menu with a lot of drinks and combination options. I like the standard milk tea. However I've had other drinks combinations that were yummy. The strawberry black tea with star fruits has been my go to drink as of lately. This is my all time favorite spot. I have been patiently waiting for the new location in Rialto. Until then the drive out to Fontana is worth it. Their taro milk tea is amazing even at half sweet. This was my first time at Ding Tea and I got the Oolong milk tea ($4.29) with golden boba ($0.65) and 25% ice. For my personal taste, the oolong tea flavor could have been a bit stronger, but since this was my first time here, I don't know if this was their standard measurement/flavor or if it has more to do with who prepares your drink? Texture of the boba was good and the right kind of chewy, but about half the cup was ice which I didn't like, especially after ordering 25%. Service was fast and the shop was clean. I moved to the IE two years ago, and I used to love this Ding tea at this Fontana location, but sadly the girl at the register is rude(didn't see her name). They also charge if you request light ice on your drink(they didn't do that before). While I was observing them make all three drinks I ordered I noticed they fill up the cups with ice completely.
