My drink was exactly what I wanted it to be citrusy Matcha bubbly it was perfect. For some reason, parking in this lot was really difficult although it is a large lot. A lot of the spaces were filled up. I think it's because it's next to Plums Café and I saw a lot of people eating over there but other than that, this is a solid coffee shop.

Most people were chatting with friends, but there were also a few people working on laptops, so it's a place where you can either hang out or get some work done. When I walked in, there were four employees behind the counter and another customer being helped. I got in what I thought was the line and started looking over the menu. After the customer in front of me got their drink and left, I moved forward expecting to place my order next, but no one acknowledged me at all. I stood there awkwardly for several minutes while employees walked around behind the counter without saying a word. Eventually, I noticed two ordering screens mounted on the wall. Since it was my first visit, I wasn't aware that orders had to be placed there. I asked an employee, "Is that the only way to place an order?" and was simply told, "Yes, you can order there." There was no greeting, explanation, or attempt to help a first-time customer. I almost walked out because the interaction felt so unfriendly and uncomfortable, but since I was already there, I decided to order anyway. I got a Thai milk tea with boba, and it was fine, but nothing memorable or worth going out of my way for. The drink itself wasn't the issue. What really left a bad taste in my mouth was the lack of customer service and basic acknowledgment. A simple "Welcome in" or "You can order at the kiosk" would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't see myself returning.

I ordered their brown sugar milk tea with boba and I have to say I was quite disappointed. The drink itself tasted like milk and brown sugar. No tea in it. All are excellent choices and the sweetness level is a good ratio for me. I kept my matcha at a regular sweetness and it was perfect.
